Pros
Excellent experience, great value for the price. I hope you add more operators in the future.
The harmonious blend of cost-efficiency and a robust feature set constructs a powerful argument for businesses striving for affordable automation solutions.
What I like about Albato is that it is super easy to start your automation and connect all your applications. In few minutes, you can start your automation.
Really good, like I said it was easy and intuitive to setup and manage integrations and support has been prompt and fantastic.
Cons
Apparently I can integrate anything that has an API in about 15 minutes - I don't think of myself as stupid but it's beaten me.
Hard to add your own app if you have no prior experience with how APIs are configured.
Specific integrations like Prestashop may be missing, but it is a "failure" that can be solved in the future.
As someone with advanced automation needs, I found myself somewhat restricted by the available features.

"Albato, the next game changer for automations"
Overall: I use Albato to make some automation between products like Notion and Google Sheets with a CRM integration.
Pros: What i like the most about Albato is the design and the ease of use for automation. You can automate everything with Albato, from notion to complicated workflow using large panel of apps.
Cons: I think Albato could improve the third party integration by adding some external features like Open AI API.
"The best platform for integrations and automations"
Overall: Albato allows me to integrate different cloud services and tools and build custom automations that trigger based on events in one application and perform actions in another. For example, once a user submits a form on my website, I can add their name and email address to the subscriber list on another email marketing platform or CRM. Alternatively, I can create a trigger for whenever a new row is added in Google or Zoho Sheets, and it automatically sends a notification to my email or via WhatsApp/Telegram Messenger. It's an amazing tool that helps me to save my time and effort in setting up integrations, automating processes, and improving productivity.
Pros: Albato is a great global no-code SaaS platform that uses webhooks and APIs to connect different applications. It is similar to Zapier and Make (Integromat) in terms of its multi-services integration purpose, but much more powerful and flexible in terms of its adoption to specific markets and services in different countries. It offers over 500 pre-created integrations within their triggers and actions catalog, but I can also set up my own custom integration or use a template library. I can even create more complex workflows with multiple actions and even integrate it with ChatGPT to automate content creation, customer support, or feedback/comments analysis and responses.
Cons: The only thing currently missing is a native Albato integration plugin for WordPress, similar to SureTriggers and Bit Integrations. It would make Albato the best on the market! It doesn't need to be listed in the official WordPress catalog and can be released as a downloadable plugin. Currently, to integrate various WordPress forms and plugins, we have to add custom code to the functions.php file or via code snippets. This is not as simple as using a native plugin where you can simply select the form or plugin from the trigger list on the WordPress side and then select an action on the Albato cloud side without spending lots of time and effort on custom coding and fields/attributes matching. I am currently using the Bit Integrations plugin, which includes Albato as a target app, but would love to have a native Albato version to complement the solution from the same single vendor, similar to what SureTriggers offers. I understand that a WordPress plugin is listed as a feature request for consideration on Albato's extensive roadmap list, but I would appreciate it if they could prioritize it to surpass their competitors completely.
"Great value for money with some room for improvement"
Overall: I recently had the opportunity to try out albato.com, and overall, I found it to be quite good but with some room for improvement. The platform offers a range of useful features and functionalities that can greatly benefit businesses. However, I would like to see more integrations available to further enhance its capabilities. While the existing integrations are helpful, expanding the options would allow for more seamless workflows and increased productivity. Additionally, I think albato.com could improve its ease-of-use.
Pros: One of the standout features of Pros with Albato is its exceptional performance. Whether it was handling complex tasks or running resource-intensive applications, this product delivered seamless and lag-free performance every time.
Cons: One of the main issues I encountered was the limited range of products available on their website. It would have been great to see a wider variety of options to choose from.
"An Excellent Solution for Building Workflows"
Overall: I love Albato! It's an excellent solution for building out a business workflow across multiple apps.
Pros: Extremely cost-effective Robust selection of apps Easy-to-use interface
Cons: Missing some apps that I use on a daily basis App integrator feature is a bit confusing Limited support documentation
"Zapier/Make Alternative for Workflow Automation"
Overall: Albato has among its integrations with Chatbase, a new tool to customize OpenAI ChatGPT chatbots, and is connecting it with a Telegram bot to use the aforementioned chatbot
Pros: Albato is the answer to the question: What is a workflow automation tool similar to Zapier?
