### "A Reliable, Well‑Supported UI Toolkit for .NET Developers"

January 17, 2026

5.0

My experience with Essential Studio has been excellent so far. I’ve used it in both Blazor and .NET MAUI projects, and the components have been reliable and easy to integrate. Their developer support has been especially strong—any questions or bug‑related issues are handled quickly and thoroughly. Updating through NuGet is straightforward, and the licensing setup is simple to manage. I also appreciate that Syncfusion follows up periodically to share new features and improvements, which helps keep my projects up to date.

Pros

Essential Studio is very easy to install, and the documentation is clear and thorough. The components have been stable in my projects with no major bugs encountered. Their support team has also been consistently responsive and helpful, especially for both Blazor and .NET MAUI development.

Cons

I haven’t encountered any significant issues so far. Some online reviews mention concerns about licensing costs, but Syncfusion is very transparent about offering the full suite for free until you reach a certain revenue threshold. At that point, paying for the license is reasonable, especially considering the value of the toolkit.

### "Powerful .NET components – exceptional for PDF creation and processing"

January 7, 2026

5.0

Overall, the experience with Essential Studio has been very positive, especially for .NET development with a strong focus on PDF processing and UI controls. It reliably helps deliver production-grade applications faster while keeping maintenance overhead low.

Pros

We have been using Syncfusion across multiple C#/.NET projects, mainly for creating and processing PDF documents in a healthcare software environment. The library is extremely stable, well-documented, and offers an impressive range of features – from precise layout control and form handling to digital signatures. What I value most is the performance: even complex, multi-page PDF outputs with embedded images and charts are generated quickly and reliably. Compared to other libraries, Syncfusion provides outstanding value – an ideal solution for professional .NET developers who depend on stability, strong documentation, and top-tier performance. Pros: Comprehensive set of features for PDF and Office document processing Excellent and responsive technical support High performance and reliability in production environments Great documentation and many code examples Cons: Can take a bit of time to get familiar with the full feature set

Cons

Can take a bit of time to get familiar with the full feature set. Github copilot gets sometimes confused and lacks information from the documentation because it uses mostly microsoft learn for up to date infos.

### "Great solution with a wide range of libraries"

August 14, 2026

5.0

It is a great tool and we're using it for many years. We're happy, that we found the Syncfusion libraries and we'll go on using it for many years.

Pros

It is easy to use and gets updates every few months. It offers a very wide range of functions and support for libraries.

Cons

We didn't find any cons yet. I don't know what to write, but I've to write at least 100 letters in this box, so here we go.

### "SyncFusion is a good library overall"

January 7, 2026

3.0

I appreciate all the effort invested in SyncFusion. My main interest was charting and tables. I have temporarily switched to chart.js, mainly because I have prior experience with it.

Pros

Value for money, and extensive feature set. There is a good potential to use SyncFusion to solve many problems within a single app.

Cons

The interfaces with some of the components are illogical. Also, the documentation is not entirely clear.

Response from Syncfusion

February 13, 2026

Hello Peter, Thank you for sharing your experience with Essential Studio. We’re glad features like charts and tables have been useful. At the same time, we’re sorry to hear that some interfaces weren't ideal for you and that you have faced challenges with documentation clarity. Clear guidance is vital, and your feedback has been shared with our product team – your note about the controls you were focused on will be very helpful in guiding their focus. If specific documentation pages that you found lacking come to mind, you can submit feedback via the “Was this page helpful?” tool at the bottom of each page. Selecting “No” lets you share details, which are sent directly to our team for quick improvements. We’d also welcome your thoughts on interfaces. You can create a support ticket or use the “Chat with us” box at the bottom of Syncfusion.com. Thank you again for your input. I hope your switch proves temporary and you’ll be back using our controls soon. Warm regards, Mitch

### "Exceptionally high quality and feature rich components"

June 10, 2026

5.0

Thrilled. Far superior to other commercial-grade components suites offered by competitors. The depth of their real-world usable features coupled with their reliability are hard to beat.

Pros

The components are high quality and feature rich and designed for real-world applications. Easy choice to leverage them in projects.

Cons

I wish the DatePicker user interface was more streamlined for choosing dates far in the past (i.e. a birthdate from the 70s): there are simply too many clicks required to get the job done and it's off putting for users.

While the Telerik product suite (ASP.NET AJAX, ASP.NET MVC, Kendo, Blazor, etc) were generally great components to work with and better than many of the others in the market, we ultimately found them to be lacking real-world features that we needed. We often had to rip them out of projects and build our own components. I wish we had of just used Syncfusion from the start.

