With Encharge you can build easy flows, complex flows and everything in between for email marketing & marketing automation. It's perfect that it combines both worlds. It's brand new but already has lots of the needed features...and i think it will get better every day. The updates happen very frequently, which is really important to me ! Also the UI is clean an intuitive. I prefer it over AC. One last thing i want to mention is that they react to user feedback. This is quite important to me. There's a feature request board where you can suggest features and the users can upvote these. Honestly, every Company should do this ! Only when the customer need is the center of attention than the product has really great potential - and Encharge has ! Cons Still to early to say negatives things. CTO E-Learning Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Promising & delivering" April 1, 2021 5.0 I was looking for such service for a while – mainly to be able to use it with Thrivecart. And although there is no native Thrivecart–Encharge integration yet, I found out I can do it with Pabbly (a Zapier alternative). It works and it rocks. I suggest watching some Pabbly – Thrivecart integration video tutorial first and than it is really easy to connect Encharge. I can tell you that Encharge is already pretty „charged“ – it is possible to create custom fields – so again for me it is very helpful as I use labels in Thrivecart which can be transfered to Encharge. Not only you can import data to Encharge as regular data to tabs/sheets (import them to rows and columns), you can import them as TAGS! Encharge works a bit differently than other such services I know. You do not have “lists”, but people (nice :) and by tagging people you can create segments. Very handy. Newsletters? Ofcourse – they call them „Broadcasts“. Than as I mentioned you can create Flows. Setup a trigger, like date and time or event. There were some things that did not work for me at hte beginning, but their support is very friendly and prompt and they explained to me how to do things properly. Pros For anyone into automated email marketing that has site-tracking behaviour features, Encharge is really user-friendly that doesn't really require anyone with technical knowledge, to start using. This helps to minimise operating resources. Another strong feature is its cross-saas integrations, which really put automations on another level. After my last purchase, I told myself that I was done purchasing email marketing solutions. That was until I heard about Encharge. Encharge is a "next-generation" email marketing platform that gives you the kind of options and control you just don't get basic email marketing software. You can segment your list and control what a subscriber sees or doesn't see (gets or doesn't get) based upon their actions. Plus, they have a great UI (User Interface) that brings everything together in a clean, neat package. Cons The product is fairly new, so they don't have all the integrations that I like yet, but many of them are currently under development. Pros I was looking for software for marketing automation, and Encharge is the best tool I have found so far. It is straightforward to set up everything - Flows, Triggers, emails, and lead scores. We are now using the behaviors emails so often that I cannot even imagine continuing without this feature. Encharge help me to automate a lot of things in many different projects, and I really like it. The interface is simple but gives many configuration options adapted for agencies and accounts holding many websites or apps. Cons We requested some additional integrations with the software we are using, but their available integrations are already impressive. It is intuitive and user friendly, with a drag-and-drop builder that allows me to create automated workflows on the fly without having to code them myself or sign up for an expensive service. After having tried out so many other options, I'm pretty sure I've found the one email marketing tool that does everything I need. Cons There are many integrations coming down the road. I am looking forward to more of those being added in. The ability to link everything through Zapier gets me by just fine right now though. Just a few days back I see the feature of Encharge and found it interesting. It is very simple to use as well cost-effective too!. Currently, it does not have landing page builder and hope the founders will add in the coming time to win the race in the current scenario. The email builder of Encharge is powerful with some unique features like adding tan and segment with nice and useful flow builder with number of integrations and best part it is SaaS focused. The workflow builder is my favorite tool. Looking forward for Google sheet integration. This is somenthing current on there roadmap. The user interface is easy to use and very nice. I just signup for an account so I am still reviewing the training materials and videos. There are several templates available to help you get started with the email workflows. Encharge supports adding multiple domains to your account. Setup it is easy and only requires adding the CNAME records Encharge is a great platform for e-mail marketing automation. The Flow Builder allows me to automate many of my marketing tasks. Pros I use several automations for communication and marketing in Encharge. This is possible with the powerful Flow Builder. My main reason for purchasing has been the event-tracking which simply gives a extra dynamic in targeting my audiences; tracking all behaviour really makes it stand out. Overal usability is great and everything loads fast, which makes it a pleasure to work with. Implementation was quite easy; which I've mostly done using webhooks and some direct triggers. Really easy to manage the following workflows into a nice automated process. Lots of integrations still to explore for me and looking into things like facebook audiences and a/b testing the various creates flows. Cons Hope to find some more integrations to be added later. Then you are getting Site tracking and Form tracking which are bonus features for an email marketing tool. drag and drop email builder is awesome, A/B testing is cool. Pros What a beautiful software product! I loved Encharge from the first time I used it. Its usability is excellent and the ability to do email sequences and integrations is great. I especially like Encharge's visual email sequence builder. I also find very positive the care taken by its founders to ensure that the platform is not used to send spam emails. Cons The price of Encharge seems a bit high to me, although it is also true that they are mainly aimed at the business sector. The main criteria for me has been integrations, affordability, functionality, scalability, and most importantly, user experience. To get full use out of a tool I need to feel motivated to use it. Most alternatives I tried were a bit clunky and lacking support. I'm extremely happy with Encharge and their support, along with videos, tutorial and docs make it feel like they've always got your back. The UI is extremely intuitive and clean. Encharge is better because it is not just a email marketing software - it is more than marketing automation app. It is a great piece of software for marketer, course creator and salesperson who want to automate lead acquisition. It does what it promises and you can count on it 100%. Pros I totally love how easy it is to use the tool. Encharge has an extensive library of pre-created data fields, so rarely a new user has to spend time on drafting their own data points. Of course you should pay attention to the extra data that you need but Encharge is already quite extensive on this side. Also! The marketing automation flows are super. That I can't highlight enough, as it's intuitive to use and holds great potential because Encharge has very good contact segmentation tools. These are the main benefits that got me to get the tool for myself. To use it heavily in my marketing and sales activities. Cons Something I'd love to see this tool have is the ability to collect company level data as a totally separate data set. So it wouldn't be tied to the individual people who I've registered. This is because as a practicioner of Account-Based marketing and sales, I see a huge value in being able to enrich your MAS and CRM systems with that kind of data and to analysis on that data! That being said, I still got the tool even so that I'd love to see more "Account-Based" company level functionalities and CRM capabilities in the tool. Aunque llevo poco tiempo utilizandola, puedo decir que tiene un gran potencial. Me encanta la forma tan fácil de crear los flows de trabajo y las automatizaciones. Tambien me gusta que están en constante actualización de funcionalidades e integraciones con Apps. A la espera que hagan la funcionalidad de Double- optin necesaria en Europa, así como la creación de formularios en web con HTML y la integración con ThriveArchitect. Encharge.io, sin duda es una herramienta ideal para hacer crecer tu startup. Pros La herramienta para crear flujos de trabajo atuomatizados. También la integración con otras apps que utilizo a menudo. Cons Que no pueda crear formularios en HTML en mi web, utilizo Thrive Architect y no puedo crear formularios en mi web.