Cons: It doesn't have the same number of native tools as Zapier for integrations
"Very powerful feature set that will be key to my business growth"
Overall: Really strong product for those looking for a better option to zapier
Pros: ease of use with a wide range of app integrations to choose from.
Cons: early learning curve is quite high but after reviewing all the help docs and heading to the academy it made things so much easier.
"Great Zapier alternative for integrating with 3rd party services"
Overall: Very satisfied by the ease with which it allows us to integrate with all kinds of 3rd party services we are using
Pros: Wide range of integration as well as ability to easily create custom integrations
Cons: Integration coverage not yet as wide as in case of Zapier, but promising nonetheless
"Consistently getting better"
Overall: Other than Albato, I have used Zapier, Pabbly, Make and KonnectItz. I do not find Albato the easiest to use; however, it is one of the more powerful automation apps. There's an App Integrator that lets you create your own apps and offers endless options with support for API access. Which makes Albato a great investment for those wanting more advanced automations. I am impressed so far with the number of pre-built apps that has been added over the past year.
Pros: I find the connection interfaces and automation screens very easy to follow and organize compared to some of the other apps. The detailed history logs and error handling are top-notch. The App Integrator is also a great bonus, and I am looking forward to learning more and trying it out.
Cons: Unlike Pabbly, you have to stop automations before editing them. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but makes it much easier to fix errors without having to disrupt your incoming webhooks. I found this very handy with Pabbly and would love to see this implemented in Albato. Also, I find that Pabbly separates the incoming data better with headers, so it's a lot easier to understand. I find with Albato, I usually have to check logs to see if I placed the data in the correct spots.
"Great potential but still need some work"
Pros: I liked the interface, it looks simple but also have many features. i guess i still need to learn this platform
Cons: I didn't like the fact that there is no users i can assigned under the account.
"Really good solution at a decent price"
Pros: What I like about Albato is that it is super easy to start your automation and connect all your applications. In few minutes, you can start your automation. It is very easy & userfriendly, plus the documentation is great when you need a little help.
Cons: Some integration are missing but the team behind it are adding more and more so I think it will be a question of time before it reach the level of integration of their biggest competitors.
"Albato: The Automation Swiss Army Knife for My Business"
Overall: Albato solves two key problems for my business - eliminating repetitive manual work and unifying data across applications. Before Albato, I wasted so much time copy and pasting data between apps, uploading/downloading files, and doing other tedious tasks manually. Now I have automations that seamlessly transfer info between my CRM, project management tools, email marketing platform, and more. This saves me hours per week and lets me focus on high-value work. My data is synced automatically between apps so I always have the latest updated info at my fingertips when I need it. No more shuffling between apps to get the full picture. The workflows I've set up act like an orchestra conductor - coordinating my business systems to work in harmony. Albato is the glue that binds everything together for maximum efficiency.
Pros: As someone who likes to tinker with tech, what I love about Albato is the sheer flexibility and customization it offers. The ability to build your own app integrations with APIs and webhooks is incredibly powerful. I've been able to connect niche apps that would never be supported by other tools. The App Integrator and webhook support make Albato like a Swiss Army knife for automation - it can adapt to handle virtually any app or workflow I throw at it. The App Integrator was easy enough for me to use with my intermediate coding skills. With the Tier 2 AppSumo plan, the 45,000 monthly operations and unlimited automations remove any worries about hitting limits. I can set up as many complex multi-step workflows as needed to automate my business processes.
Cons: As a relatively new platform, Albato is still building up their native integration library. While they have the core apps covered, I did need to build a few custom integrations. Their roadmap shows active development here. The usage analytics could be more robust. I'd love to see detailed stats on each automation like error rates. This would help optimize the most critical workflows. The documentation, while good, assumes some base technical knowledge. For non-technical users, more onboarding guides and video tutorials would help shorten the learning curve.Overall though, Albato delivers automation power and flexibility that outshines competitors at a fraction of the price. The few limitations are outweighed by the capabilities I gain.
"Albato Zapier alternative"
Overall: Very good. The team were very helpful and they have the academy to guide you though the tool to get the most out of it.
Pros: The constant development and features from the Albato team. The assistance is very good to if you need help.
Cons: Some connectors not available, but they are always working on them and even have a method to use web hooks where possible.
