Very easy to use and intuitive user interface. Generally very reliable.

Cons

There's always room for improvement in terms of new or better integrations, but it seems Albato is working on this faster than some other competitors.

The customer support is amazing. They respond back in a timely matter and they give you a board where your voice can be heard.

Pros

I like that ability to have customization across the board when it comes to automation. Compared to Zapier there is more autonomy.

Cons

The fact there aren't that many preset integrations right now.
