### "An interesting alternative to the existing ones"

April 20, 2024

4.0

Pros

\- They have many tools to process data between steps - The marketplace is a real success, it saves time creating some of the most common automations. - App integrator seems great to me for programmers like me who are creating our own SAAS and we want/can create the integrations ourselves to reduce their availability time on platforms like Albato in a quick and easy way - Embedded also seems like a success to me, however the cost part still causes me a little concern, the prices for a startup seem high and perhaps prohibitive, I think this part should have a more gradual scheme according to the business of a startup grows, finally if it becomes a fundamental piece for any SAAS and it is doing well, you will be willing to pay much more for what Albato offers. - The Whatsapp, Facebook, and Webhooks integrations I tried worked without problems. - The public Roadmap is great, especially in terms of being transparent and listening to the community.

Cons

\- Be able to limit who can access a webhook by IP and/or IP range - The selection of tools in automations should have a search engine, which searches in the name and description - In tools, some Spanish translations are strange, I think they should have another translation for what they do. - Missing descriptions about some fields they do and link to the documentation - The Spanish translation of Vista Clean should be something more like "Advanced Options" - I don't see much sense in the contract-extract button, it should always be in expanded mode for greater visibility - There should be, as in other systems, a "test and save" button to verify that the step being created or others are correctly configured before continuing to the next ones, especially in steps that require communication with external systems. - It should be possible to reorder the steps in an automation, because although it is true that usually the next one can depend on the data of the previous one, sometimes this is not the case and they are duplicate automations such as sending an email/whatsapp but you want to change the order of shipment - In general the interface should be smaller so that more can be seen on each screen because the vertical scroll becomes infinitely long and complicates the user experience. - It would be great with AI to be able to describe what you want and for automation to be generated, even in general, and then auth and/or parameterization would have to be done at each step.

### "Use the easy-to-use no-code automation builder to configure custom automations with APIs or webhooks"

June 17, 2023

5.0

If you are a beginner who is not very good at API integration, then Albato is perfect for you. You can see every step in its academy, which allows you to gradually get started. Although it may not have as many integrated software options, you can customize and use webhooks, and it is also a no-code software. The biggest advantage is that it is the cheapest among similar software. I recommend giving this software a try.

Pros

1\. No-code automation builder.2. You can build custom automations with APIs or webhooks.3. It has an Academy for learning Inside, there are very detailed steps.

Cons

Although the integrated updates are fast, the quantity of integrated apps is a bit less compared to other API tools. Apart from this, everything else is good.

### "Streamlining Workflows Effortlessly with Albato"

April 14, 2024

5.0

My overall experience with Albato has been highly positive! It's user-friendly, efficient, and has really streamlined our operations. Setting up integrations, transferring data, and automating tasks has been very easy and fast. The support has been reliable, but we had no particular issue to be solved

Pros

What I really loved about Albato was how easy it was to connect different apps. The interface was simple to use, the pre-built connectors were handy, and setting up automated workflows was a breeze.

Cons

It might not support some integrations for ess common apps. If you have highly specific integration requirements, the customization options could be somewhat restricted.

Alternatives considered

[Pabbly Connect](https://www.capterra.com/p/205994/Pabbly-Connect/)

Reason for choosing Albato

The flexibility and customization options in Albato better suited my specific integration needs. Pabbly moreover was a bit more expensive, and reputation for reliability and customer support played a significant role

Firstly it was mostly a budget reason, but I'm glad to say we enjoy Albato. It handles a wide range of integrations, has a user-friendly interface, and the workflows we are managing are key factors and are running really fine.

### "Albato: The Automation Swiss Army Knife for My Business"

September 2, 2023

5.0

Albato solves two key problems for my business - eliminating repetitive manual work and unifying data across applications. Before Albato, I wasted so much time copy and pasting data between apps, uploading/downloading files, and doing other tedious tasks manually. Now I have automations that seamlessly transfer info between my CRM, project management tools, email marketing platform, and more. This saves me hours per week and lets me focus on high-value work. My data is synced automatically between apps so I always have the latest updated info at my fingertips when I need it. No more shuffling between apps to get the full picture. The workflows I've set up act like an orchestra conductor - coordinating my business systems to work in harmony. Albato is the glue that binds everything together for maximum efficiency.

