There has been a lot of integrations with other tools and they are adding 1-2 new integrations daily. Another factor which why Albato is a must get is the lower pricing compared to Pabbly/Zapier. Cons There is still very little integration with tools/software from Malaysia. Pros It is so easy to use and it connects up nearly all the software I am using. Their support is very responsive and the knowledge base and academy are super helpful. Cons There are a few products I use they where they do not have a readymade connection or limited actions if they do. There seems to be rapidly increasing numbers of apps added each week and there is great support for teaching you to set up your own integrations with apis and webhooks. " June 14, 2023 5.0 I switched from Bit Integrations to Albato in the space of 2-3 hours as I could see how this product will offer my company all the things I actually need to free my time! The customer support has been so far great, answering relatively quickly with relevant info. I can see that they are putting a lot of effort building the whole community and video tutorials and all sorts of help! Pros What I wanted to achieve was an integration from incoming WordPress forms to google sheets. I had another product, which was allowing me to do that, but once I checked Albato, I could see that the whole platform offers A LOT!!! I do have a few other automations that I have in mind and I am about to integrate them over the next few days! Cons It took me a few hours to figure out the whole process and how to make the connections work. If you have a lot of SaaS products, you have data locked into those systems. Albato helps to access and retrieve and process this collective data set. The limit is only your imagination and the integrations Albato offers - and these latter ones are growing daily. While there aren't many pre-canned recipes like one may see on other apps that have been around for a while, the interface is intuitive enough to let you solve things on your own. Pros The amount of apps that it has integrations with is really solid. I also think the UI is easy to use and not overly complicated. As it compares to other competitors I put this in the top 5 bucket. Cons I look forward to seeing more of the less common apps get added to Albato that I, unfortunately, use. Pros I am a non-profit founder who needs a reliable way to send information from CRMs to email, to turn documents into tweets, and generally make a lot of things happen with small amounts of money. The king of the automation hill is Zapier, but that's too expensive. Albato has turned out to be a good alternative for our needs. The UI/UX is both straightforward and pleasing. Nothing to complain about on that account. Its limits are generous, and the integration with a growing number of platforms means we don't have to look elsewhere. I am really looking forward to seeing what the OpenAI integration can do in combination with the other apps, especially if we can use it to feed custom apps. Cons The integration with Notion needs much improvement - we use Notion for many of our needs, but Albato doesn't allow us to modify anything that isn't a database. Cons Few things like Table like in zapier is missing and Few Indian specific apps but overall all major apps are surely connected. I can work with 5 min API calls but no custom APi confirigation. Thats what i didnt like about it. Atleast they should hav given that in tier - Think of it like that - If i grow and tried to make custom website backend - I will be forced to disconnect an make my own server...Thats pushing away user as he/she grows.
