### "A Reliable, Well‑Supported UI Toolkit for .NET Developers"

January 17, 2026

5.0

My experience with Essential Studio has been excellent so far. I’ve used it in both Blazor and .NET MAUI projects, and the components have been reliable and easy to integrate. Their developer support has been especially strong—any questions or bug‑related issues are handled quickly and thoroughly. Updating through NuGet is straightforward, and the licensing setup is simple to manage. I also appreciate that Syncfusion follows up periodically to share new features and improvements, which helps keep my projects up to date.

Pros

Essential Studio is very easy to install, and the documentation is clear and thorough. The components have been stable in my projects with no major bugs encountered. Their support team has also been consistently responsive and helpful, especially for both Blazor and .NET MAUI development.

Cons

I haven’t encountered any significant issues so far. Some online reviews mention concerns about licensing costs, but Syncfusion is very transparent about offering the full suite for free until you reach a certain revenue threshold. At that point, paying for the license is reasonable, especially considering the value of the toolkit.

### "Powerful .NET components – exceptional for PDF creation and processing"

January 7, 2026

5.0

Overall, the experience with Essential Studio has been very positive, especially for .NET development with a strong focus on PDF processing and UI controls. It reliably helps deliver production-grade applications faster while keeping maintenance overhead low.

Pros

We have been using Syncfusion across multiple C#/.NET projects, mainly for creating and processing PDF documents in a healthcare software environment. The library is extremely stable, well-documented, and offers an impressive range of features – from precise layout control and form handling to digital signatures. What I value most is the performance: even complex, multi-page PDF outputs with embedded images and charts are generated quickly and reliably. Compared to other libraries, Syncfusion provides outstanding value – an ideal solution for professional .NET developers who depend on stability, strong documentation, and top-tier performance. Pros: Comprehensive set of features for PDF and Office document processing Excellent and responsive technical support High performance and reliability in production environments Great documentation and many code examples Cons: Can take a bit of time to get familiar with the full feature set

Cons

Can take a bit of time to get familiar with the full feature set. Github copilot gets sometimes confused and lacks information from the documentation because it uses mostly microsoft learn for up to date infos.

### "Syncfusion .Net packages gets the job done"

June 10, 2026

4.0

Very good when correct methods, functions, properties are found. Good when the access to these things are done and one can focus on the logic of the app in development.

Pros

Only used for a small project to add annotations to a PDF. Works great. Had most of the features i needed for this project

Cons

Changes in methods, properties and namespaces in different versions. I dont do coding very often. Need to rely on Copilot/Gemini, and it takes time to find correct namespaces, methods and properties.

### "Nice feature set but flaky overall quality"

July 1, 2025

3.0

Basically support team response is fast and things gets fixed often within 1 month but it is very risky to upgrade to new nuget versions. We like the feature set and styling capabilities and that it is also working on windows/android/iOS which is a hard requirements for us.

Pros

SfListView performance and features set. DragDrop Support, SelectionModes, Stylings possibilities. Continues maintenance.

Cons

Quality! Features often break down from one feature to another feature and also its is nevery clean if a new nuget weekly version is kind of stable versions or not. Seems that there is also no UI-Automation Test in place where things and features for MAUI .NET controls are tested regularly before it get released as new nuget-packages! E.g. SfListView Automation-Peers got broken entirely just few weeks ago. Also on SfNumericEntry broke several times. E.g. once no dot/comma softinput keyboard button was visible from one release to the next. Etc. Etc.

### "Easy to use with extensive documentation!"

April 15, 2026

5.0

The tool was very easy to integrate into our solution, an insurance quotation portal. With the excellent documentation, we were able to implement digital signatures for the PDF documents generated in our solution, strictly following all Brazilian legal regulations. The documents were validated on the official government portal without any issues!

Pros

The ease of integration of the tool, with packages added easily without any conflict with other packages already in use, the super simple configurations required to start operation, and extensive documentation, allowed us to carry out our implementation in a short amount of time.

Cons

We haven't identified any negative points so far; all our needs have been successfully met, and we are expanding the use of the tool to other system functionalities with complete success so far!

### "Syncfusion for Blazor: a must if you want to develop enterprise web applications"

August 22, 2025

5.0

Over the past few years, I’ve developed several side projects using Blazor Server and SSR, starting from its very first beta release. Throughout that time, I've explored a variety of component libraries — including free ones as well as a commercial option. So I can say I’ve had enough hands-on experience to confidently evaluate the strengths and limitations of these tools. Each library has its unique “golden feature” — something you love and inevitably miss when switching to another. But after a few months of real-world development, you start to see which one consistently delivers the best overall experience. And in my opinion, that’s SyncFusion. From the breadth and uniqueness of its components, to the quick and thorough responses from their support team, SyncFusion stands out. Weekly updates for bug fixes, the opportunity to submit feature requests (I’m proud to say a couple of mine were actually implemented!), and an overall developer-focused approach make using SyncFusion a genuinely enjoyable experience — whether you’re working on a small personal project or a complex enterprise-grade application.