### "Essential Studio: a great tool to speed up your software development delivery"

April 27, 2026

5.0

I’ve already created two applications: one is a Blazor application, like I mentioned before, and the second is a .NET MAUI app built on .NET 9 using the Community Toolkit. The experience has been great, but I’m now looking for a free license, especially to improve the MAUI app, because many of the features I want to experiment with aren’t included in the free, open‑source Syncfusion.Community.Toolkit.

Pros

The first time I used Essential Studio was because I needed to produce a dynamic map with highlighted areas for a city or district in a Blazor app. The integration was easy, and it allowed me to avoid the nightmare of writing JavaScript to handle GeoJSON data for specific geographic areas, since everything could be managed directly with C# objects

Cons

Essential Studio provides a wide range of ready‑to‑use, highly optimized controls, supported by a responsive and consistently reliable support team.

Support was quick to respond with emails, on specific asks about unusual usage patterns. Was able to work out a solution.

Pros

Used sfGrids for flutter mobile app. Worked great; adapts well with flutter patterns; performs well even with large datasets; little bit of learning curve; enough hooks for nuanced needs

Cons

Nothing specific. We had specific need; and it served the purpose. Have not looked at the rest of the suite.

### "Syncfusion Essential Studio, Excellent value for money – a tool I trust"

October 23, 2025

5.0

Essential Studio is an excellent product — one of only a few of its kind on the global market. I have used other similar products, but the price-to-quality ratio led me to primarily use Syncfusion products today. The technical support is excellent and straightforward, the product quality is high, and it delivers the latest expected functionalities.

Pros

I mostly use the part related to Blazor. I can say that I’ve been using Syncfusion Blazor components since the very first days of Blazor. Thanks to Syncfusion Blazor controls, my applications look professional and offer an excellent user experience. It’s clear that Syncfusion actively follows rapid changes and continuously adds high-quality new features in line with the expectations of an agile developer.

Cons

I have the feeling that sometimes new functionality is released without sufficient testing, which can lead to unexpected or unexplained errors.

### "Easy to use with extensive documentation!"

April 15, 2026

5.0

The tool was very easy to integrate into our solution, an insurance quotation portal. With the excellent documentation, we were able to implement digital signatures for the PDF documents generated in our solution, strictly following all Brazilian legal regulations. The documents were validated on the official government portal without any issues!

Pros

The ease of integration of the tool, with packages added easily without any conflict with other packages already in use, the super simple configurations required to start operation, and extensive documentation, allowed us to carry out our implementation in a short amount of time.

Cons

We haven't identified any negative points so far; all our needs have been successfully met, and we are expanding the use of the tool to other system functionalities with complete success so far!

### "SyncFusion components are excellent"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Syncfusion's Community License let a one-developer hydroponic gardening site ship features (admin grids, polished PDFs, a real chat-style Q&A interface, a proper newsletter composer) that would otherwise have taken months of bespoke work or a paid component subscription I couldn't justify. The components are mature, the documentation is solid, and the licensing terms are written in a way that genuinely supports small businesses rather than dangling a free tier as bait. I'm grateful Syncfusion makes this available, and I'd recommend Essential Studio without hesitation to any small team building a serious .NET or web application.

Pros

The Community License is the most honest "free for small businesses" offering I've encountered from a major component vendor. There are no crippled features, no nag screens, and no artificial limits on the components themselves: I get the same DataGrid, RichTextEditor, PDF library, and Chat UI that enterprise customers pay for. For a bootstrapped site like mine, that's the difference between shipping great features and not shipping them at all.

Cons

The sheer breadth of the suite means discoverability suffers. I sometimes find three different ways to do the same thing across different component families and have to read carefully to pick the right one. The bundle size for the JavaScript components is non-trivial. On a content-heavy public site I have to be deliberate about which modules I import so I don't bloat my pages. The Community License eligibility rules (revenue and team size thresholds) are reasonable but easy to forget; a clearer in-product reminder would help small companies stay compliant as they grow. At this point, it's not a concern of mine, but it's important to me to honor my commitment to SyncFusion and I need to remember to do it when an email reminder would be both helpful and welcome.

### "Excellent toolset to save time i.e money."

March 16, 2026

5.0

The documentation is clearly structured and filled with practical examples, making it easier for developers to implement even more advanced components. The components perform reliably and maintain strong performance, including when handling large datasets. Syncfusion also releases regular updates and offers responsive customer support, which helps ensure stability and provides added reassurance when using the platform in long-term or production projects.

