Two main features that contributed to the improvement are Email Automation & Event Segmentation. These features allow me to create a truly personalised flow for all my prospects. Pros My agency is able to create effective DRIP campaigns by using the email automation and event segmentation features. Extremely user friendly and can be easily integrated into my existing workflow. Cons I would love to see more integrations on Encharge. April 5, 2021 5.0 A friend recommended me this tool so I bought it for my eCommerce business. Haven't used it for too long but the whole setup process and workflow is very very easy and intuitive. I'm very impressed by how much it can do. It could become a very powerful and indispensable tool for me! Pros Good integration. Easy and straightforward workflow and great UI and funnel setup. Cons I haven't found any cons so far, but I hope it can integrate more WordPress features and plugins since that's what I use. I hope they add SMTP in the future so I can warm up my emails for better delivery as I noticed some of the emails going into the promotions tab. Pros I like Encharge, because it's much more affordable compared to ActiveCampaign, but doesn't lack in features. Cons It doesn't have E-commerce integration yet but the founder seems to be open to expanding to new ideas and considering adding E-commerce in the future, which will make it a complete AC alternative. It lets you target your customers based on their behavior or tags—all without writing a single line of code. You can easily build campaigns with custom email content. Emails get automatically sent out and the customer gets tagged into the right segments basis their interaction in the email. Automation rules are built via drag and drop builder for easy setup and fast activation. I used it first time for my online training sessions and the analytics helped me change my approach of how emails were being written to the customers, it also has A/B testing. Pros Drag and drop builder, segmentation, automated drip campaigns, user action based responses via set triggers, integration with other apps Cons the ui feels a bit old, while it works fine maybe it can have a visual upgrade. I haven't had too many issues thus far, but my flows are pretty simple compared to others I have seen. When I reached out to support, they were quick to respond and that is a big plus! I would like to see some additional integrations in the future, especially with calendaring and payment softwares. I would also like to be able to send my contacts attachments to the emails that we can create from within Encharge. I know there are other ways around this, but being able to do it within Encharge would be nice. Overall, I’m really happy with Encharge and it is an awesome product with tremendous value. I have a business website that greatly benefits from managing an email list and sending perfectly targeted messages at just the right time in the funnel process. Pros I love how it allows me to send specific users specific emails at the right moment based on their interactions with my website. I can set multiple triggers to fire at specific times instead of inundating everyone with an overbroad email blast. I also love the fact I can AB test my emails to find out what works and what doesn't with specific audiences. Cons It is a very advanced program so it takes some extended onboarding to understand everything. I liked the guides as they made the process easier, but it still takes time. The other thing that I wish was up and running now was the forms, but that's coming soon. The flexibility of the builder allows for advanced set ups without the need to build them out in multiple separate automations. There is also no use of "lists". instead, all automations are managed by segments and events which is a much better way to handle it over list-based systems. This allows for dynamic segments and easier one-time setups for automations where contacts freely and easily enter and exit segments as they meet the criteria. Cons So far, I haven't had any complaints with the tool. If I had to pick it would be that while the integrations that currently exist do meet all my needs, the list could be more comprehensive. They're actively adding more integrations to the list but some people might not find their tech stack natively integrates with Encharge. This can be solved with Zapier, but that's adding a separate tool to the list. Review of Encharge" May 9, 2021 5.0 It doesn't take a genius to know that email marketing is one of the most important aspects of any startup's strategy. But, what if you're not a big company with an established customer base and you don't have time to build your own campaigns? Well, now there's help! Encharge integrates seamlessly into your website or app and segment users by data they've given you or their behavior on your site. With just a few clicks, you can set up targeted emails geared towards specific user types like those who signed up but haven't completed registration yet or those who've been inactive for over 3 months. Encharge has a great user experience for setting up and segmenting messages. It's intuitive, fully-featured, and a joy to work with. The workflow is smooth. Customer support is awesome! You won't regret trying this product out if you're looking for a powerful email marketing software that is easy to intake and doesn't cost a ton. I give these guys five stars because they've got what I need at the price point I can