A great risk management tool with an easy to use, user friendly and easy to understand interface.

From time to time, I also experienced glitches depending on the internet speed.

It has been an easy transition with very few problems. I credit our Customer Service Rep \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] as always quickly addressing our need.

Pros

Ease of implementing and the variety of options. LiveSafe was instrumental in our success of having in-person classes during the pandemic as we created a daily survey for all students, faculty and staff.

Cons

One piece that I wish could be corrected is the mandating of using a common email address and the ability to only sign up using that common address. We are finding that too many people have subscribed multiple times using different email addresses and phone numbers.
