Overall Experience was not good. Specially with sales team \[sensitive content hidden\] who gives false commitment.

In this software you can do only attendance properly

Cons

calculation of salary is worst part in this Pagar book. Some time software lagging even if you are using paid version

Pros

Pagarbook HRMS is an all-in-one comprehensive Attendance solution that can help small-scale businesses manage human resources effectively. It helps us automate HR processes such as attendance through face recognition, leave requests, and many more.

Cons

The reports generated by Pagarbook HRMS provide very basic information reports which are needed to be updated that can help businesses to understand their workforce better and make data-driven decisions.

My overall experience is quite satisfactory. Pagarbook is helping us in attendance management, payroll management, automatic salary calculation, generating and customising salary slips with our business name & logo on them, keeping record of staff’s advances, allowances etc.

Pros

Pagarbook is an easy to use software to automate and track staff attendance, calculating salaries, generating salary slips, staff onboarding, real time updates via SMS to staff etc.

Cons

Pagarbook is an amazing software in my opinion and is really economical for businesses of every kind.
