We just thought it would be good practice to have Harassment training though it is not required in our state. Pros Integration was slow, but not on EasyLLama's side, it was the payroll company who seemed to drag their heels. Cons I am a little disappointed in the number of trainings, though I did know what was available before I signed up. There looks like a lot, but that is because there are about a thousand different ones on the same subject. I understand why, but it's a pain to scroll through dozens of harassment trainings to get to the next subject. It was completed by everyone before the Jan 1 deadline for the Harassment Training, and left a lasting impression on everyone. Pros What I liked most about this software was how it was broken down into smaller segments and had interactive aspects to it to, to test your knowledge. It was also informational but made learning fun. Cons N/A. Everything about the software was great. Reason for choosing EasyLlama I chose EasyLlama over other products while researching because of its positive reviews and after viewing the demo. I also spoke to a representative, told them our company size and needs, and had a positive experience from the start. Pros I can set up all the classes for my employees online and see who has completed the classes, and who has not completed them. Cons It's really easy to use so I have no complaints. Pros We've used two different softwares; Sexual Harassment/Discrimination and the DS&I. It's nice as people can do the training in sections due to their schedules and pick right up where they left off. People used their laptops and even their mobile devices. It's completely flexible. Cons No major complaints at this point. I'd have preferred to do it live yet with time and COVID constraints, this was the next best thing! Reason for choosing EasyLlama Cost, ease of use and delivered appropriate information. It will also keep track of when (by state) individuals will be required to take the training again. NO brainer! I am hoping they develop more software for other staff compliance topics. Pros Inexpensive per/person software that I could use for individual staff members to complete annual sexual harassment training. Cons I did not have any difficulties with the software. We felt so confident in this program that we offered it to those who were not required to do training Pros This product was very easy to set up as an administrator for our employees. It was easy to track and send reminders to the employees. I was able to create our own deadlines of when training needed to be completed. Very user friendly! As someone who also took the training, very simple to use and easy to understand. Cons I honestly have no complaints or issues with this software! Reason for choosing EasyLlama EasyLlama was one of the first ones I found online - the price was great and as I looked into it a bit more, felt this was a perfect fit for our company! June 15, 2022 5.0 Pros Our employees are raving about the training! We deployed the anti-harassment training and almost immediately people started talking about how engaging and interesting the training is. Multiple organic conversations around the office about the content for weeks! I have NEVER in all of my years in HR had employees voluntarily talk about how great an anti-harassment training was. It really was the talk of the town. Cons The only con I can think of is that I can't customize the notification email that goes out to employees. This may be my lack of trying however as it hasn't been top of mind. Outside of that, everything has been great and so easy to use! Reason for choosing EasyLlama Price. Integration with our HRIS. Our account manager is responsive and friendly. Pros I loved how easy it was to assign trainees and see their progress. The dashboard makes quick work of finding the employee you want to follow up on and see what progress they have made through the training. Cons I think Harassment training is the only segment we used so far. We are considering using others but I find the use of coins to "purchase" a training program a bit cumbersome when you have a larger staff. Also, and this is just my personal take on it, the videos can be a little cheesy. Reason for choosing EasyLlama The customer service was excellent.
