The opportunity is quite endless and they're improving the app on a weekly basis.The support is very kind and helpful.The Academy is a nice to learn how to get the best from the tool.Last, the app integrator is a game changer, it allows you to create a connector even if it's not present in their standard list. My favorite thing so far is the ease of use of APIs and webhooks. The fact they tell you how to minimize your process uses by using different models is refreshing to see. Overall, Albato is clean, inviting, feature-dense software with a great, committed team behind it. Cons There were a few bugs with the onboarding process that I communicated with the team about, and they quickly fixed the issues and worked through my other questions. So for some, the dislike could be that the onboarding modal was a bit confusing since it broke several times. I have been able to replace tools like Zapier and Make and connect many of the tools I use in my day-to-day activities. I consider it a great purchase. Pros I love that Albato integrates with many of the tools I've purchased from AppSumo that I use daily. This allows me to connect applications and seamlessly transfer data between them in an automated manner, giving me more free time. Cons There are some tools I also use that are not yet integrated, such as Mautic, Fluent CRM, which I hope they add in the near future. There are also others like Taskade that I would love to see included, but I understand that it may not be possible as they haven't released their API. I hope that one day they can be added. Pros Albato has many intrations available right out of the box, the interface is intuitive, and there is a free training program available to get started. It has many intregations available, I was surprised that some of the lesser known products I use are available right out of the box. Cons AITable(not AirTable) lacks the abillity to select a table located in a subfolder. I found a request for this from several months ago and Albato QA team said they did not see a problem. It is obvious if you use AITable in this manner, so I hope they get this fixed. I found some of the integrations limited in options, but webhooks offer a work-around for this. Pros Undoubtedly one of the most important pros is the price. With the entry tier you already have a lot to play with if you are not a person who is dedicated exclusively to automating processes, so the entry price is very good.If you want to go for a slightly higher tier, the price is quite correct and the operations it offers are more than enough.Another advantage is the marketplace that it presents, which is constantly evolving and is growing little by little.Finally, there are the integration modules with a large number of options, without a doubt the best is yet to come. Cons The learning curve in my case, and coming from other tools that have been on the market for some time, was a bit expensive.I have to learn to develop some processes from scratch or give my automations another approach, with the time that this requires.However, once that mountain was overcome, all that came after were benefits in saving time and money compared to other tools.It is certainly worth investing a little time.
