Much better than the previous tool we had which was incredibly confusing. Pros I liked how easy it is to see all of the goals on my team on a single place. I also like the “direct reports” view because it is an easy place to understand where I need to spend more time with my team. Cons I would have liked to be able to control the notifications I received a bit more. I guess our admin controls this and maybe they configured it a certain way, but I would have liked a bit more input there. We always struggled with how to leverage KPIs in a platform like OKRs and I think that was a good solution for it. Pros The tool was pretty simple to learn and implement. We were able to switch over from Excel to the OKR tool without much friction. Up and running in no time, and most people only needed 1-2 sessions to get a hang of it. Highly recommend this product to anyone in the market to make a change. Cons We haven't encountered any issues yet, so not much to report. Pros Very intuitive with a pleasant user experience that makes it very objective for the purpose it was built, super easy to use with just a few clicks. Cons Little to none, some aspects could be made more intuitive, but I have seen it evolve and get better in short periods of time, so I sincerely feel there is a lot of thought going behind building it and improving it on an ongoing basis.
