Pros I can configure it with my hosting service to achieve improved deliverability and open rates. Less likely to be considered spam. I saw deliverability and open rates double up within the first week. It also comes with a free email validity checker. In the first week, I detected 2 people who had left their organizations and removed their emails. Drag-and-drop block system that makes creating emails super easy. Allows duplication of previous broadcasts and emails. Ability to add CC & BCC to broadcasts. Has a beautiful automation creation map function that's based on actions taken or not taken by receipients. And you can send it at the receipient's time zone too. You can tag and segment your contact list. Cons Who skipped the email is still not visible although they're working on it. Currently, only able to send a broadcast to one segment at a time. How about sending a special discount to contacts who view a product more than 5 times but have yet to buy? You got it. Yes you can do this is in other email automation apps but you'll probably need to leverage a tool like Zapier or Integrately to make it happen… with Encharge it’s all there. I'm definitely enjoying my experience with Encharge... so far so good. I’m told there’s more integrations coming and their roadmap looks impressive. Pros First thing you'll note is just how easy it is to get up and running with Encharge. The UX/UI is intuitive and, unlike other email-based automation tools, everything you need is not a more than 2 clicks away. Cons There’s no CONS I can truly think of for now except that I’m holding off on moving all my contacts and my client contacts until I test their deliverability. Pros Simply Encharge.IO is the best email marketing tool I have ever tasted. You are years ahead of several large email marketing companies. I remember when I first purchased it that I was excited about the ease of being able to set up Auto responders for my lead capture page. It wasn't until I dived into the platform more that I realized with all the integrations available for this it really opened me up to what I can do as far as an email platform. I'm really excited about testing out the built-in integration with Facebook to allow me to automatically assign and reassign email subscribers to remarketing campaigns. At first it was a little confusing for me as far as how to utilize the flow end of the platform, but that soon became quite easy once you get the basic logical layout of it. I would recommend this to any of my friends. Cons When you're working in the flow section of the platform, especially when you're first starting, it's a bit overwhelming as far as how to structure a flow. I was constantly concerned that I would miss a step that was necessary in order to make the flow work. With a easy-to-use flow builder and pre-built flow templates, I could jump in immediately and craft some powerful marketing automation for my business. The flow builder reminds me of those from chatbots. They're easy to setup and you can add triggers and actions, easily. Other than Segment, which is on the premium plan, you can add a bunch of items through Encharge's drag and drop flow builder. If you're wondering what's the deal about the flow builder, well, it's built for both simple and complex flows. This means, you can use Encharge on for your subscription service, or craft a complex flow to help retain customers for your SaaS product. Encharge comes with Zapier, Integrately and Pabbly Connect integration, which makes it a powerful tool, if used well. I'm already looking at what I could integrate Encharge with, especially as I have an arsenal of digital marketing tools in my toolbox. However, setting up the best-automated processes for segmenting email marketing lists can be challenging. So, I was looking for an easy way, and Encharge has been perfect. It's easy and intuitive to set up automation flows with behavior-based segmentations thanks to a great UI. Also, I can set up A/B testing with ease. Encharge has many integrations, but you can use Send/Receive Webhook feature even if there is no integration for my specific applications. For example, I could connect Kadence Blocks' form on my WordPress website to Encharge quickly with Webhook. Moreover, it's not only for email marketing. For example, I can create Facebook audiences with Encharge's automation and behavior-based segmentation. Encharge can automatically generate and append email links with UTM tags for tracking. There is so much usage in Encharge! Cons Encharge doesn't have a deep e-commerce integration for now. Moreover, the flow builder and the email builder are very easy to use and are very powerful at the same time. The division of people into segments is a bit new to me but it is good. I have been using different triggers and flows in encharge. Particularly, I use a elementor form integration the most i.e whenever someone fills a form on my website, encharge gets a trigger through a webhook and a sequence of mails get activated. This one is really helpful for my business. Cons Thought the current features and integrations are good. I obviously see some scope of improvement in the software when compared