I love the way once we entered everybody in it tractor volunteers tracked where they were when it came to training tracked whether or not they completed things. It was amazing after years of struggling with getting harassment training completed. This was a great tool for us to save time and energy for all. Cons Most of the difficulties I had with the product were because I am disabled, not because of the product. Whenever I called customer service they were amazing and got back to me on the same day. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and never made me feel like I didn’t know what I was doing. This has allowed employees to experience no change on their end!Their trainings are great to begin with, but then EasyLlama allows you to work with their content team to customize anything you want - which is very appealing to us. Training compliance is high and easily tracked both on our platform, as well as EasyLlama's dashboard as a second check. Pros I can't speak highly enough of EasyLlama. We had a short window to switch from our existing vendor to our new vendor, and EasyLlama made the transition so easy from start to finish. Their content is uploadable to our existing platform. Their dashboard is easy to use. They are super responsive and quick to resolve any questions/issues. And everything is full customizable, which is unique. Highly recommend!! Cons Easy Llama has been amazing!! We honestly have no complaints on our end. June 20, 2023 5.0 Sexual Harassment Prevention is a mandatory training and Easy Llama has taken care of this for me by researching the laws of each state for me. They put the training together so I don't have to spend hours or weeks on trying to learn the various ins and outs of putting this type of thing together for presentation. Pros I work for a startup company and I wear multiple hats at this stage of the game. Anything that I can use to make my job easier is a benefit. I believe the Llama character helps make this easy on the eyes too. We were at a company outing, and I heard employees talking about the "mascots" of two of the products used by us and how they enjoyed them. Of course, the llama was one of the two mentioned. Easy llama makes keeping track of who has completed which training very easy. Easy Llama sends training reminders and sends me a weekly report of what is happening with my employees. I also like that a certificate is produced at the end of each employee's completion of their training. This certificate is downloadable, which is great too. Let's face it, any training that you do not have to put together, ensure you are up to date on the laws of each state that remote employees reside in, will make your life easier. Employees can do this at their leisure, you do not have to work around anyone's schedule, and you do not have to "be the trainer". Cons I seriously cannot think of any downside to this product. Easy Llama has developed state specific content where needed, which is a huge benefit! Pros Easy Llama is so easy to use and understand as an administrator. I love that it lets us know the renewal date for ongoing learning, that you can easily send reminders through the system or copy a link if you need to send an email. The Harassment Prevention content stays up to date with current issues so it's slightly different from year to year which makes it easier to engage with. Pros Easy to navigate the website and assign training to our Team Members. Allows us to keep track of who has completed training, when it was completed, when it will need to be done again. Cons We have a training computer room set up for new hires. It would be great if there was a way for administrators to access the link for individual trainees without them having to login to their personal emails on the training computer in order to access the training link. I love website that are easy to use and where the main features are in front of you in order for the experience to be smooth and not time consuming. Pros I love the Easy llama made the Harassment training interactive and less painful to go through. It is great for employees to be able to do the course at their own pace instead of having to do a companywide meeting. Cons Integration with some payroll providers would be great. The course content is very relative and up to date. Cons I would like to be able to provide logins and passwords to participants at my level. This is not a big hinderance. EASiest decision of 2020- favorite thing that will absolutely stick around post-covid pandemic! Pros easy to get my team all enrolled, simple cost structure, multiple languages, on-demand and interactive and guaranteed to meet NY state mandated training. I loved that i could complete a demo of the training myself before making decisions- support team is great! Actually heard from multiple team members about their positive experiences- when was the last time someone had positive feedback and review after completing annual harassment training? Cons No issues really- biggest complaint would be that EasyLlama doesnt offer more courses! Reason for choosing EasyLlama i forget which other products i may have used- everything seemd to have a corporate stuffiness to it--- which is just not the vibe for harassment training anymore, people dont trust those more traditional feeling approaches. We use it every quarter to update new hires with the sexual harassment training. Pros I like the bilingual software. We have English and Spanish speakers so we only need to do 2 classes for our team. It is the same scenarios for each language and it is very interactive. Cons I wish that sometimes you could click ahead. For example, if you have the cards that you have to flip over, you have to wait until the video has finished speaking before you can flip over, or if you flip over before the video has finished speaking then you still have to complete before moving to the next part. It's very simple and easy for everyone to start a training. We wish they provide more courses so that we don't need to explore other online training vendors. Pros Very easy to use for both administrators and employees. Unlike other online training courses, no long-term commitment before using it. We can to purchase necessary credits. Cons I prefer the previous version of Easy Llama software. The current version is a bit hard for me to find a function I want to use. It's been updated so often and makes administrators confused every time we want to assign a training. Reason for choosing EasyLlama No implementation fee or long term contract. It has improved employee learning and administrative duties immensely! Pros Training content is superb, fun, highly interactive, and the least painful online training I've personally every experienced. (Kudos to you!) Cons It works for what we need, but I was surprised that there weren't more courses offered. Perhaps a better way of organizing multiples of the same subject like Harassment Prevention. Would like to be able to change due dates in bulk or on the same screen rather than have a pop up every time I change one. Would like to have an option to select/skip individual trainings to renew without having to go int learner profiles. They're short enough and I like that our team can pause and come back to where they left off. The integrations with slack and email are helpful too. They have definitely improved over the years. Cons I'm just not sure if it's the best out there. The trainings are a little corny (which I'm sure many are) and the billing system is confusing. I learned that the State passed a law in 2020 that requires sexual harassment training for all businesses, regardless of size or status (ie full-time v part-time) of employees. I never had to provide this type of training for my employees before and with COVID-19 I was not sure what to do. I did a Google search and came across EasyLlama. Game changer. It was so easy to use. I quickly added my employees and myself and assigned them the appropriate training (employee v. supervisor). My team and I completed the required in less than 3 days, at our own pace. I will definitely recommend EasyLlama and plan to use it again as I onboard more employees. Cons I do not have anything to compare EasyLlama to. It was easy to use and fulfilled the State's requirements to provide sexual harassment to employees of my company. They did send me an offer for HIPAA training, but it did not apply to my business. When I started researching platforms for sexual harassment prevention training, I was surprised to find the content offered by many vendors to be dated and stereotypical in their illustrations and dramatizations, potentially offensively so. It was refreshing to find material that was engaging and illustrative of such a wide variety of identities. Pros The software is fantastic from both the perspective of the user and the administrator. The onboarding process is efficient, clearly explained, and easily implemented. I've also received extremely positive feedback from team members regarding the way the training material is presented. Several team members commented that the varied and interactive presentation tools aided them in retaining the information, and also commented that it is of particular benefit to non-neurotypical learners. Cons I do have one small suggestion. The search bar in which new trainings are assigned does not appear to have the ability to be limited to the trainings that an institution is using, which increases typing/scrolling time in finding the correct training to correct.