Pros

As someone who likes to tinker with tech, what I love about Albato is the sheer flexibility and customization it offers. The ability to build your own app integrations with APIs and webhooks is incredibly powerful. I've been able to connect niche apps that would never be supported by other tools. The App Integrator and webhook support make Albato like a Swiss Army knife for automation - it can adapt to handle virtually any app or workflow I throw at it. The App Integrator was easy enough for me to use with my intermediate coding skills. With the Tier 2 AppSumo plan, the 45,000 monthly operations and unlimited automations remove any worries about hitting limits. I can set up as many complex multi-step workflows as needed to automate my business processes.

Cons

As a relatively new platform, Albato is still building up their native integration library. While they have the core apps covered, I did need to build a few custom integrations. Their roadmap shows active development here. The usage analytics could be more robust. I'd love to see detailed stats on each automation like error rates. This would help optimize the most critical workflows. The documentation, while good, assumes some base technical knowledge. For non-technical users, more onboarding guides and video tutorials would help shorten the learning curve.Overall though, Albato delivers automation power and flexibility that outshines competitors at a fraction of the price. The few limitations are outweighed by the capabilities I gain.

Switched from

[Pabbly Connect](https://www.capterra.com/p/205994/Pabbly-Connect/)[Zapier](https://www.capterra.com/p/130182/Zapier/)[IFTTT](https://www.capterra.com/p/186695/IFTTT/)

I was previously using IFTTT, Zapier, and Pabbly, but made the switch to Albato for several reasons.First, Albato is far more affordable. Until recently, they had lifetime plans starting at just $69 compared to $20/month for Zapier. So I'm really happy I got this generous deal on AppSumo.Second, I found Albato's interface and building automations to be more intuitive and user-friendly. Zapier felt overly complex for setting up multi-step zaps. Finally, the flexibility to create custom integrations with the App Integrator is a huge advantage over Zapier. There were key apps I needed to connect that Zapier didn't support natively.Since switching, I've been able to set up more automations between the apps I use daily. Albato just feels easier to manage my connected workflows. The only thing I miss is Zapier's very large integration library. But Albato's core apps and custom integration capabilities cover my needs well. And new integrations are continuously being added to close the gap.Overall I'm extremely happy with my move to Albato. The price, usability, and flexibility are major wins for my business.

### ""Great Automations Platform with Tons of Potential""

June 19, 2023

5.0

Helping to automate tasks across various platforms that I use as a soloprenuer. For example - chatbot --> CRM/email marketing, Lead Ads --> CRM/email marketing. Auto maintaining one list of new clients and leads across various lead sources. Once they complete integrations on their roadmap, will also connect with most other LTDs that I have purchased. There is a learning curve, the Albato academy does help

Pros

Having scanned the market to look for various automation platforms like Zapier, Pabbly, Konnectit, Integrately and IFTTT, I stumbled upon and full stacked the Albato lifetime deal on appsumo. Here is what I found.1. The number of integrated apps are very similar to what you get with Konnectzit2. Their custom apps integrator supports connections with any platform having an API3. Operations limits to pricing ratio is way better than Zapier/Pabbly4. Good number of internal tools like delays, automation pause, date format etc..5. Clear roadmap & easy to suggest/upvote6. Multi Step Automations

Cons

Albato is probably a newer platform and hence, number of integrated apps are lower when compared to competition (custom API integrator is a workaround)Recommended integrations in the roadmap should see regular completions.API connections can quickly eat up available operations - can however, be offset by managing the refresh frequency based on severity. Would like to see this improve in future.

### "The best alternative to the now VERY expensive Zapier for efficient work process management"

July 21, 2023

5.0

Our business used to collect data from a variety of sources, and was primarily using Zapier and other gerry-rigged solutions to get it all together and coherent. With Zapier's 100% increase in price, and their excessive limitations of how many tasks can be processed, we started looking for alternatives. We came across Albato via AppSumo awhile ago and saw the potential. We didn't jump right in though as we were still using Zapier to do many of our tasks. Once we got our feet wet with getting some of the processes moved over and working as we wanted them to, we've never looked back.Albato is now the only software we use to manage, manipulate, move and migrate our data from the varied sources we collect it from.

