My staff and I used it for less than two weeks before discovering that many of its features were not functioning properly. Pros It is a case management software for immigration forms. It has an AI drafting component. I don't have a lot of good things to say about this software. I was unimpressed by its actual functionality and switched back to my old software provider. Cons The sales staff promised certain services that were not available in the product. When I sent invitations to clients to fill out intakes, the invitation went to their spam. When I tried entering the contact information for potential leads, I was automatically logged out. I brought these to the attention of staff, but their response was incomplete and did not resolve my issues. Switched from [Docketwise](https://www.capterra.com/p/172490/Docketwise/) I thought this would use more AI features, but I was disappointed in the software's overall quality. Imagility provided transparency in the entire process. It was great working with Imagility Pros Imagility is a great platform for US immigration. The platform leverages graphical representation for data visualization. I really liked the three timelines - petition, immigration, and work experience. I felt confident after filling in the job description, specialty occupation support, progressive work experience, employer-employee relationship. Everything was transparent. Imagility is a product that helps and supports H-1b petitions seamlessly Cons Nothing that I can think of. I recommend every one to try this platform and you will be amazed.