Pros

The uniqueness of certain components — like Gantt and Kanban — sets this product apart from most major competitors. Each module, whether it's the data grid, charts, scheduler, or others, comes packed with customizable features that can be fine-tuned to meet your specific needs. Support is outstanding: responses are fast and thorough, not just for open tickets but also across the forums and public feedback boards. These replies almost always include a working sample, which is incredibly helpful. Another major advantage is the upgrade experience. Even when a new (or major) version is released, breaking changes are minimal, clearly documented, and 99.9% of your application continues to function without needing to touch a single line of code. This encourages developers to stay current and reap the benefits of new features — like the recently added AI chat and spreadsheet components.

Cons

The documentation is extensive — and honestly, exceptionally well done. Each component includes three dedicated sections: Main Documentation, Examples and Demos (how-to guides), and the API Reference. However, locating a specific feature often requires digging through all three areas, which can slow down your workflow. The Preview Sample feature (the blue button below each code snippet) tends to render very slowly, which affects usability. Similarly, the Blazor Playground could be incredibly helpful and appealing — if only it weren’t so sluggish. Perhaps switching from Blazor WebAssembly to Blazor Server could improve performance? Some minor features — such as automatically selecting the grid filter type based on the column’s data type (boolean, date, etc.), or offering validation components that don’t rely on Data Annotations or FluentValidation — tend to be better implemented by other competitors.

### "Essential Studio: a great tool to speed up your software development delivery"

April 27, 2026

5.0

I’ve already created two applications: one is a Blazor application, like I mentioned before, and the second is a .NET MAUI app built on .NET 9 using the Community Toolkit. The experience has been great, but I’m now looking for a free license, especially to improve the MAUI app, because many of the features I want to experiment with aren’t included in the free, open‑source Syncfusion.Community.Toolkit.

Pros

The first time I used Essential Studio was because I needed to produce a dynamic map with highlighted areas for a city or district in a Blazor app. The integration was easy, and it allowed me to avoid the nightmare of writing JavaScript to handle GeoJSON data for specific geographic areas, since everything could be managed directly with C# objects

Cons

Essential Studio provides a wide range of ready‑to‑use, highly optimized controls, supported by a responsive and consistently reliable support team.

### "20+ Years in Software Dev and Syncfusion Essential Studio is Still the Best I’ve Ever Used"

April 10, 2026

5.0

I’ve been doing software development for over 20 years now, and hands down, Syncfusion is the BEST company I’ve ever worked with. They are not just another vendor to me, they really feel like a true partner on every project. Their components save me a ton of time, they just work reliably, and I can move forward without second-guessing everything. What actually sets them apart is the support. It’s genuinely excellent. Anytime I run into something, I know there’s a team ready to jump in and help, Having Syncfusion on a project gives me real peace of mind that it’s going to get done right. I recommend them all the time to other developers and companies who want great tools and support that actually delivers.

Pros

What I liked most about Essential Studio is how easy everything is to use right out of the box. The components just work, and the samples they provide are useful On top of that, their support is excellent.

Cons

Honestly, I can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like about Essential Studio. I’ve got zero complaints

### "Recommended for Ready-to-Use controls"

April 28, 2026

5.0

Have been a long-term user with Syncfusion. The support team is prompt and provide valuable assistance when you run into issue(s).

Pros

the ease of installation and getting the respective updates, and the offline demo files made available for quick reference.

Cons

However, the demo files could take up quite a lot of local storage space, and with the availability of high speed broadband, it might not be necessary to download the demo files into local storage space anymore But good efforts, to make it for use cases like secured places with no internet access, or urban areas with lower bandwidth or lower speed internet access.

### "Still excellent after 2 years of full time dev"

June 24, 2025

5.0

I've been developing a large, complex Blazor-based application for a couple of years. Lots of objects, database back and forth, displaying/editing data in grids, sharing objects with others based on permissions, etc. The Syncfusion controls and Syncfusion support have enabled me to do what would normally take a team of 3 or 4. I tried two other popular control sets in the beginning. I found the first to be lacking in good support and the second to be cost prohibitive. In modern SW dev, where little is protected via proprietary IP, the ones who make the dev process easier & more efficient and set themselves apart with great service will prevail. Syncufusion with their Essential Studio is the epitome of this.