"Userfriendly, Quick setup and bang for the buck automation software"
Pros: A lot of intergrations with almost all of the big brand name software. I'm mainly using it to automate Toggl Track data into Google sheets for our agency. It gathers all the data in one sheet and from there we bill the client. Also using it to use a webhook after a submitted Aidaform. They made it very easy to set this up with clear documentation.
Cons: I have german billing software, it would be nice to have intergrated with that.
"A Solid Zapier Alternative! 🤩"
Overall: I have been looking for a Zapier alternative for a while... and I found a solid solution in Albato! It has all (but one) platforms that I use for my company so I can connect them together to transfer data. Easy setup, intuitive interface, saves hours of back-and-forth from data transfer. 😎
Pros: Lots of features (even though I use a fraction of them) Ease of setup Ease of use Speed of execution (synchronizations)
Cons: Less integrations than other platforms (I am missing one)
"Half Year using Albato, Many updates from the Roadmap"
Overall: my business based on wordpress and lot of Elementor Form, i'm using Webhook on Albato, so my Form submit can connect to my Whatsapp API .each Leads / prospect got whatsapp message instantly. And the data submission also new row at my google spreadsheet, using Albato is mostlikely set and forget apps.
Pros: Albato is quite cheap , alternative for developer who use API integrator like zap alot.6 Months using it, on facebook group there's community that also update about Albato itself. The Roadmap is running well, some of my vote got published yet.
Cons: each operation is count as credit point, but the subscription give generous limit, so no worry about the operation cost.last year there's no learning program, but now on June 2023, Albato create Academy that can access free, so we can learn and maximize it for automation
"Good alternative to Zapier and others"
Overall: I'm still working with Albato and likely will stick around as the price is right. But there are some frustrations that I hope will improve over time.
Pros: In general, what they offer out of the box just works. In that regard its good. I've been able to figure out how to do quite a bit. I like they offer a tool to add other APIs to their platform but its not easy to get working. I really like being able to set incoming webhooks without having to write my own scripts and maintain them. Their pricing is attractive but I wonder if this doesn't also contribute to slower innovation or adding more integrations understanding hiring developers does not come free.
Cons: * There seem to be some odd limitations with apps included in the service. For example, when I put my AIP keys in for an OpenAI connections I don't get access to use any model available on my OpenAI account, I only get gpt-4 and gpt-3.5-turbo. Gpt-4-turbo is far more cost effective for the quality but its not surfaced to me in Albato. * The UI is not really intuitive. All the tools or actions in your automation are just boxes in a single column. You can't organize the layout like you might be able to on Make. When you use a router to make decisions its not easy to see where the automation and tasks split. * The documentation is pretty weak. If something doesn't work as expected good luck with using the documentation to figure it out. For example, its great they have a system to allow you to create connections and action for APIs they don't natively support but the UI is not intuitive and the documentation is very poor. If you don't know what was in the developers head when they made it you are likely not going to be able to create your own custom actions or connections.
"A Powerful No-Code Automation Platform for Streamlining Workflows"
Overall: Albato has become an essential tool in my tech stack for automating tedious manual tasks and integrating data across multiple apps. It has significantly boosted my productivity and allowed me to streamline processes that used to take up way too much time.
Pros: What I like most about Albato is its intuitive no-code interface that makes it incredibly easy to automate workflows and integrate apps without any coding skills. The platform offers an extensive library of over 500 apps that can be connected in just a few clicks. I was able to set up complex automations very quickly, which has saved me countless hours of manual work.
Cons: One area where Albato could improve is by adding even more app integrations. While the current selection covers most popular business tools, there are still some niche apps missing that would be helpful to have.
"Seamless Automation Experience with Albato"
Pros: Having tested the platform at a friend's recommendation, I was instantly intrigued by the vast array of options and features Albato had to offer. The ease of configuration, coupled with the extensive integrations, made it a no-brainer for me to sign up for my own account. Albato has truly revolutionized the way I manage business operations and streamline workflows. It's a game-changer in the world of automation tools, offering a seamless user experience and exceptional support. Highly recommended for anyone looking to boost efficiency and save time in their daily tasks!
Cons: As a user of Albato, I have found the platform to be a great tool for automating workflows and integrating apps seamlessly. However, there are some areas that could be improved. I have noticed limitations in app integrations and customization options for automation workflows. Additionally, customer support response times can be hit or miss. On the positive side, Albato's affordability, user-friendly interface, and constant updates are impressive. While there may be room for growth in terms of integrations and support resources, Albato remains a valuable automation solution with great potential.
