After trying the full version I switched to the paid version with appsumo and I don't regret it. Pros Its simplicity, it has a basic interface and everything is very easy to do things without much technical knowledge. Cons So far I have nothing to say, I have used it very little but so far it has solved my needs. If I'm setting an API as a trigger then it will just drain all my opertaions within a day. Reason being, whether or not a response is captures via that API, it will still keep on using operations per minute, which is insane! Pros The bst thing I liked about Albato is the ROI I get from it. I purchased this on Appsumo for a 1-time price and getting nearly 45k operations per month, which is just a no brainer to grab this product.Moreover, it's very sleek similar to Zapier. Pros All the integrations, its a pretty seamless system that just works, its very similar with iffft or zapier but i guess with a bigger focus on fringe systems, so it makes it much better if you want to connect new services. Also i was surprised by the quality of support, i found a issue with their system and they acknowledge the issue and push a fix and contact me the next day to troubleshoot and make sure everything was running as i wanted. Cons Its a fairly new company at this time, so with every new company there is the risk that things break apart more easily, besides that it still lacks some features, but as i can see on their roadmap all of these are on the plan and as of now it is fulfilling all my needs. Every time I have a question the Albato team has been extremely helpful. The customer support and the ability to make all the connections I need is a win win. Pros Customer Support is friendly and helpful they have stuck with me until my questions were resolved. They also have all the same tools as the company that starts with a Z. Albato however is way more affordable. The connection list has everything I need and there is even the ability to create your own custom app connections and use them as you would any other connection. There is a lot here on offer, take it for a spin. Cons Albato is growing which means it doesn't have everything. It would be nice if it had better testing and the ability to replay a failure. The connection list is growing which is good. However, an obvious miss for me is associated with the Activecampaign connection that doesn't allow you to tag a person on the create/update task. It seems obvious that option would be there but apparently not. Is it still worth it, yes. Does it have most of everything that the big players have, yes. Is it worth figuring out how to fill in the gaps until Albato comes around and fills them, yes. I already have a good experience with it through the Climbo app, which partnered with Albato to automate the collection of online reviews. The app is clean, easy to use, and very useful for my daily tasks. I highly recommend it. Pros Honestly, I like the way the Albato interface looks and its sequence. It's easier to use than my other automation tool. Plus, they have an academy where I can hone my skills in learning to use Albato properly. Cons I think there is a misunderstanding regarding the description of operational tasks. I'm not sure how they deduct those known operations. From my perspective as an owner, we are using our automation for my clients, and sometimes, we notice that some clients have a lot of operational costs even though their customer volume is the same.
