Pros The two things I like the most about Albato that put it above others I've tried is:1. I can use received emails sent to a gmail account (I have set up business emails to be read in a gmail account as well) and create a variety of automation such as using OpenAI to parse data and send to CRM, reply to emails, get the sentiment of emails etc.2. I have the flexibility to easily create my own app connections for software that has an API. Cons At this stage, I use some apps that don't have a prebuilt connection, yet other products do have one.Since it's a new product, I expect this to change soon, that's why it's such good value for money at the moment. They demonstrate ambition and determination to compete with the big players. I'm on Albato's Tier 3 plan and feel I'm getting value without breaking the bank. The interface is intuitive and easy enough to navigate, making it simple for users like me (I'm no coder) to set up automations without technical skills. Cons Albato's integration library is small compared to some and it may not yet cover all the options that others offer (but it's growing). I think they're an underdog in the industry, but in a good way (I like that)! Pros I´m just a beginner in automation = Albato is doing a very good onboarding with much information and tips. They have already many App Integrations and working fast to integrate more. I've been using various free automation software like Zapier and Make.com to do tasks and this popped up at just the right time - so here I am. Cons I was hoping Albato would include Instagram integration and it does not. However, at this time, they've added it but are just waiting on Meta to approve it. Works for me! I also used 2 other tools but this one is much simpler. It works well, is easy to use and costs less than the most famous competitors. I was very impressed and I definitely recommend it to try. Pros Initially I was skeptical, but I was impressed by the fluidity and ease of use of Albato. I used Zapier, but all the apps I need to integrate (30 apps) are all on Albato, which costs much less and I find it decidedly easier to use. They are integrating new triggers very quickly and new apps, so I see a lot of potential as well. I recommend it to everyone who uses other integration tools, give it a chance, you won't regret it Cons I would like there to be more apps that can be integrated but this is a process that will gradually be resolved. It is a bit complex to use so it has a learning curve, not sure non technical users will manage. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate.They have created an academy to learn how to use the tool. The more advanced videos are still in development.The price makes it accessible for all levels of users. Cons While it may have fewer native integrations than other software, the ability to create custom integrations is a significant advantage.The custom app integrator is very complex, so we really need more videos on how to use for different type of integrations. Using other tools, I didn't always need to map data on my own. But, with Albato, at least for the moment, I've been doing the data mapping myself taking some time while doing initial set-up. Pros I appreciate the fact that Albato has plenty of apps that you can connect and start automating already, and they're also adding new apps often which is great as well. It's pretty easy to use overall and their support is very friendly and responsive. Cons If you're a beginner with automation, it may require some time to figure out how everything works but it's nothing too complicated. I'm mainly using it to automate Toggl Track data into Google sheets for our agency. It gathers all the data in one sheet and from there we bill the client. Also using it to use a webhook after a submitted Aidaform. They made it very easy to set this up with clear documentation. Cons I have german billing software, it would be nice to have intergrated with that. Or at least a fast way to integrated them with no code. A visual representaiton of the autmations would be a great addition but it's on the way, so let's wait.