Pros

The things I like the most about Albato are:a. Flexibility - we can build connections and processes the way we want with the flexibility to fit our businessb. Automation - this is kind of a no brainer, but the less we have to do manually the better and it also ensures a consistent and efficient data management planc. Breadth of options - while Zapier may tout the fact they have 5000+ apps available, Albato probably has the same just by using open APIs and the ability to build your own automations

Cons

While I really enjoy the software, the main thing that is a slight barrier is the learning curve - it's not as intuitive as other software, but this comes from the power it offers. Out of the box, you'll need to learn the terms and having a basic understanding of how APIs work and connect is helpful. They have recently upgraded all the tutorials, so this is becoming less of an issue

### "An Emerging platform off to a great start!"

April 14, 2024

4.0

Pretty Fluid so far with some advanced features which require some time and dedication to learn, but which i feel will make this platform a far more powerful tool for automation workflows than their competitors, eventually.

Pros

What impressively distinguishes this service is the ample monthly allowance of actions and triggers, greatly exceeding what’s typically offered by its peers. This element is particularly advantageous for smaller businesses, delivering an operational scale without the dread of hitting restrictive ceilings. The harmonious blend of cost-efficiency and a robust feature set constructs a powerful argument for businesses striving for affordable automation solutions. At its core, the platform bridges the gap between advanced functionality and user-centric design, while its pricing policy reveals a deep cognizance of the unique challenges faced by small businesses. The platform stands out as a praiseworthy resource for companies on the path to streamlined and effective growth.

Cons

At present, the assortment of apps along with the specific triggers and actions the platform supports may appear somewhat constrained. Nevertheless, this minor hindrance is effectively counterbalanced by the platform's inherent dynamism and its upward developmental trend. With the platform's proactive stance on integrating novel features and accommodating applications solicited by its user base, there's a promising outlook for an enriched diversity in its capabilities. The provision of its App Integration tool further catalyzes this advancement by fostering a community-led expansion, ensuring a continual adaptation to the varied demands of its clientele. This limitation is not so much a permanent barrier but a fading challenge, one that is steadily being overcome as the platform progresses and its user community flourishes.

Switched from

[Zapier](https://www.capterra.com/p/130182/Zapier/)

The pricing was appealing with the lifetime subscription deal I received. Additionally, the ability to craft custom solutions, add personal API connections, and the shared experience within the community appear to be much more effective strategies as the platform continues to expand.

### "Simple iPaas, App integrator feature a huge advantage"

May 27, 2024

5.0

Albato still has room for improvement in terms of the range of apps it integrates with. As a startup, it would benefit them to open up access to their app integrator function to allow a broader group of individuals to create integrations with various apps, rather than relying solely on their internal development team. This approach could significantly accelerate their growth. Functioning akin to make.com or Zapier, Albato offers a user-friendly interface for seamlessly integrating two or more apps and workflows. This integration effectively merges a business's toolsets and processes. One noteworthy advantage of Albato is its simpler and more user-friendly interface compared to both Zapier and particularly Make.

Pros

\-Simple and easy to use interface. -App integrator allows someone to integrate apps to Albato with no code. This is a hands down game-changer. Mind you -- while this process does take time, they do offer guidance with support articles and video. -Marketplace to get more integrations needs more attention, but looks great.

Cons

\-The only thing that I think they would be smart to do is to offer the app integrator for free to everyone so that the market could add a bunch of integrations, I think they would even outnumber Zapier had they just offered it for free. And thus, I also wish they had more integrations.

Reason for choosing Albato

I chose Albato over competitors due to the simple UI and the deal/price that was available.

### "Albato: A Promising Automation Tool with Advanced Features and Growing Potential"

June 15, 2023

5.0

I was able to handle the basics immediately (without reading the documentation), so I find the platform quite intuitive and to the point. For a more advanced use case and to solve some errors, I had to contact the support through chat, where I got a reply within a few hours. It was quick and helpful. The agent made a follow-up being really proactive until totally solved. So, I had a great experience so far on that end too.