Pros

Syncfusion Essential Studio is a powerful and comprehensive development toolkit that provides an impressive range of UI components and libraries for modern application development. It supports multiple platforms including .NET, JavaScript, Flutter, Angular, React, and Blazor, making it a versatile choice for teams working across different technologies. One of its standout strengths is the breadth and quality of its components—charts, data grids, schedulers, dashboards, and reporting tools are all robust and highly customizable. The documentation is well organized and includes numerous examples, which makes implementation much easier even for complex components. Performance is generally excellent, even with large datasets. Syncfusion also provides frequent updates and strong customer support, which adds confidence when integrating it into long-term projects. Overall, Essential Studio is an excellent all-in-one solution for developers who need reliable, feature-rich UI components without relying on multiple separate libraries.

Cons

While Syncfusion Essential Studio is a powerful and comprehensive toolkit, there are a few drawbacks worth noting. The large number of components and frameworks it supports can make the product feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users who only need a small subset of features. Because the suite is so extensive, the learning curve can be steeper than with smaller, specialized libraries. Additionally, the size of the packages can increase project bundle size if developers are not careful about including only the components they need. Some developers also find that customization occasionally requires digging through documentation or support forums. Despite these minor issues, the overall functionality and value of the suite remain strong.

### "Enterprise-Grade UI Without the Headaches"

December 2, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Essential Studio has been excellent. It gave me the kind of velocity and stability you usually only get with a full front-end team, but without the overhead. The components are polished, consistent, and handle the kind of complexity SageScreen thrives on — data-heavy grids, structured forms, dynamic UI, all the stuff most libraries claim to do but rarely deliver well. It let me focus on building the product instead of babysitting UI quirks. The end result is a cleaner, faster, more engaging platform that feels enterprise-grade without me having to handcraft every last detail. Even with a few documentation gaps and occasional loading oddities, the productivity gain and quality of output easily outweigh them. In short: it streamlined the work, elevated the UX, and made the whole build feel smoother and more deliberate.

Pros

The biggest win is how much heavy lifting SyncFusion takes off my plate. SageScreen has a lot of moving parts — data-heavy grids, complex forms, scheduling controls, filtering, dynamic UI around interviews, the whole circus. Normally that means building and maintaining a bunch of custom components that eat time and sanity. SyncFusion just eliminates that grind. The grids, schedulers, charts, and form inputs work cleanly, look sharp out of the box, and behave consistently across every page. I get enterprise-grade UI without wrestling CSS gremlins or reinventing widgets that should’ve been solved years ago. It let me focus on actual product logic instead of UI plumbing, and it made the entire interface far more polished and engaging. For a one-person front-end operation, that’s gold.

Cons

The only real friction I hit was around loading behavior and documentation gaps. A few components don’t load in the order you’d intuitively expect, so you end up reverse-engineering which dependency needs to initialize first. Not a deal-breaker, just one of those “why is this doing that?” moments that slows you down until you’ve cracked the pattern. The documentation is mostly solid, but some of the deeper component behaviors and dependency chains are glossed over. There were times where the docs assumed knowledge that… wasn’t actually written down anywhere. Nothing I couldn’t figure out, but it did mean a bit of spelunking through examples or trial-and-error. Minor annoyances, not actual blockers — just the price of admission for a big, powerful component suite.

### "Boosting My Flutter App with Syncfusion Magic"

August 27, 2025

5.0

My experience using Syncfusion Essential Studio in my Flutter project was overwhelmingly positive and transformative. As a Founder, building a cross-platform mobile app for data visualisation and document handling, I was initially skeptical about third-party widgets, but Essential Studio exceeded expectations right from the start. The workflow management was smooth: installing via pub.dev was a breeze, and the widgets integrated flawlessly with my existing Flutter codebase, allowing the dev to focus on logic rather than UI boilerplate. Performance was stellar, even on lower-end devices, components like the high-performance DataGrid handled large datasets without lag, thanks to optimisations for modest hardware. On the features front, the development process felt accelerated. Bugs and issues were minimal and I've encountered none during the build, and any minor quirks were resolved via the excellent knowledge base or forum and excellent support. Build and deployment were hassle-free, with no runtime royalties and compatibility. Security-wise, the components feel robust with no reported vulnerabilities in my usage, and value for money is unbeatable with the free community license for qualifying users like me (under $1M revenue). Customer support was the standout: their 24/5 live chat and ticket system responded within hours, often with tailored code samples, making me feel supported throughout. Overall, Essential Studio not only sped up my project timeline by 40-50% but also resulted in a more maintainable and visually appealing app. I can't recommend it enough for Flutter devs looking to level up without the grind!

