Originally it was meant for simple stuff, but since then, the platform has developed quite fast andI've been able to do even more than what I initially planned. Albato if for sure saving me (weekly) at least a couple of hours of manual tasks. I'm very happy :) Cons Some features are complex to use (at least for me) . . . App connector makes it possible for us to make our own connections. And Albato is launching the right way - customer first. They are so active in engaging with their customer base and quickly work on improvements and new apps we suggest. It is clear this is a company that genuinely cares about its customers and I am grateful to be part of their community. Pros I liked the custom integration feature they have. If they do not have an app that you use, you can use it anyway by linking it and setting it up yourself! Cons It can look a little overwhelming for your first time seeing the software, but Albato has great training to help you. I've also just started a sync with Mailchimp to automate sending signup to a newsletter from a store purchase. Pros Albato is extremely intuitive and easy to use. The UI & Ux are great. The standout feature for me is that you can create your own automations even if they don't exist in Albato's template library! The syncing is great, and I was able to set up an automation with no prior experience within 3 minutes! Cons Two things for now. The lack of marketplace templates and API Listening costs you dearly as it's charged per minute, irrespective of whether anything is being transmitted. Better to use webhooks where available.
