I also absolutely fascinate that they have template automations to achieve predefined objectives (brilliant!). Cons They are missing a few essential native integrations, including one with Google Sheets. They integrate with Zapier and Integrately, so if you're happy using those services, then by all means. You shouldn't have a problem integrating Encharge with your most-used apps. However, I am a native integrations guys when it comes to essential services like Google Sheets. May 12, 2021 5.0 Overall, Encharge seems like a great tool for emailing users of your webapp. However, it has the potential to be so much more! Really looking forward to watching this software grow into a household name. Pros Creating automations is an intuitive process and with their lists of integrations and powerful triggers, you can create really complex and detailed campaigns if you want, and segment specific users based on their actions. Cons In particular regarding the business side of it, I am extremely disappointed that they have blocked the Shopify and even woocommerce integrations behind a paywall. This makes this software more relevant to my use case. Especially with the current features only being aimed towards saas and app businesses. Would love to see a bigger scope of use cases. (With current PPC, that is a lot.) I like flexibility of tools. It allows me to pin-point customers regarding their behaviour. Pros I like many automation possibilities, like drip campaign, segmentation, etc. It is easy to set up retargeting campaign, for example, where you send series of emails to customer that subscribe. Combinations are really endless and UI is very intuitive. I learned software without any problem. Cons There are not that many integrations yet. Company is honest about their roadmap. Number of connections is limited. But I must give credit to company that Encharge is a bit cheaper than competition, hence I understand limitation on connections. Review Source BR Bryan R. The have flow functionality that allows you to automate emails to people. Pros I like how easy it is to us. The Contacts, Flows, and Broadcasts are all organized the same way, making it so easy to interact with. It is easy to import contacts and the integrations with other apps is wonderful. While it is simple to use, it is also powerful and the automation builder allows you to do just about everything you need. I am moving over from Active Campaign, and and it was easy to move everything. Cons They have limited integrations. I would like drag and drop folders. No SMS yet. Being in touch with your clients will be easy and fun with with the email options that are include in the app. Pros The automation is one of the most beautiful tools that Encharge has. It's an amazing app in which you can automate your emails to increase conversions. On the other side you have the chance to create amazing broadcasts to your audiencie, which is totally cool. The customer service is amazing and you won't have any kind of problem with customization. Cons I think that the UI is cool but it could be improved. Anyway I've seen that they've been improving it constantly. Author Publishing Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Email Marketing with Excellent Segmentation" April 1, 2021 5.0 I use Encharge to create an onboarding sequence of emails for new customers, engage customers based on specific behaviors, offer promotions, and send broadcast emails to subsets of the list. Pros The segmentation options and ability to send targeted emails based on a customer's behavior is amazing. The options allows focused follow-up and actions tailored to each customer. The ability to customize the experience I deliver was a huge bonus for me and has made it much easier to automate my communications. Cons The training and FAQs are limited at the moment, although the library is growing. There are several videos, instructions, and tutorials. However there are so many options, it can be difficult to find a quick answer to a questions. But support is very responsive and I've found answers to all my questions. Review Source Omær B. You've found Encharge if you're trying to automate your emails into long and complex flows. For years, I've relied solely on ActiveCampaign. Cons You can see that even though they have been around for some time, some parts are still a little bit rudimentary, some UX could be improved, but hey it all works so that is something to overcome and they are working hard to make it better. Pros With Encharge you can archive a high level of automation to your business. Encharge is easy to use, and you don’t need to be a technic specialist. The drag-and-drop builder works great. Importing contacts is easy. Encharge has integrations with both Zapier and Integrately (a must nowadays) and has webhooks (also a must nowadays). The visual builders are easy to follow and if you are familiar with business process charts, you will learn it in no time. There is a lot of demos and onboarding videos. Cons 1\. There are no lists 2. Unable to auto-map/add tags using the CSV import at the moment 3. I wish they would make more native integrations. There are also tons of templates available to get you started creating workflows and setting up automation of your campaigns. The flow builder has many powerful aspects and can accommodate whatever type of campaign you have in mind from re-engaging current customers to following-up on onboarding. Deliverability rate of sent emails is high and the metrics are a great resource to follow your campaigns and to measure their effectiveness. The user interface is well thought out, clean looking, and easy to navigate. Importing contacts is a breeze and the Encharge website is overall very fast. Honestly one thing that hit me from day one was the pricing, because a lot of competition can be 4,5 or even 10 times more expensive every month. Also, by watching the step-by-step video guide, I was sold before I even bought the product. There are so many options to take advantage of that there is no excuse not to take advantage of Encharge. The email editor is way better than Activecampaign and I believe better than DRIP. The UI is a delight and very simple. Something really cool is they have their own webhook builder so you can get a webhook directly from Encharge and use that to integrate with other platforms, super cool. As soon as I opened the app it's clear what to do. The getting started wizard is helpful in this regard too. Feature wise I haven't had the time to test all of it out yet, but I see some things are (at the time of writing) still in development. That is a good thing, because it if I get to be part of the journey I may also be influencing what the final result will become. Cons I would like to easier connect to other services.