Pros

Albato is a relatively new automation tool with promising features. The sophisticated automation features of Albato can significantly reduce the workload, which can free up time to focus on more important tasks. The tool offers advanced multi-steps and formatting options, making it in that regards an excellent alternative to Zapier. As usual, when it comes to new businesses emerging in that field, it's hard to be competitive from the get-go with the enormous catalog of integrations from the established giants, but it's already quite mature. And new integrations are being added frequently. (You can follow and vote on those through their roadmap). They also recently enabled a marketplace where you can find community-based automation and ideas to duplicate and customize on your own. Here are a few things to be aware of:1) The plans are based on operations, which can burn quite quickly if you are seeking to deal with API doing calls every 1 minute (it's better to use webhook when possible).2) They also have an "App Integrator" to add your own (missing) app, which is great, but may require to be a bit more technical to handle the process.

Cons

The list of integrations/apps remains quite modest in comparison to Zapier and the like.It can feel a bit more challenging for non-technical people.

### "The best platform for integrations and automations"

May 16, 2024

5.0

Albato allows me to integrate different cloud services and tools and build custom automations that trigger based on events in one application and perform actions in another. For example, once a user submits a form on my website, I can add their name and email address to the subscriber list on another email marketing platform or CRM. Alternatively, I can create a trigger for whenever a new row is added in Google or Zoho Sheets, and it automatically sends a notification to my email or via WhatsApp/Telegram Messenger. It's an amazing tool that helps me to save my time and effort in setting up integrations, automating processes, and improving productivity.

Pros

Albato is a great global no-code SaaS platform that uses webhooks and APIs to connect different applications. It is similar to Zapier and Make (Integromat) in terms of its multi-services integration purpose, but much more powerful and flexible in terms of its adoption to specific markets and services in different countries. It offers over 500 pre-created integrations within their triggers and actions catalog, but I can also set up my own custom integration or use a template library. I can even create more complex workflows with multiple actions and even integrate it with ChatGPT to automate content creation, customer support, or feedback/comments analysis and responses.

Cons

The only thing currently missing is a native Albato integration plugin for WordPress, similar to SureTriggers and Bit Integrations. It would make Albato the best on the market! It doesn't need to be listed in the official WordPress catalog and can be released as a downloadable plugin. Currently, to integrate various WordPress forms and plugins, we have to add custom code to the functions.php file or via code snippets. This is not as simple as using a native plugin where you can simply select the form or plugin from the trigger list on the WordPress side and then select an action on the Albato cloud side without spending lots of time and effort on custom coding and fields/attributes matching. I am currently using the Bit Integrations plugin, which includes Albato as a target app, but would love to have a native Albato version to complement the solution from the same single vendor, similar to what SureTriggers offers. I understand that a WordPress plugin is listed as a feature request for consideration on Albato's extensive roadmap list, but I would appreciate it if they could prioritize it to surpass their competitors completely.

### "Possibly the new Zapier replacement!"

July 7, 2023

I do like Albato! I have been with them since the early days now, however, the platform is definitely becoming more exciting with the new updates and releases.

Pros

I like the team behind Albato, the support and the pricing structure. More affordable than Zapier, and maybe one day just as big

Cons

Building out workflows has a little lack of visualization when building the flows, however, there is a drag-and-drop builder in the pipeline. Excited to see that

### "Zapier and Make Alternative for less $$$"

July 13, 2023

4.0

Here's where Albato comes into its own: it takes the headache out of managing and integrating different business apps. It's like a backstage pass where all your apps get to hang out and communicate effortlessly, eliminating any need for playing 'manual data transfer' ping-pong. This means no more wasting time on repetitive tasks and fewer chances for errors to sneak in. For me, it's a productivity godsend, giving me more time to focus on bigger, strategy-related stuff. Plus, the consistency it brings to my data across platforms is a big win for making smarter business decisions. Bottom line – Albato keeps my business operations smooth and efficient. But has a good room for improvement and as i said it doesn't have all the apps out there but it is getting there

Pros

Albato is just flat-out impressive when it comes to connecting various business applications without the need for a tech guy. The platform is super user-friendly, and makes automating business processes a piece of cake. This means less time spent on tedious manual tasks and more time to do what you do best. Also, the sheer variety of integrations on offer is quite cool – whether you're in e-commerce or use a CRM system, Albato's got you covered. Plus, their customization options for setting triggers and responses hit the spot for tailoring the service to your business needs. And, let's not forget their customer service – always there when you need them and ready to sort out any hiccups.

