### "Syncfusion controls for NET MAUI"

March 9, 2026

4.0

I like the components they are easy to use and i found good examples online. They make my app look more professional than standard controls

Pros

Syncfusion controls have been a huge accelerator for my .NET MAUI application development. The components integrate well with MVVM, are easy to bind to data, and provide a polished UI across iOS, Android, and Windows. Overall, they saved a significant amount of development time compared to building complex UI components from scratch.

Cons

the date picker had some weird unexpected behavior but once i figured it out all was good. Overall i like them and would recommend them

### "Excellent toolset to save time i.e money."

March 16, 2026

5.0

The documentation is clearly structured and filled with practical examples, making it easier for developers to implement even more advanced components. The components perform reliably and maintain strong performance, including when handling large datasets. Syncfusion also releases regular updates and offers responsive customer support, which helps ensure stability and provides added reassurance when using the platform in long-term or production projects.

Pros

Syncfusion Essential Studio is a powerful and comprehensive development toolkit that provides an impressive range of UI components and libraries for modern application development. It supports multiple platforms including .NET, JavaScript, Flutter, Angular, React, and Blazor, making it a versatile choice for teams working across different technologies. One of its standout strengths is the breadth and quality of its components—charts, data grids, schedulers, dashboards, and reporting tools are all robust and highly customizable. The documentation is well organized and includes numerous examples, which makes implementation much easier even for complex components. Performance is generally excellent, even with large datasets. Syncfusion also provides frequent updates and strong customer support, which adds confidence when integrating it into long-term projects. Overall, Essential Studio is an excellent all-in-one solution for developers who need reliable, feature-rich UI components without relying on multiple separate libraries.

Cons

While Syncfusion Essential Studio is a powerful and comprehensive toolkit, there are a few drawbacks worth noting. The large number of components and frameworks it supports can make the product feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users who only need a small subset of features. Because the suite is so extensive, the learning curve can be steeper than with smaller, specialized libraries. Additionally, the size of the packages can increase project bundle size if developers are not careful about including only the components they need. Some developers also find that customization occasionally requires digging through documentation or support forums. Despite these minor issues, the overall functionality and value of the suite remain strong.

### "SyncFusion is a good library overall"

January 7, 2026

3.0

I appreciate all the effort invested in SyncFusion. My main interest was charting and tables. I have temporarily switched to chart.js, mainly because I have prior experience with it.

Pros

Value for money, and extensive feature set. There is a good potential to use SyncFusion to solve many problems within a single app.

Cons

The interfaces with some of the components are illogical. Also, the documentation is not entirely clear.

Response from Syncfusion

February 13, 2026

Hello Peter, Thank you for sharing your experience with Essential Studio. We’re glad features like charts and tables have been useful. At the same time, we’re sorry to hear that some interfaces weren't ideal for you and that you have faced challenges with documentation clarity. Clear guidance is vital, and your feedback has been shared with our product team – your note about the controls you were focused on will be very helpful in guiding their focus. If specific documentation pages that you found lacking come to mind, you can submit feedback via the “Was this page helpful?” tool at the bottom of each page. Selecting “No” lets you share details, which are sent directly to our team for quick improvements. We’d also welcome your thoughts on interfaces. You can create a support ticket or use the “Chat with us” box at the bottom of Syncfusion.com. Thank you again for your input. I hope your switch proves temporary and you’ll be back using our controls soon. Warm regards, Mitch

### "Powerful .NET components – exceptional for PDF creation and processing"

January 7, 2026

5.0

Overall, the experience with Essential Studio has been very positive, especially for .NET development with a strong focus on PDF processing and UI controls. It reliably helps deliver production-grade applications faster while keeping maintenance overhead low.

Pros

We have been using Syncfusion across multiple C#/.NET projects, mainly for creating and processing PDF documents in a healthcare software environment. The library is extremely stable, well-documented, and offers an impressive range of features – from precise layout control and form handling to digital signatures. What I value most is the performance: even complex, multi-page PDF outputs with embedded images and charts are generated quickly and reliably. Compared to other libraries, Syncfusion provides outstanding value – an ideal solution for professional .NET developers who depend on stability, strong documentation, and top-tier performance. Pros: Comprehensive set of features for PDF and Office document processing Excellent and responsive technical support High performance and reliability in production environments Great documentation and many code examples Cons: Can take a bit of time to get familiar with the full feature set

Cons

Can take a bit of time to get familiar with the full feature set. Github copilot gets sometimes confused and lacks information from the documentation because it uses mostly microsoft learn for up to date infos.

### "Comprehensive UI Toolkit with Strong Value for Developers"

February 11, 2026

5.0

Overall, it has been a solid and reliable UI component library in my development workflow. It helped accelerate development by avoiding the need to build complex UI controls from scratch. Support has been responsive when needed, and updates are consistent.

