" April 19, 2026 5.0 We submitted a question in the past before actually taking the step to get a Community License. My general feeling is that the representatives that we talked to seemed overly keen to sell the product when we were well withing the "Community License" limits. I think we posed questions not clearly and the pushy sales team almost pushed us away. Our \[sensitive content hidden\] had to reach out separately to get clear answers as we were unable to understand clearly what the sale rep was telling us. Pros We are using it in .Net Maui app for it's PDF viewer. Everything we've seen online says they're the best option. After using it for a short period I can see why. The documentation is great and the service runs as expected. Cons As with many services, finding the "developer documentation" always is tricky. Would strongly recommend to anyone who is building a MAUI app. Pros The wide range of graphs and controls that can easily be used in a MAUI app across Windows, iOS and Android. Customer support is awesome, even for the free tier for companies of under $1m turnover. They always get back within 1-2 days and often release a new fix within a week if required. Cons One of the graphs - the scatter chart - can operate a bit slowly on iOS when lots of annotations are placed on it. However this is a relatively minor issue. Review Source SF Steve F. We have experienced few bugs or issues with this product and the few issues we have experienced, the support we received was adequate to resolve. Pros Essential Studio provides compelling components for most any application design. These components are easy to implement, offer great security and speed up the development process, making it easy to deliver your solutions on time. The performance of these components is on par and often exceeds those of its competitors. As a small team of developers, we have found this library to offer great value for the money. Cons Not much to dislike about this product. My only want is for more components of course! Continued support of .NET (MAUI specifically). Not only do you get an answer quickly, you normally get a sample demonstrating how to do it. On the rare occasion it's a bug or feature that doens't exist it's normally included on the next update. Pros We have been using Essential Studios for a few years. Mostly using Blazor now but before that WPF and even some winforms. The support is amazing, as is the help system and also the community forum. It's very rare to not have a control that will do the job ouyt of the box. Also they have decent examples as in how do you do this with a dynamic object not just the standard he's a very simple example. Cons I find the layout of controls can be a bit confusing, but then I'm no css expert. I sometimes just plug it into mudblazor to see the html and then can move it across. Pros A fantastic suite of charts and graphs, very well docuemnted which is very good for humans and AI tools alike. Customisation was a breeze and had just the right level needed, not too granular and not broad. Cons Very few cons to be honest. We are very satisfied with Essential Studio and would highly recommend it. Pros Syncfusion Essential Studio provides so many amazingly powerful controls. It allows us to develop applications much quicker and to provide more functionality. Cons The structure of the function calls for some of the controls is a bit tricky, and sometimes they don't seem logical. And the documentation sometimes does not explain properly how to structure the calls, forcing us to contact technical support. The Syncfusion "Pure React" version of the Scheduler, built entirely with functional components and hooks for even better performance. Pros I integrated React Scheduler into my app.. Here are some useful key features Multiple View Modes: Includes standard views plus Timeline views (horizontal orientation) and Year views. Resource Grouping: Assign appointments to specific people, rooms, or equipment and view them side-by-side. Data Binding: Seamlessly connects to local JSON or remote REST services (via OData, Web API, etc.) using the DataManager. Customization: You can use Templates to completely redesign how events, cells, or the date header look using standard JSX. Recurring Events: Built-in support for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly recurrences with exception handling. Cons Integrating DaisyUI (and Tailwind CSS) with the Syncfusion Scheduler is a bit of a "clash of worlds." We're a small team building a Blazor-based business management system, and Syncfusion has let us deliver features that would otherwise require a lot more development time. The components work really well straight out of the box. We've been using it for soon to be a year now and it's become a core part of our stack. Pros The large amounts of components means we rarely need to look elsewhere. For our Blazor application, the data grids, scheduling components, and document handling tools have been really helpful. Everything feels cohesive and works well together. The documentation is thorough. So far we have not made use of the support, so cannot say what times are there. Cons The initial learning curve can be a bit steep given how many options and configuration possibilities there are. Sometimes finding the exact property or approach you need takes several tries. But so far we have always managed to make it work! Cons Updates are relatively frequent, so you should always check you're using the latest versions. However, these contain important improvements and extensions.
