I have been looking for a solution that I could scale better than Mailchimp's pricing could allow. As a new user of Encharge, I am excited to see many of the same features I am accustomed to in Mailchimp. The native integrations appear to work well, and the ease of setting up my campaigns has been a plus. If they could set up native integration with Thrive Leads, that would be a lead generation and email marketing stack made in heaven for me. Pros It combines an easy-to-use UI with loads of integration with other apps and software to make a powerful email marketing automation stack. Cons Very strict deliverability. I understand why, as email deliverability is the lifeblood of email marketing, however, I have an old list of people who have opted-in, but I have never emailed. I tried Active Campaign before, and it was too slow for my tastes. Encharge has a very clean interface. Making flows, broadcasts, sending emails, and viewing metrics are very intuitive. It was simple to upload my contacts, and I'm excited to start sending newsletters and tracking metrics based on the types of newsletters I will send out. A lot of thought went into providing the most important aspects of an email marketing tool, while keeping it simple and intuitive to use. Cons Nothing yet! I haven't found any problems in the system. Pros The flows and automations are extremely powerful for guiding prospects through your funnel and nurturing them into buyers. There's so much I could mention but that fact that email validation is included too demonstrates how determined this company is to be a market leader. Cons The platform could do with more direct integrations but if you have a connector app like zapier or pabbly this isn't such an issue. As an example, we'd been having trouble with a client's Mailchimp account. Creating email sequences and segments was proving troublesome due to the client's very specific needs, and we commonly wasted hours every month on getting Mailchimp to send out emails to the client's database in the way that we needed it to. However, by integrating Mailchimp with Encharge we were able to configure and schedule the mailshots in a matter of minutes. This has saved us SO much time which can be put to far better use! Cons The sheer number of features can be a bit overwhelming for first time users, and the onboarding process could perhaps introduce exactly what Encharge can do in a little more depth. I love how easy it is to setup a flow and automatize my on boarding process. It's truly drag-and-drop and couldn't be easier. The e-mails are really easy to create with almost limitless options and a built in stock library. Cons Connecting the software to my excisting plugins and setup everything with my website was a bit difficult. But once I got the hang of webhooks it was easy! Encharge changes everything for me. The system is easy to follow. The look and interface is spacious, clean and tidy. Transfering data from Mailer Lite took me merely a few minutues. I also truly love all the possibilities within the flows. It triggered my imagination as to what I can plan and execute. For the first time I started to use tags! So beautifuly presented with colors! I can easily link the forms from my websites and landing pages built with Elementor and Landingi. Cons The only challenge I face as of now is that I still have to figure out how to link my subscription form from a website built with DIVI. I am glad to use this service. Pros This is an automation marketing tool. I am very new in the marketing segment; I realised no matter how good your products or services are, effective marketing and how you connect with clients are very important. What happens when they sign up? What happens when they have 1 month of their membership ends? These are simple questions, with simple actions to be taken. However, if you had over 50 customers, sending emails to one by one can be quite the hassle. This is when Encharge comes in. It automates it for you. You set up how things will be, what it will do, and voila! Done. Cons I think nothing much but hoping they will add more templates, more detailed documentation, and maybe some tutorial videos. Plus their support gets back to you really fast which is something much needed in Saas companies. Pros The automation feat ures are really easy to configure and it all works with your e-mail marketing plan since its all in the same platform. I find it really enjoyable compared to many other e-mail marketing softwares i've used. It also lots of popular integrations. I can safely say my money is well spent. Cons There aren't many integration but the price is so good, i can pass on a few integrations missing. Plus most the ones i need are in their roadmap so i'll be patient because i really think this company will make it. I'm able to manage my email marketing in one place for different brands. Pros I like the ability to set up all of my email marketing automation in Encharge's dashboard. I've migrated some of my client work in the subaccounts I have so I can manage them from one dashboard. Cons I don't like that I can't actually build landing pages in the email software. I would urge anyone looking to give it a shot, there is a high chance you will love it. Also, the platform is constantly improving with new features being added. Pros I like the ease of use and the options available to be implemented. The automations are super easy to configure and has a lot of functionality. I would say this is a pretty good SaaS for emails, one of the top ones to be precise. The user interface is also pretty neat and easy to get started with. I would highly encourage anyone looking for an email automations/marketing tool to try this. I am getting rid of some of my softwares as this one handles multiple aspects by itself. Go for it! Cons Not much that I don't like about it. But if there is room for improvement I would say adding additional elements and integrations in the automations category would be a good step. It has quite a few integrations but putting effort in adding more integrations is going to be worthwhile as I dont have to use separate automation tools and can rely solely on Encharge. Pros FINALLY! I've been looking for a suitable replacement to Active Campaign for months when this came across my feed. The big thing I love about Encharge is that it's fast...and is built around automations + customer experience. Active campaign feels like it was built in the 1990's from how long it takes to write an email... My gosh it's a pain. So far so good with Encharge. Cons Nothing yet...the only thing (which they are working on) is adding more native integrations with landing page builders like Clickfunnels. As I'm living in Asia's timezone, I need a quick response to my problem. I manage to get an email response within 14 hours. Which was more than I expected to get from a company in a different timezone. I had faced with companies that are just answering emails without actually solving it, and i had to deal with the back and forth emails replies... on a different timezone. The main thing is, they get things done, quick and nice! Time is money. Pros This is by far the most exciting tool I've ever used for email marketing. It made email targeting specific audiences very easy with the filtering features on its segments. Basically, I can now filter my audiences from different sources and filter them > target them specific messages based on marketing campaigns, source, days, and many more!!!!!!!! I use to like ActiveCampaign just because of marketing automation and sequencing. After seeing Encharge, I quickly took a demo and moved all my contacts and automation to Encharge. Encharge is a powerful yet affordable marketing automation tool. One of the features I love is User Segmentation from the website. It's intuitive and easy to use and automates email marketing campaigns and behavior-based segmentation. Using this, I can send targeted emails to segments created. I’m so glad that I found this tool which is way reasonable compared to other best tools in the industry. Cons So far all good but one improvement I feel would make life easier. Set up was easy (even for a novice like me who until a year ago thought a cpanel was bloodwork your doctor orders for you...lol). I'm a SUPER visual person and LOVE the branch logic framework. The emails are awesome, and they're adding more. I honestly cannot see what Encharge can do that MailerLite cannot! The UI workflows and integrations really made it stand out as opposed to its competitors. What really sold me was Encharges road map they shared. The vision of where they are going really made me have confidence about the product before making a purchasing decision. They also are extremely approachable and after purchasing exchange they reached out and wanted to set up a time to discuss the business's plan. I haven't extensively used the tool yet but so far I'm impressed with what it delivers and I look forward to seeing where the product is going.