afford without breaking the bank. Pros It's value for money. Their templates do more than half the job for you. Automated site messages in their roadmap may make Encharge a wholesome tool for any series digital marketer. Cons As of now, they do not have integrated forms and landing page builders within the platform and some highly needed integrations like Google sheets are missing as well which were stopping me from making the purchase. Automations are critical for any business--especially a digital business that needs to be able to scale. Encharge is all about automating how you serve your readers with a range of 'flows' and automation funnels. I'd like to see more flows added, as well as broader integrations and a sign-up form, but this is definitely one of the new breeds of software/newsletter/automation tools and so far, I like it. Pros The automation templates are critical and without them, I couldn't use software as feature-rich as this. In fact, I didn't like to leave the comment but the team really are working so hard to make the product better. They deserve me to leave something here. I have been working Mailerlite for more than a year. In term of the value of the money, it isn't really good. I still remembered that the setup took me a few days. When I found Encharge, everything seems to be great. At least, their welcoming email and guidance are very detailed and thoughtful. it really touched my heart. They also provide a road map for sharpening their product with some more great feature. One thing I liked the most is their intuitive interface and numbers of contacts given which is much better then Mailerlite. After I used for a few days, I upgraded my plan from 10,000 to 15,000 contacts as I believe I can make use of their interface to get more traffic. I find that to be the case with Encharge. A lot of similar products can do similar things but to me it's all about how quickly I can figure out what I need it to do for me, then to simply get it done. I messed about with this for about 15 minutes and found out what I wanted to do and how to do it. I also found out more features that I am looking into but will most likely use. I haven't had any need to contact support so I can't comment on that. Overall I rate this very highly and would recommend other who need a feature rich email solution that is easy to use to check this out. Cons So far I haven't found anything I don't like as I only look to do what I want to do with software - I don't look any further. It’s like they take you by the hand and guide you through the process. Even if you’re not super-tech savvy. Cons As of right now there are no landing pages or native forms. This makes things a bit tricky since users need to use webhooks or integrations like zapoer to transfer the data from other apps or plugins. But it’s on the roadmap and I trust it will be implemented soon. May 10, 2021 5.0 Having worked with ActiveCampaign for over 4 years, I can say without a doubt that Encharge is truly capable of effectively replacing it. Aside from ActiveCampaign, and as an old marketing wolf, of course I have also worked with Mailchimp since its inception, going through other intermediate solutions such as ConvertKit and Automizy. Automizy is comparable to ConvertKit, but it is far from ActiveCampaign, and that is where Encharge finds its niche. Encharge surpasses Automizy in sophistication, coming very close to ActiveCampaign, making it suitable for special applications where one needs to manage the customer journey more finely. Pros \- Sophisticated automation flows. - UI / UX very well done. - Email verification included. - Very good deliverability. - Great Value for the price. Cons Although Encharge is not fully mature yet, it has a very promising roadmap. May 18, 2021 5.0 My overall experience with Encharge is hugely positive. The software is going from strength to strength and I'm excited for their future developments. I can definitely recommend Encharge to anyone looking for a reliable email marketing solution that takes automation to a whole new level! Pros Encharge comes with an incredible feature set and a unique approach to email marketing. The user interface is incredibly well designed and even though I'm a complete beginner to automation, I was able to set up marketing flows with relative ease. The email builder itself is also very easy to use and their customer support is fantastic! Last but not least, the email validation tool that's built into Encharge is an excellent bonus. Cons Encharge's roadmap looks very promising and I'm excited to join their community at this stage of their evolution. Given the nature of their platform, I'd like to see a lot more direct integrations built in. I would also love for them to implement AMP technology in their email builder. I love the flexibility to create custom segments and even track people visiting my sites. The posibilities to create a great customer experience are endless when you have detailed information about them, and as i see, encharge is my customer hub to mange all that information for my processes. Pros The best thing is the flexibility you get for automate processes. It is incredible ease to use and create flows with information coming in from your other tools: like payment processors, crm, or any other using webhooks. Cons I´m just waiting for the team to create native integration with Shopify and facebook conversions by api, but i´m really happy with the way developers are going.