Pros

Very comprehensive component suite with strong coverage across web, desktop, and reporting. The documentation is detailed and examples are practical, which reduces integration time. I especially appreciate the breadth of UI controls and how actively the product is maintained. The community license is also helpful for small businesses and independent developers.

Cons

There is no Diagram support for MAUI suite, I mean, for MAUI, they dont have rich collection like they have for other platform.

### "Syncfusion Essential Studio Review"

March 30, 2026

5.0

The Support Team does a great job. We've used Syncfusion controls in a number of different applications and tech stacks.

Pros

Lots of different controls with many options. The PDF libraries have been great. Winform controls have also been veery good with few bugs or hurdles.

Cons

Nothing I can think of. I really can't think of anything too negative. I suppose it could always be cheaper.

### "Feature-Rich Components with Great Documentation"

March 19, 2026

5.0

Overall, it’s been a solid experience. There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, but once you get used to it, things move pretty fast. I ran into a few issues, but the examples and docs were enough to solve them without contacting support. It definitely saved us a lot of development time.

Pros

Covers a lot of needs out of the box (File Manager, editors, Gantt, etc.). Documentation is actually useful, and the AI-assisted part helps a lot when starting. UI looks clean and is flexible enough to fit into different projects. Saves a lot of time compared to building these features from scratch

Cons

Some parts feel a bit complex at first, especially Gantt and document editors. Debugging certain issues can take time, as behavior is sometimes not immediately obvious.

### "Syncfusion Essential Studio, Excellent value for money – a tool I trust"

October 23, 2025

5.0

Essential Studio is an excellent product — one of only a few of its kind on the global market. I have used other similar products, but the price-to-quality ratio led me to primarily use Syncfusion products today. The technical support is excellent and straightforward, the product quality is high, and it delivers the latest expected functionalities.

Pros

I mostly use the part related to Blazor. I can say that I’ve been using Syncfusion Blazor components since the very first days of Blazor. Thanks to Syncfusion Blazor controls, my applications look professional and offer an excellent user experience. It’s clear that Syncfusion actively follows rapid changes and continuously adds high-quality new features in line with the expectations of an agile developer.

Cons

I have the feeling that sometimes new functionality is released without sufficient testing, which can lead to unexpected or unexplained errors.

### "File manager and top support"

June 24, 2025

5.0

The support is exceptionally good and fast. Some components are complex and so the examples can not fit each combination. But the knowledge base answer the most question and if you don't find something, the support team will help you with comprehensive answers and running example code.

Pros

I need components for Blazor and Winform. The componets i use work simliar on Blazor and Winforms so no additional learning is needed for the two environments. Especally the file manager in combination with the different file viewer is better than on others (in the past i used Component One and Infragistics).

Cons

There are a lot of similar components and so it is not so easy to find the perfect match! You must try and error to find it.

### "Boosted My Productivity with High-Quality UI Components"

July 12, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Essential Studio has been excellent. The components are well-designed, highly customizable, and save a lot of development time. I was able to build professional-looking interfaces with ease, and whenever I had doubts, the documentation and support team were very helpful.

Pros

The wide range of ready-to-use components across platforms (especially for .NET and Flutter), excellent documentation, fast and helpful support team, and frequent updates that constantly improve functionality and performance.

Cons

So far, I have nothing to complain about. Every challenge I've encountered was easily solved with the documentation or support. Great experience overall.

### "Enterprise-Grade UI Without the Headaches"

December 2, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Essential Studio has been excellent. It gave me the kind of velocity and stability you usually only get with a full front-end team, but without the overhead. The components are polished, consistent, and handle the kind of complexity SageScreen thrives on — data-heavy grids, structured forms, dynamic UI, all the stuff most libraries claim to do but rarely deliver well. It let me focus on building the product instead of babysitting UI quirks. The end result is a cleaner, faster, more engaging platform that feels enterprise-grade without me having to handcraft every last detail. Even with a few documentation gaps and occasional loading oddities, the productivity gain and quality of output easily outweigh them. In short: it streamlined the work, elevated the UX, and made the whole build feel smoother and more deliberate.

Pros

The biggest win is how much heavy lifting SyncFusion takes off my plate. SageScreen has a lot of moving parts — data-heavy grids, complex forms, scheduling controls, filtering, dynamic UI around interviews, the whole circus. Normally that means building and maintaining a bunch of custom components that eat time and sanity. SyncFusion just eliminates that grind. The grids, schedulers, charts, and form inputs work cleanly, look sharp out of the box, and behave consistently across every page. I get enterprise-grade UI without wrestling CSS gremlins or reinventing widgets that should’ve been solved years ago. It let me focus on actual product logic instead of UI plumbing, and it made the entire interface far more polished and engaging. For a one-person front-end operation, that’s gold.