Pros

I absolutely loved the seamless integration of Syncfusion's Flutter widgets into my project. They're natively built in Dart, which made adding rich, high-performance components like DataGrids, Charts, and PDF viewers incredibly straightforward without any wrappers or compatibility headaches. The extensive customisation options and fluid animations elevated my app's UI to a professional level, saving me countless hours compared to building everything from scratch. Features like directional zooming in charts and Material 3 themes were game-changers for creating intuitive, cross-platform experiences across iOS, Android, and web. The documentation is comprehensive with tons of demos and video tutorials, making it easy for even intermediate Flutter devs get up and running quickly. Plus, the community license option was a huge win for my solo project, providing enterprise-grade tools at no cost while qualifying under the revenue threshold.

Cons

Honestly, nothing major stood out as a downside. Perhaps the occasional need to adapt to frequent updates (which are great for new features but require minor testing), but that's par for the course with any evolving toolkit. Some advanced scenarios in the docs could use a few more real-world Flutter-specific examples, but the support team filled any gaps lightning-fast.

### "feature-rich React UI library with outstanding support"

March 18, 2026

5.0

Syncfusion provides a lot of advanced components. It is a great addition to our corporate standard/basic component library. The security / value / support / feature / toolset / ease of use etc are all endorsed at the company level. The support team is also great, very helpful and responsive. They always replied our queries with full explanations and root cause analysises. The turnaround time is also satisfying, although we are in Australia.

Pros

I as a developer, am using the React RichTextEditor component recently in our large scale banking project. The overall feature is brilliant. It gives you almost everything you wish a RTE can do, including the latest AI assistant menu which can be easily integrated into our custom AI api. We will be using the image copy/pasting feature soon and integrate the RTE with our corporate image repository. We also use syncfusion dropdowns, grids, notifications and treegrid.

Cons

We haven’t encountered any major issues so far. However it would have helped if Syncfusion documentation could highlight what kind of usage a particular component is not designed for. For example, we used the <TreeGrid> in some not-fit-for-purpose cases. We used to use it to render expand/collapse rows that have another complex component as a child, which introduced accessibility issues.

### "Reliable and Feature-Rich UI Controls for .NET MAUI Applications"

December 17, 2025

5.0

My experience with Syncfusion Essential Studio for .NET MAUI has been very positive. The controls I’ve used are stable, well-supported, and suitable for production applications. I plan to continue exploring additional controls as my project evolves.

Pros

Syncfusion Essential Studio for .NET MAUI provides a very rich and well-designed set of controls that integrate seamlessly with MAUI projects. I am currently using the DataGrid, Chart controls, and the Excel and PDF libraries, and all of them have been working reliably and without issues. The DataGrid is feature-rich, performant, and flexible, offering sorting, filtering, grouping, and customization options that are essential for real-world business applications. The Chart controls are easy to configure and render well across platforms, making data visualization straightforward. The Excel and PDF libraries are particularly strong — they allow generating, reading, and exporting documents efficiently without external dependencies, which significantly simplifies development. Documentation is clear, examples are practical, and the overall API design feels consistent and developer-friendly.

Cons

Given the large number of controls available, there is a learning curve when first exploring the suite. However, this is expected for a comprehensive component library and is mitigated by good documentation and samples.

Cons

5.0

My overall experience has been very positive. Essential Studio has helped me speed up development, improve UI consistency, and deliver more professional results. The components are reliable, well-designed, and backed by excellent customer support. It has become an important part of my development workflow.

Pros

I especially like the wide variety of components available out of the box, which reduces the need for third-party libraries. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to competitors, making it great value for money. Their frequent updates and active support team are also big advantages.

Cons

While the library is powerful, the learning curve can be slightly steep for beginners due to the large number of components and features. Some documentation sections could be more beginner-friendly with clearer examples. Occasionally, certain components may require extra customization to fit specific design needs.

### "Development efficiency has significantly improved, the components are stable, and the technical support is excellent."

September 23, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Essential Studio has been very positive. The interface is user-friendly, the components are abundant and easy to integrate, which greatly enhances development efficiency. The documentation is detailed, and solutions can be found quickly whenever problems arise. In addition, technical support responds promptly and helps resolve technical issues. Throughout the usage, each component has been highly stable, allowing me to focus on developing application features with confidence.

Pros

The out-of-the-box UI suite of Essential Studio allows us to quickly focus on developing business logic and enables us to build robust and highly interactive applications in no time.

Cons

The initial learning curve is relatively steep, requiring more time to read the documentation, but this is also because the component is well-featured.

### "Essential Studio is a great product!"

December 22, 2025

5.0

I love the product and have recommended to many. I find it easy to use and the code reduced my invoice preparation time by half.

Pros

Essential studio provides everything I need for complex documents like Word, Excel and PDFs both displaying and file manipulation.

Cons

The only con I see, is the license could be more granular to allow smaller companies that don't meet the Community license requirements, to get in on the fun!