Cons

Albato is not perfect, though. For starters, if you're a small business or startup watching your pennies, the cost might be a bit of a stinger. Also, while they do cover a whole lot of integrations, they don't have everything under the sun. Sometimes, you might need to hunt for alternate options.

### "Awesome Zapier alternative for technically inclined users"

June 28, 2023

5.0

My overall experience with Albato has been pretty positive. The platform's user-friendly interface, coupled with its comprehensive support system, has made the process of integrating apps feel less like a chore and more like an adventure.

Pros

Albato is powerful and pretty similar in concept to Zapier, but it also gives me the ability to integrate any app with an open API or webhook. This flexibility allows me to create custom workflows that suit my specific needs, and access tools they don't already have integrated on their platform. This is probably the most useful aspect of what they do, because I use several specialized tools which haven't been directly integrated into Zapier. This has been a great workaround for me.

Cons

Albato does have its challenges particularly in the area of DIY integration for items that are not currently integrated onto the platform. While the platform enables me to integrate any app with an open API or webhook, this has been a bit daunting because I'm not not technically inclined. The process requires a certain level of technical knowledge and understanding, making it difficult for some me to fully leverage what it can do. This can lead to frustration and potentially limit the usefulness of the platform for users who aren't able or willing to work through the process.

Pros

Albato has taken my data management to a whole new level of convenience and efficiency! It’s remarkable how easy it is to automate data transfers between various cloud apps, thanks to Albato’s user-friendly interface. The extensive library with over 500 apps, categorized for quick search, has been a lifesaver in connecting the apps I use the most frequently. The reliability and precision of data transfers have given me the peace of mind I’ve always wanted.

Cons

### "A powerful automation platform at a price I can afford as a startup!"

June 29, 2023

Got rid of my manual, tedious, weekly batch transfers of data between all my apps!

Pros

Easy setup for automations which allows me to focus on the value-added part of what I do. I used to update in weekly batches my data transfers, and this is finally gone!

Cons

Some of the apps I use don't have pre-built integrations. So I had to build these myself, which meant trial and error. The good news is the process is quite easy, and there are a lot of support options and online training. So overall worth it. Then the team is adding new integrations at a rapid pace.

### "Hidden Gem you only find once a year"

The support is world class. An app like this, you need thee very best support to help you stitch everything together. The support through the live chat will help you out within 5 minutes. Super overall experience and fun to use.

Pros

I love, love Albato. I have been using Pabbly and Zapier, and Albato comes with a new approach that satisfies everything i need to do. If the app is not available, you can easily create a custom app integrator to do the job, depending on what the third party API offers. I use this in my agency as often as i can to streamline my business and client processes. These guys are going places fast

Cons

There could be more out the box integrations. But actually its not a massive problem as you can use their app integrator to do the job

Reason for choosing Albato

the support was better on the day and i had good references from Facebook groups

I needed to create custom integrations which Albato are very good at, also the pricing was a major factor

### "The Better Zapier Alternative"

June 23, 2023

5.0

My overall experience with Albato has been exceptional. The tool’s user-friendly interface and extensive support have made it a pleasure to use. The App Integrator feature stands out, allowing me to quickly add apps and customize integrations. Albato has helped me automate and integrate my systems without the need for additional programming resources. I have found the tool to be intuitive, effective, and constantly improving. The 24/7 customer support provided by Albato has also been outstanding. Overall, my experience with Albato has been highly positive, and I would highly recommend it to others looking for a customizable and user-friendly automation tool.

