I'm very happy with the product. Pros Better Reports is my go-to reporting solution for Shopify. It offers far more flexibility than Shopify’s built-in reporting tools, making it easy to pivot and aggregate data. I rely on several of their reports daily. However, what truly sets them apart is their exceptional support team. Their response times are often same-day, and they’ve never failed to fulfill a request. They even go the extra mile by creating custom explainer videos to walk through their solutions. The combination of powerful reporting and outstanding support makes this app an invaluable tool. We have a very complex business with a variety of systems and this works like a charm. Pros The SUPPORT is AMAZING! Best support of any vendor we have. If you have the requirements they will create the report for you and same day. The reports are way better than what our out-of-the box site provides. They are very easy to digest and love that you can export them in a variety of ways. \[sensitive content hidden\] is the best, I always enjoy working with her on reports. Cons The interface could be easier to build reports, you're basically reliant on support to customize the report for you. Even a video library could be helpful. Wish there was chat too. Cons A little knowledge of SQL would help get the very best out of it but the support is so good that any custom dimensions can be created by the Better Reports team with a simple email request - usually turned round within hours.