to competitors in the field. I love companies with passion for what they create, because then I know they will always try to provide better and better value for me as their client always with long-term value i mind. It is apparent that the developing team at Encharge really have considered UI/UX to create an user friendly platform. I was apprehensive to switch as I worked with Cinvertbox and Mailchimp before and ActiveCampaign came out on top on many levels, but wow, I am so surprised at the ease of use and the deliverability of Encharge. And I can confidently grow my list without constantly trying to keep it under the next tier to save some money. My email marketing is more about nurturing than sales and having to pay huge fees without direct ROI is what ActiveCampaign has lost my business. The most powerful feature for any saas owner is the ingest API, with just a few lines of code you can send your most important events to encharge, not just your users, but their actions inside your software including all the properties for those actions and then you can create very specific segments of people. From those segments you can create flows that are extremely easy to setup. I can go very granular on those segments, people using a specific feature, on a certain timeframe, with some very specific characteristics, you name it. Do yourself a favor and test encharge. I think it's a very decent email marketing automation software with everything I need to automate my email marketing campaigns. I really like their drag and drop builder, which makes it really easy to build out automated email flows. I also really like that they have the website tracking and lead scoring features. Behavior-based segmentation is a great plus as well. My experience with their support is very good and Kalo, one of the founders, is very accessible. Encharge also has integrations with major apps on the market but they are missing Thrive Leads for the time being. However, from what I've read on their Facebook group, they are working hard to get that as well. All in all, Encharge is a great tool and I have no hesitation to recommend. Pros It can connect with a lot of third party apps including Integrately. Cons Laks of forms builder so you need another tools to ghater info. You can use Integrately to correct this. I like both those platforms, but my goodness they are complicated. I've found Encharge a breath of fresh air and still full of features and the ability to segment and personalise emails, plus their canvas sequence builder is super quick. Pros Support is super helpful and really quick to respond to my questions. Unlike other systems, I was able to get up and running with Encharge really quickly, which was great. Then once I was using it I discovered all the additional things it can do! It's a system I can grow into and with. The number of contacts is generous and it's not really expensive to start with. I also am really impressed with their road map of what's coming too. Finally from what I can tell the deliverability is good, and they are clearly as a team keen to keep it that way, which is great for all of us who are serious about sender reputation. Additionally, I enjoy how they have laid out the Automations flow, it's not nearly as rigid and clunky as AC. Cons The software is new, so I anticipate changes and updates. Because it's powerful, yet minimal. These features are amazing, but I'm still waiting for even more integration. They have developed unique solutions to this problem thus far. I've got some of them. But as they grow, I can promise you they will (manifest) There will be a significant leader. These emails are well-written. Also, they proceed with their answers to a greater depth in their responses. For example: They discuss deliveryability and alternatives in detail. They've already been tested one or two months, and I've found six or seven of them to be excellent. Founder Events Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Automation, Integrations and All Email goodness" May 8, 2021 5.0 Pros When I was introduced to Encharge by one of my contacts in my network, I was a bit skeptical. Was using Mailchimp so far for my emailing the members who goes to my events. Always felt it needed a bit more nurturing to get them to commit to the events. Encharge makes it so easy with the drag and drop flow builder and to be honest, using webhooks I was able to use the form plugin called bitform to easily take the members from even t registration to a sequence of hyped up emails to get more engagement. The support team is incredible and the onboarding was good. There are so many useful integrations which I am sure I will be using in future, but for now triggers, webhooks and A/B testing is all I need. Did I forget to mention their fantastic successful email deliverability? No more spam for the members. Right to their inbox where it matters, especially the emails sent using broadcast. Cons Would like to see more integrations with many wordpress form builders. Including transactional email would have been a plus in the growth plan. Also would like to see woocommerce integration in place although it is in their roadmap.