Pros

The Syncfusion team gets it. Great Controls. Good documentation. Lots of Examples. Continuously adding new controls or updating existing ones. The icing on top: very helpful, polite support with good response times.

Cons

If I had to say what needs improvement, I'd suggest two small things: 1) Adding some more detail in the formal documentation. I usually do fine with their documentation and examples, but periodically I'll see the documentation hasn't been updated for the most recent feature set. Or I'm trying to do something pretty unique and have a hard time figuring it out via the examples/documentation. In which case I'll just ask support and they'll respond within a day or two with a nice example. 2) Adding more Property options on the controls for common CSS adjustments. The SF controls already have a lot of good properties to set like Enable/Disable or GridLine Style, etc. But periodically I'll have to add or overwrite CSS to get some behavior. Since blazor is so nicely integrated with C# code, I find it cleaner to use properties.

### "20 years of good partnership"

January 19, 2026

5.0

We chose Syncfusion Essential Studio for WPF because it meets most of our truly diverse requirements.

Pros

We are using Syncfusion for about 20 years. The reason is the extremely diverse possibilities offered by the table and graphics WPF component. And, of course, the excellent support for questions about coding, even though this has declined significantly due to AI.

Cons

We are actually very satisfied, but one feature in a graphic that we urgently need has not been implemented, even though it would be useful. Admittedly, it is a special case that is likely to benefit very few customers. However, our previous component was able to do this, which means that this is a step backwards in terms of functionality.

### "Saved me Weeks (or months) of Development Time"

April 29, 2026

5.0

My apps generate and display Nautical Almanac and Pub 229 tables for performing celestial navigation. They also allow the user to output these tables and other reports in PDF format and/or print them from the app. I was able to get some basic PDF processing to work for my Xamarin apps using renderers. Now converting my apps to Maui I was dreading the effort to get the same functionality without renderers. As part of the conversion I am also adding the windows framework for the first time. How will do I do the PDF processing for Windows? With SyncFusion for Maui I was able to do everything I needed in just a few days. Using their PDF viewer I am able to both display and print the PDF documents I include in the app for the quick start guide, application walkthrough, and reference documents. All with common code for iOS, Android, and Windows. Very simple to customize the PDF viewer toolbar to include only the functions I need and use emoji for the text /image of the buttons in the toolbar. I use the default toolbar for windows (which is already very good for this platform) and my custom toolbar for the mobile apps (doesn’t take up as much space and is more intuitive with the emoji graphics). For the reports I generate into an XAML ContentPage, I am able to create a PDF file by capturing the ContentPage to an imageStream and then drawing that image onto a PDF page. From there I can display it to the PDF viewer as above and the user can save it or print it. It does everything I needed and works very well. I was initially concerned with a lag in displaying my PDF file in the viewer but that was because I was building for Debug. When building for Release the display time was very reasonable. One of my reference documents is almost 100 pages and only takes a few seconds to display. I was also very impressed with the print quality when printing from the PDF viewer.

Pros

I have not directly used Essential Studio, but I have used the community license to pull in the Nuget packages for SyncFusion.Maui.Core, SyncFusion.Maui.Maps, and SyncFusion.Maui.PdfViewer that I needed to convert my Xamarin apps to .net 10 Maui. The thing I liked most was a common interface that I could use with the Apple, Android, and Windows version of my apps. Once I completed the changes for one platform, those same changes worked for both of the other platforms I target with little or no extra tweaking.

Cons

Again, I did not directly use Essential Studio, but plan to do so in the future. I did initial have a learning curve to using the libraries, but that is to be expected and the online documentation was great.

### "Enterprise-Grade UI Without the Headaches"

December 2, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Essential Studio has been excellent. It gave me the kind of velocity and stability you usually only get with a full front-end team, but without the overhead. The components are polished, consistent, and handle the kind of complexity SageScreen thrives on — data-heavy grids, structured forms, dynamic UI, all the stuff most libraries claim to do but rarely deliver well. It let me focus on building the product instead of babysitting UI quirks. The end result is a cleaner, faster, more engaging platform that feels enterprise-grade without me having to handcraft every last detail. Even with a few documentation gaps and occasional loading oddities, the productivity gain and quality of output easily outweigh them. In short: it streamlined the work, elevated the UX, and made the whole build feel smoother and more deliberate.