"Best Automation Tool"
Pros: Albato Automations is a comprehensive platform designed to automate and optimize workflows, promising increased efficiency and reduced operational costs for businesses of all sizes. As someone keen on exploring innovative tools to enhance productivity, I decided to delve into Albato's offerings.
Cons: Albato Automations is a game-changer for businesses seeking to optimize their workflows and drive efficiency through automation. With its user-friendly interface, extensive integration capabilities, and reliable performance, Albato stands out as a powerful tool in the automation landscape. While the platform could benefit from minor improvements in customer support and pricing structure, it remains a highly recommended solution for streamlining operations.
"Reliable and Easy to Use "
Overall: Excellent overall, I would highly recommend the product.
Pros: It is logically set up which makes the learning curve short. The platform is reliable and I like the numerous aleady made templates available.
Cons: I have yet to experience any issues with Albato.
"Excellent stability system"
Pros: What I like most about Albato is its flexible and powerful integration capabilities. The platform enables easy connections between various applications and services, helping to automate workflows and exchange data efficiently. This not only saves time but also enhances the consistency and accuracy of data across systems.
Cons: The downside of Albato is its higher price compared to other integration platforms. For small businesses or individuals with limited budgets, the cost of using Albato can be a barrier, even though it brings many benefits in terms of performance and work efficiency.
"Great but needs more automations"
Pros: Albato is easy to set up and use. It's awesome that I can build my own integrations without needing to code anything. Right now, it covers about 80% of the automations I need, and they're constantly updating, so I'm hopeful it'll soon be everything I need. The ability to link up conversion events to analytics and sync forms with email marketing tools is a massive time-saver for me.
Cons: The downside is that Albato doesn't yet support all the automations I'm looking for; some features are still in the pipeline. While it doesn't have as extensive a library as Zapier, it meets most of a digital marketer's needs, and the price is reasonable. For the tools it doesn't yet support, there's an option to create connections, provided the other tool allows API access.
"The best integrator on the market"
Pros: It's the best integrator that we have ever used. We had some troubles with other softwares (the most famous ones) and with Albato we haven't had any problems until now. This softwares fulfills all of our needs.
Cons: The only thing that I did not love about Albato is that it doesn't have a diagram-like interface for the integrations. But it's not a dealbreaker, the software still works flawlesly.
"Good product with great potential (still lacking critical integrations)"
Overall: Overall, this tool is great for the amount you spend. It's much cheaper than Zapier, but offers quite similar performance to Zapier. The support is great. They respond quickly to queries. One thing that I don;t like is the way Albato consume our monthly operations. If I'm setting an API as a trigger then it will just drain all my opertaions within a day. Reason being, whether or not a response is captures via that API, it will still keep on using operations per minute, which is insane!
Pros: The bst thing I liked about Albato is the ROI I get from it. I purchased this on Appsumo for a 1-time price and getting nearly 45k operations per month, which is just a no brainer to grab this product. Moreover, it's very sleek similar to Zapier.
Cons: Though it's a great tool in the arsenal, but it's not at par with Zapier. It's still lacking some critical integrations that Zapier already has, and also the integration with Discord was difficult (as per my testing).I think it would evenually add all the integratiosn in the coming months, but as of now, some major integrations and tools are missing.
"Doesn't matter if you are a newbie"
Overall: Albato is a game-changer for my workflow by automating the mundane tasks that used to consume a significant portion of my day. I have started to play around with forms automatically syncing data across platforms, and it is saving hours every week, which allows me to focus more on client management. I see it boosting my productivity and enhancing the overall quality of my work the more I use it.
Pros: What impresses me most about Albato AI is its user-friendly interface. For a newcomer to automation like myself, the intuitive design makes it easy to get started without feeling overwhelmed. The ability to create custom integrations seamlessly has given me confidence my productivity will soar, allowing me to connect various tools crucial to my projects. I was initially considering another popular tool and weighing the cost until I read about Albato.
Cons: While Albato offers impressive features, my only issue is their need for team collaboration in their tier 2 LTD tools, such as subaccounts and more advanced user permissions. These additions would greatly improve my ability to manage multiple projects and clients more efficiently. Since I am still setting up, my frequency of use is still low, but this is not because of the product, rather my own time constraint.