Pros

It has App Integrator which you can create custom integration to any app with API. Also, they are fast in creating new integration and the support is super responsive and helpful.

Cons

Missing some popular applications and missing some functionality to some application that is already connected but I'm sure they will catch up because of how fast they are releasing updates.

### "Finally, something to replace Zapier"

July 26, 2023

5.0

No-code automation is really valuable, and Albato has outperformed other platforms that offer this. Really happy with it so far.

Pros

The growing list of Apps is great, it currently covers about 90% of what I need it for, and most others are in the pipeline.I've also contacted Albato's support to fix a bug, which they did very quickly and effectively. It's super easy to use as well - the automations are easier and seem more reliable than Zapiers. I really like the action logs and being able to see the data that's been sent too.So far all the automations have fired and worked as expected. I had more than a few errors with Zapier.

Cons

Just a small number of apps I'd still like to see, but I'll be requesting them soon and judging by the turnaround time on the others, I'm confident they'll be in place. Nothing else to mention at the moment.

### "Automation that's easy to set up!"

August 31, 2022

5.0

Great! I tested some automation tools and felt like I would have to study how to set up automations. In contrast, with Albato I could set up my first integrations after maybe 20 minutes. That's really awesome.

Pros

It is awesome how easy it is to set up an automation with Albato. It's much easier compared to almost all competitors. Especially for non-IT-experts, this is important. Furthermore, you can automize pretty much everything because they have an in-built custom app integrator.

Cons

The inbuilt app integrator would need some more documentation. Furthermore, the amount of connectable apps is not huge, yet. But I have the strong impression that the company is headed in the right direction and these things will improve in no time.

Alternatives considered

[Easyflow](https://www.capterra.com/p/264534/Easyflow/)

Reason for choosing Albato

Easyflow is still a good and very valid product. I will use both of them, depending on the usecases. Albato is easier to use, but Easyflow has some aditional features, I like a lot, too.

### "Albato is a great Automation tool"

August 29, 2022

5.0

As I mentioned in the Pros & Cons, I am pretty happy with Albato so far. I hope they continue on this path & keep on integrating with relevant & new software in order to keep them relevant!

Pros

First & foremost (for me), the Albato UI & UX are just so smooth. Easy to look at & simple to understand the next step to get your integrations & automations jiving! I have used plenty of Automation tools in the past (& present) & I gotta say, the Albato UI & UX is second to none & it's far in front of the others. the support team is also absolutely fantastic. If you can't figure something out, or maybe you're stuck somewhere, there is no need to worry, Albato support will take the time to not only help but walk you through the issues that you might be facing. Lastly (but super important), they listen to feedback & they happily take integration requests - which is probably the most important thing when it comes to software automation systems. If they don't integrate with the systems you use, then you really have no use for them. That reminds me, there is an option to build your own apps if they didn't yet get to your integration request. I haven't used this yet, but I am glad that it's an option!

Cons

They do not yet support Amazon SP-APi (Amazon Seller Partner APi). But they say it's on the "consideration" list. I get it, Amazon SP-APi is a BIG task & it probably takes time to get it perfect.

### "Automation... At its best!"

July 4, 2023

5.0

As a consulting agency, merging, parsing, and analyzing data between the digital tools we use is an issue. Albato helps us to save time and focus on what we care most!

Pros

First of all, it has a vast number of integrations, just like Zapier has... But with a reasonable cost. Above that, it allows you to make data manipulation efficiently, with really good data manipulation options.

Cons

At the moment, it entirely fits all my needs.

Alternatives considered

[Zapier](https://www.capterra.com/p/130182/Zapier/)

Reason for choosing Albato

For the same integrations and efficiency, Albato costs so much less.

Zapier costs too much. N8N has a small number of integrations and the API is not that reliable as it is supposed to be.

### "A new generation of automation"

March 26, 2024

5.0

Pros

Albato has an intuitive UI which creates for an enjoyable UX. Their support team answers requests thoroughly and their documentation is well established. They are quick to respond for integration requests as well. There is a high level of visibility into automations, logs, and processes.

Cons

The system does not have as many pre-built application integrations as competitors.