Pros

The biggest win is how much heavy lifting SyncFusion takes off my plate. SageScreen has a lot of moving parts — data-heavy grids, complex forms, scheduling controls, filtering, dynamic UI around interviews, the whole circus. Normally that means building and maintaining a bunch of custom components that eat time and sanity. SyncFusion just eliminates that grind. The grids, schedulers, charts, and form inputs work cleanly, look sharp out of the box, and behave consistently across every page. I get enterprise-grade UI without wrestling CSS gremlins or reinventing widgets that should’ve been solved years ago. It let me focus on actual product logic instead of UI plumbing, and it made the entire interface far more polished and engaging. For a one-person front-end operation, that’s gold.

Cons

The only real friction I hit was around loading behavior and documentation gaps. A few components don’t load in the order you’d intuitively expect, so you end up reverse-engineering which dependency needs to initialize first. Not a deal-breaker, just one of those “why is this doing that?” moments that slows you down until you’ve cracked the pattern. The documentation is mostly solid, but some of the deeper component behaviors and dependency chains are glossed over. There were times where the docs assumed knowledge that… wasn’t actually written down anywhere. Nothing I couldn’t figure out, but it did mean a bit of spelunking through examples or trial-and-error. Minor annoyances, not actual blockers — just the price of admission for a big, powerful component suite.

### "Syncfusion Offers Great Value, Great Products, and Great Support"

April 4, 2026

5.0

Overall experience is very positive. Great products, great support, great people at a reasonable price.

Pros

We have been using Syncfusion for a few years now in our development environment. Since the tools cover both desktop and mobile, we can utilize the same coding base to accelerate our development process. In addition to the tool set, Syncfusion provides Metro Studio (at not cost) for icons, which helps on the GUI side of the effort. Their customer support is outstanding and responsive. Great group of people.

Cons

### "Everything a .NET team needs: quick UI, zero external dependencies, and continuous performance gains"

November 14, 2025

5.0

Overall, Essential Studio helped me ship .NET apps faster. Performance has been strong in real projects, and recent releases continued to improve load/render times and Excel operations, which kept the UI responsive. And One of the best supports we have received with any Software.

Pros

Essential Studio saved us many hours in our .NET front‑end workflow and deployment. The document libraries (PDF, Word/DocIO, Excel/XlsIO, PowerPoint) let me generate, convert, and edit files entirely in C# without Office or Adobe, which kept our export and reporting pipelines simple and reliable. Performance has been excellent: the UI rendered fast and never hampered our app. Upgrades were smooth as well—.NET 9 support was ready when we needed it, so staying current was painless. Integration with our Azure DevOps CI/CD was straightforward since everything ships as NuGet packages that drop cleanly into a .NET build pipeline. And they have the best support. They even go extra mile to help resolve our issues.

Cons

I personally haven’t run into any notable issues, but the team broadly notes a learning curve and gaps in advanced customization when you step beyond the demos.

### "feature-rich React UI library with outstanding support"

March 18, 2026

5.0

Syncfusion provides a lot of advanced components. It is a great addition to our corporate standard/basic component library. The security / value / support / feature / toolset / ease of use etc are all endorsed at the company level. The support team is also great, very helpful and responsive. They always replied our queries with full explanations and root cause analysises. The turnaround time is also satisfying, although we are in Australia.

Pros

I as a developer, am using the React RichTextEditor component recently in our large scale banking project. The overall feature is brilliant. It gives you almost everything you wish a RTE can do, including the latest AI assistant menu which can be easily integrated into our custom AI api. We will be using the image copy/pasting feature soon and integrate the RTE with our corporate image repository. We also use syncfusion dropdowns, grids, notifications and treegrid.

Cons

We haven’t encountered any major issues so far. However it would have helped if Syncfusion documentation could highlight what kind of usage a particular component is not designed for. For example, we used the <TreeGrid> in some not-fit-for-purpose cases. We used to use it to render expand/collapse rows that have another complex component as a child, which introduced accessibility issues.

### "Good Value with Strong Support, but Requires Effort to Maintain"

August 27, 2025

4.0

Overall, Essential Studio provides strong value for the cost, with feature-rich components and a support team that actively works with customers to resolve issues. While the editors aren’t perfect and there are trade-offs in styling and maintainability, the product has been reliable enough for production use, and the pace of updates ensures long-term viability. For teams prepared to manage frequent updates and occasionally provide detailed bug reports, Essential Studio can be a cost-effective and powerful option.

Pros

The document editor components are strong and integrate well into a larger system. Syncfusion’s customer support is very responsive and generally quick to provide fixes or workarounds, especially when issues are reproducible. Their frequent release cycle means improvements and bug fixes get delivered quickly. Considering the overall licensing cost, the value for money is solid compared to competitors.

