I love the team, I love how quick they are, and how much they understand the data - not just how to format, but also what answers I'm looking to solve with the reports I'm creating. I use Better Reports for all my clients and consider it the best in class for reporting. Pros The people! It's so refreshing to talk to real analysts, not just robots. The team is incredibly fast to respond (within hours if not minutes), and they are always able to solve my problems, provide solutions, and create some really complex reports. Cons There's really nothing I don't like! My one wish is for an option to view historical inventory, but that's not a feature Shopify offers. More of a con on Shopify than better reports. Pros It provides the ability to create custom reports to compensate for the lack of reporting in Shopify. I was having trouble creating a report yesterday and tried their AI chat for help. The next morning, I had an email from \[sensitive content hidden\] with a custom report I couldn't quite build myself. Outstanding service.
