Easy to create workflows and automations is what separates them from the competition. I also like that they are constantly updating functionalities and integrations with Apps, in a short time. If they can build everything as shown in the roadmap, the app will be amazing. Pros User-friendly, navigation and the knowledge base is great, specially for newcommers. It's also very focused on marketing automation and use behavior. I can segment my contacts and create emails based on my customers choice of path. Everything is unlimited, we just need to control the subscribers list. Cons Missing some e-commerce integrations, specially Shopify and WooCommerce which are the biggest ones. Hope they can reach the roadmap expectations on these integrations. Pros They have automation flows (build from scratch or use a premade template) for drip newsletters, follow-up emails with customers, and MULTIPLE custom domains you can send from. So I can send emails from company A or Company B. Cons At such a young stage, I would have hoped to see their prices a bit lower to gain traction, but they are very comparable to MailChimp so i can see why their prices are such today. It is reasonable pricing, but I can see it grow. Encharge was my one-stop solution. This is one of the investments in software tools that I have ever done. The onboarding process is super simple with topnotch UI, User friendly, Drag and Drop features. It has a built-in email address verification which helps in boosting the deliverability and to maintain sender reputation. And it has access to 50+ native integration tools like zapier, slack, stripe, Mailchimp, Calendly, Hubspot, and much more, this actually makes the integration process super simple. And I believe that it is going to be the best replacement for Klaviyo if they launch the e-commerce integration(Mainly Shopify). Pros I liked the fact that it had a section for people (like a CRM) that was easily accessible, it has a section for flows (with lots of different templates already created) , the emails themselves are very pretty and easy to set up and the various triggers integrate with a variety of services including forms, stripe, Mailchimp, zapier, etc. The process of segmentation is also intuitive and the interface is easy to understand without a manual. Everything is intuitive and simple, and I look forward to the product growing over time as they've done everything right so far, and I'm excited to see what they can do next. Pros Where other similar email marketing programs have difficult, clunky automation setups and processes, Encharge makes things much simpler and more intuitive without losing functionality. Even in their early stages, the prebuilt Flows and ideas they have built in are great starting points, and you can do quite a bit more with it if you're up for building your own custom Flows. Cons As it's a newer product still, there are some basics that are missing. For instance, they don't have any of their own forms yet. So you'll either need to build them yourself, use one of their many third-party plugin options, or find some other work around. They're on the roadmap, but have no ETA yet. Also, for a non-techy guy like me, the interface is pretty straightforward, easy to create flows and understand what step does what. Pretty customizable too. Cons I dont have a lot of cons, really, maybe the one thing I "dont" like is that the platform is not translated to spanish, but im sure the developers will add this in the future, or maybe I just dont know where to translate it fully to spanish. It is very easy to use even if someone doesnt have much technical knowledge or someone who hasnt even used an email tool before can get an hang of it in minutes. The dashboard is very user friendly and each tasks can be done seamlessly. The thing I loved the most is that my email doesnt go to the Spam inbox unlike other automation tools. The onboarding for Encharge also was quite impressive. Pros I love that Encharge has all the features I need in email marketing, such as segmentation, A/B testing, and workflows, but it also includes email validation and can trigger based on how people are interacting with my site. I was able to get my entire list moved over in minutes and setting up my flows has been straight forward and easy. Their service has also been top notch. It offers a very fast, flexible and intuitive flow builder. Creating new flows from ground up is a breeze and the transparent user flow makes it easy to see where your visitors are going. Everything in this system is fast and intuitive, not bulky as other productions. The support is top notch, always had a leaping hand when a new question came up and the community is also very helpful. Most important the delivery rate, which is very good, thanks to Sendgrid and AMZ SES. Cons The functions are a bit limited at the moment, but the roadmap is full of new exciting features. It also allows me to track the behaviour of visitors on my website, segment them and take specific actions based on set triggers. Encharge is a very viable alternative to the big names currently on the market. I will continue using them as it is still early days for them and they will only get better. All in all, Encharge is a great tool and I have no hesitation to recommend. Pros I really like their drag and drop builder, which makes it really easy to build out automated email flows. I also really like that they have the website tracking and lead scoring features. Behavior-based segmentation is a great plus as well. There are fare more features that are more advanced than more expensive alternatives. The ability to have more attractive emails than my competition is phenomenal. Being able to automate the system so that everyone on my list can receive the most relevant messages is what I have always strived to achieve.