Cons

The online document editors still have a fair number of bugs, and complex use cases can expose edge cases easily. Syncfusion often requires a working sample project to reproduce an issue before offering fixes, which is difficult when working with complex, enterprise-level applications where extracting a minimal example isn’t realistic. The rapid update cycle, while helpful, can also be a burden to keep up with. Styling consistency across controls is not as seamless as with some competing libraries, so we often use other UI libraries for cleaner out-of-the-box design.

### "Solid with room for improvements"

August 11, 2025

4.0

We use the Blazor, Angular and VUE components, so all feedback is related to those: Overall the Syncfusion components are a great tool for everybody that does not have an already existing UI development team and need something that works well together and looks very professional for most use cases that one might have. Despite some issues here and there, we are happy to use them and will continue to do so in the future

Pros

We use the Blazor, Angular and VUE components, so all feedback is related to those: 1. It has a huge and useful library of controls 2. The support and response to bugs has been very good 3. All controls have an in depth and easy to follow documentation 4. The controls are very customizable 5. The controls match each others design and look nice 6. The performance is overall quite good

Cons

We use the Blazor, Angular and VUE components, so all feedback is related to those: 1. Too many bugs 2. Some controls feel not as reliable and have been flaky from time to time 3. Code seems to have a focus on readability and a similar structure over all code languages but is not intuitive or 'native' 4. The documentation is sometimes incomplete. While the API documentation covers all properties, it explains none. So I expect all options and properties of all components to be explained in the official documentation as well 5. The license portal has shown incorrect number of licenses multiple times so far and always required us to reach out

### "Comprehensive and well-supported component library"

September 23, 2025

5.0

We've been using Syncfusion's React components for the past 6 months to build our application. The Diagram, DataGrid, Charts component has been incredibly useful for us to build our application. We were especially impressed with the Diagram component feature and filtering and sorting feature available on the data grid, which made us just like applying settings to the component instead of building our own which helped us reduced our development time. The documentation is clear, and we've found the support team to be fast, especially when we needed help with any issues. Overall, we would highly recommend Syncfusion React components to other developers looking for a powerful and reliable UI library

Pros

The sheer number of components is a major plus. We successfully implemented features using the Diagram, DataGrid, Charts, etc. without needing to find and integrate multiple third-party libraries. The support team is a significant differentiator. For the few edge cases we encountered, they provided great assistance and sample code, which helped us resolve issues quickly and stay on schedule

Cons

While the documentation is extensive, the sheer number of options can be a bit overwhelming at first. However, the demos and examples help speed up the process

### "Comprehensive UI Toolkit with Strong Value for Developers"

February 11, 2026

5.0

Overall, it has been a solid and reliable UI component library in my development workflow. It helped accelerate development by avoiding the need to build complex UI controls from scratch. Support has been responsive when needed, and updates are consistent.

Pros

Very comprehensive component suite with strong coverage across web, desktop, and reporting. The documentation is detailed and examples are practical, which reduces integration time. I especially appreciate the breadth of UI controls and how actively the product is maintained. The community license is also helpful for small businesses and independent developers.

Cons

There is no Diagram support for MAUI suite, I mean, for MAUI, they dont have rich collection like they have for other platform.

### "Development efficiency has significantly improved, the components are stable, and the technical support is excellent."

September 23, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Essential Studio has been very positive. The interface is user-friendly, the components are abundant and easy to integrate, which greatly enhances development efficiency. The documentation is detailed, and solutions can be found quickly whenever problems arise. In addition, technical support responds promptly and helps resolve technical issues. Throughout the usage, each component has been highly stable, allowing me to focus on developing application features with confidence.

Pros

The out-of-the-box UI suite of Essential Studio allows us to quickly focus on developing business logic and enables us to build robust and highly interactive applications in no time.

Cons

The initial learning curve is relatively steep, requiring more time to read the documentation, but this is also because the component is well-featured.

### "Excellent UI Toolkit with Great Value for Developers"

April 21, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Syncfusion Essential Studio has been very positive. It has helped me build applications faster and with better UI quality. The wide range of components and cross-platform support makes it a reliable choice for developers working on different types of projects. With continuous improvements and good customer support, it stands out as a solid development toolkit.

Pros

Syncfusion Essential Studio offers a very comprehensive set of UI components and tools that significantly speed up development. The controls are high quality, well-documented, and work smoothly across multiple platforms including web, desktop, and mobile. I especially like the wide variety of components available out of the box, which reduces the need for third-party libraries. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to competitors, making it great value for money. Their frequent updates and active support team are also big advantages.

Cons

While the library is powerful, the learning curve can be slightly steep for beginners due to the large number of components and features. Some documentation sections could be more beginner-friendly with clearer examples. Occasionally, certain components may require extra customization to fit specific design needs.