Cons

The only real friction I hit was around loading behavior and documentation gaps. A few components don’t load in the order you’d intuitively expect, so you end up reverse-engineering which dependency needs to initialize first. Not a deal-breaker, just one of those “why is this doing that?” moments that slows you down until you’ve cracked the pattern. The documentation is mostly solid, but some of the deeper component behaviors and dependency chains are glossed over. There were times where the docs assumed knowledge that… wasn’t actually written down anywhere. Nothing I couldn’t figure out, but it did mean a bit of spelunking through examples or trial-and-error. Minor annoyances, not actual blockers — just the price of admission for a big, powerful component suite.

### "Everything a .NET team needs: quick UI, zero external dependencies, and continuous performance gains"

November 14, 2025

5.0

Overall, Essential Studio helped me ship .NET apps faster. Performance has been strong in real projects, and recent releases continued to improve load/render times and Excel operations, which kept the UI responsive. And One of the best supports we have received with any Software.

Pros

Essential Studio saved us many hours in our .NET front‑end workflow and deployment. The document libraries (PDF, Word/DocIO, Excel/XlsIO, PowerPoint) let me generate, convert, and edit files entirely in C# without Office or Adobe, which kept our export and reporting pipelines simple and reliable. Performance has been excellent: the UI rendered fast and never hampered our app. Upgrades were smooth as well—.NET 9 support was ready when we needed it, so staying current was painless. Integration with our Azure DevOps CI/CD was straightforward since everything ships as NuGet packages that drop cleanly into a .NET build pipeline. And they have the best support. They even go extra mile to help resolve our issues.

Cons

I personally haven’t run into any notable issues, but the team broadly notes a learning curve and gaps in advanced customization when you step beyond the demos.

Pros

### "Good Value with Strong Support, but Requires Effort to Maintain"

August 27, 2025

4.0

Overall, Essential Studio provides strong value for the cost, with feature-rich components and a support team that actively works with customers to resolve issues. While the editors aren’t perfect and there are trade-offs in styling and maintainability, the product has been reliable enough for production use, and the pace of updates ensures long-term viability. For teams prepared to manage frequent updates and occasionally provide detailed bug reports, Essential Studio can be a cost-effective and powerful option.

Pros

The document editor components are strong and integrate well into a larger system. Syncfusion’s customer support is very responsive and generally quick to provide fixes or workarounds, especially when issues are reproducible. Their frequent release cycle means improvements and bug fixes get delivered quickly. Considering the overall licensing cost, the value for money is solid compared to competitors.

Cons

The online document editors still have a fair number of bugs, and complex use cases can expose edge cases easily. Syncfusion often requires a working sample project to reproduce an issue before offering fixes, which is difficult when working with complex, enterprise-level applications where extracting a minimal example isn’t realistic. The rapid update cycle, while helpful, can also be a burden to keep up with. Styling consistency across controls is not as seamless as with some competing libraries, so we often use other UI libraries for cleaner out-of-the-box design.

### "High quality components for .NET Maui projects"

January 20, 2026

5.0

Essential Studio is very helpful if you want to build rich UIs with a good UX. The performance is als very good and the documentation is up to date and very helpful too.

Pros

The components for .NET Maui bridged the missing functionality. The quality of the controls is really good and is updated regularly.

Cons

Currently there are Control in two Packages available the paid Essentials Studio and the free Toolkit. It's stated that the paid controls are no longer maintained and everyone shall switch to the free toolkit. The problem is that the free toolkit isn't updated in the same frequency which doesn't give me the best feeling.

### "A Comprehensive Toolkit for .NET MAUI Development"

August 2, 2025

5.0

Syncfusion MAUI Essential Studio is a robust and comprehensive toolkit that significantly accelerates the development of cross-platform applications. Its extensive suite of high-performance components makes it an excellent choice for developers looking to build modern, feature-rich apps. While the documentation can be overwhelming at times, the overall quality and reliability of the controls provide a solid foundation for any project, specially in a .NET MAUI. it's not just the MAUI Essential Studio that stands out, the entire ecosystem of Syncfusion controls is worth exploring, it provides good value for the money you invest in it and greatly accelerates development efforts.

Pros

The components are built from the ground up for .NET MAUI which make them ideal to work with, this ensures good multi platform support with a large range of customization options. The availability of a free Community License is a game-changer, giving individual developers and small companies access to the full suite of controls. This creates a mutually beneficial relationship: developers get powerful tools and excellent professional support to solve bugs and issues quickly, and Syncfusion benefits from a vibrant and growing community.

