It is very organised app, and I never had issues with it. Although I never used assistance, my peers shared their positive experience of getting help from assistants. Pros I am a student and take exams through Honorlock. I like how the app closes the tabs for me after my permission. Also, availability of help/assistance in case if the app may go wrong.
