Pros I can manipulate data where I can see detail or snapshot of the business Cons Some reports only show you one side of the business (i.e. sales) but you have to pull another report to see your inventory. Cons At times, custom integrations can be complicated when working on my own but they offer excellent support when I run into a wall that will take care of my questions right away. BR support is fantastic and quickly create and customize reports for us no matter how small or big the ask is! Pros For more granular and useful shopify reporting this is an essential app. The BR support team is FANTASTIC Cons the dashboards and reports aren't always beautiful but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Pros The reports can be customized in many different ways. It pulls and split all the info I need for all aspects of my business. The customer support team is incredible at answering my questions and even creating reports for me if I can't figure it out on my own. Cons It got a bit pricey when we upgraded to shopify plus. You will need to do some work to get opening inventory reporting but once done all you have to do is click. Pros The software is not that difficult to use. Custom reports are relatively easy to create and support is always prompt to help out. Reports are generated quickly and are simple to export. Cons Some fields don't total which I understand is not due to the software but the access to Shopify's data. Most of the reports we need are based on Shopify's reporting, but we need more details or we need to schedule exports. Cons Sometimes building a report is very difficult due to differences in the naming or mapping of attributes that Shopify uses vs Better Reports. If you ask how to make a specific kind of report, they don't just tell you the steps - they actually go in and make the whole report for you. I don't think I would have been able to do what i needed with any other app. Pros The Customer Service has exceeded all my expectations and has allowed me to create the exact reports i required.