Cons

While the components themselves are robust, the documentation often fails to provide an equally robust support system, particularly for developers who rely on modern architectural patterns and a clear, searchable knowledge base to work efficiently. MVVM examples are the clear example of this, in my opinion, we need a more updated documentation with more MVVM examples, although MVVM it's not the holy grail of .NET MAUI development, it's still used by many developers and sometimes newcomers would appreciate it being used more.

### "Top Notch Products Backed By A Qualified and Dedicated Support Staff"

May 10, 2025

4.0

Overall, I am very happy with my experience with the Essential Studio products that I have worked with.

Pros

The Syncfusion products that I have used are very helpful and make me a more productive and efficient developer. Their products often come with capabilities that a programmer longs for; capabilities that can help us to 'hit the ground running' and not get bogged down in repeatedly programming what should be immediately available to us. Just as impressive, Syncfusion's one-on-one Support communication continues to be extremely reliable. Post any question about any product and within 24 hours (during a work week) you will get a response that you know strives to directly answer your specific question. I have never received a completely unhelpful or overly generalized response. Understandably, sometimes follow-up clarification is needed. However, one always feels that the Syncfusion Support team is trying their best to react to your exact needs. Their follow-up responses always reflect that. In fact, I have the impression that Syncfusion Support will not be fully satisfied until I am fully satisfied. Their answers are articulate and often come with impressive hand-crafted and very specific demonstrations of the solutions they are trying to convey to you.

Cons

As I've stated, I am extremely happy with Syncfusion's one-on-one support. That said, with respect, their on-line page documentation could use a bit of attention. Those pages sometimes lack an intuitive navigational flow that might help a programmer walk the path to a full answer with more ease. To be clear, for the most part, answers can indeed be found within the various pages. I just wish the search was a bit easier. I know Syncfusion is aware of this issue and I am grateful that they express a continuing dedication to addressing it.

### "Good all round, especially considering it is free for Community Edition users!"

August 25, 2025

4.0

Very good overall, although I should say that I've only used a fairly small number of components. I was primarily looking for a good grid component to display reports in, and I've used a couple of those.

Pros

The Community Edition is great, because it gives access to professional components to small developers like myself, who wouldn't be able to afford a license otherwise. There are so many different components across so many different platforms. I like that all of the web-based components work through a central Javascript library, and it is possible to interact with them directly through Javascript as well as via the framework. They might not cover every use-case, but they are pretty comprehensive and customisable. There are some bugs occasionally, but not that often, and customer support are generally efficient at resolving things in a reasonable timescale. Updates are frequent, and they seem very good at keeping up with new platforms as well as maintaining support for old ones.

Cons

There have been a few bugs over the years, but as I said, not too bad and I've been fairly impressed with the level of support, which is comprehensive, even for Community Edition users. The old EJ (1) libraries NuGet packages used to be a bit frustrating sometimes to get matching versions when using multiple components in the same project, but they seem to have resolved that.

### "Fast and realible development"

August 5, 2025

5.0

Pros

What impresses me the most is the wide variety of Blazor components available. Whether you're building complex data grids, rich dashboards, or interactive forms, Syncfusion provides an incredibly comprehensive set of tools that makes development much faster and more efficient. What truly stands out is the performance of these Blazor components. They are fast, responsive, and integrate seamlessly into any Blazor project. The components feel lightweight despite their rich functionality, which significantly improves the user experience in web applications.

Cons

One area where Syncfusion could improve is bug resolution. While the overall quality of the components is high, there are times when certain issues—especially with specific Blazor components—take a bit too long to get fixed. It's not a deal-breaker, but quicker turnaround on bug fixes would definitely enhance the overall developer experience.

### "Outstanding technical support - excellent price"

August 4, 2025

5.0

We primarily use Essential Studio for generating PDF documents, along with a few selected UI components. The tools are reliable, performant, and integrate well with existing .NET applications. What really sets Syncfusion apart is their support – they are responsive, helpful, and truly customer-focused. For companies looking for stability, functionality, and excellent service, Essential Studio is a great choice.

Pros

The outstanding technical support is one of the biggest strengths of Syncfusion – fast, competent, and solution-oriented. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The document library for PDF generation works reliably and efficiently. The components are stable and well-documented.

Cons

Some of the UI components feel slightly outdated compared to newer frameworks. The API design of certain libraries could be more intuitive, especially in more complex use cases.

5.0

Using Syncfusion components has saved me hundreds of hours in coding in my B2B product. It was easy to implement. I started out implementing just specific components as the need arose, but soon found that using Syncfusion components for the entire UI created a valuable consistency in style, behavior and coding.

Pros

\- Easy to implement. - Coherence in parameters and style across components. - Good performance. - Excellent documentation and support.

Cons

\- It took a while for the Blazor grid component to mature, but it now solid. - Limited management of dynamic columns in Grid.
