Pros

Not only does it work great, but the reps are happy to help us get what we need out of it when our users aren't sure how.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. One thing that might be nice is making it easier for more types of people to build reports, without limiting the capabilities of the program. Not sure how exactly that would look as it seems fairly easy already.

I don't understand how to make my own. It's a bit confusing but again, just reach out to them yourself and they will work on it for you.

Love the ease of creating reports and the customer service is exceptional. There is nothing they haven’t been able to create for me.

Some of the reports aren’t as easy to create on your own. However if you reach out for help they can do it for you.

We can track all data related to sales. Discounts, sales tax, sales by product, sales by customer. We can drill down into the customer data to analyze trends.

Pros

Our company uses Better Reports for financial data and product sales data. Having all the data on one platform is great.

Cons

It's not easy to create reports, but the customer service team is phenomenal! They've created reports for me, providing exactly what is needed. As I use the platform, I'll start creating more reports.

Just about any report is possible, and if I can't figure it out customer service is awesome, super responsive and get it right first time.

Sometimes confusing to set up but customer service always super responsive so has not been an issue

Pros

Shopify reports suck! This makes it so much easier to do the basic jobs. I can see worse selling stock, fastest movers and bestselling collections in seconds. The customer service is better than I have ever countered elsewhere too

Cons

The fact that initially it wasn't password protected under apps on shopify. But the team provided a quick fix for this.

Pros

We love being able to access custom reports and the customer service is truly superior.

Cons

I have had a hard time understanding how to create the reports myself. Thankfully the customer service is great and they'll build anything I need so quickly it almost doesn't even matter.
