As a sole employee, it is hard to knock the price (free) and technical support available. Cons I do not do as much in java as some other people so customizing the methods sometimes takes me longer than most and many times I end up creating a support ticket. Had most of the features i needed for this project Cons Changes in methods, properties and namespaces in different versions. I dont do coding very often. Need to rely on Copilot/Gemini, and it takes time to find correct namespaces, methods and properties.
