I love it overall, it's easy to learn and helps a ton with cold outbound sales in order to find the right people. It can be annoying with the bugs, but they are a huge company so I give them some leeway.

Pros

I like how easy it integrates with enrichment extensions like lead iq and apollo. The search features are intuitive and you can find who you are looking for easily.

Cons

Their customer support isn't great and in my experience don't really speak English well. The website can be buggy, it thinks I have premium and then it says I don't, and for a long time my regular linkedin wasn't synced to my Salesnav account.

It a solution that is most definately worth the cost for us because it can grow our pipeline and outreach especially since we use the regular LinkedIn daily

Pros

I like that it can provide leads by job function, seniority, company size, and recent activity and that it notifies of prospect job changes, company updates, and news to identify the best time to reach out to old and new leads

Cons

It is a large investment for those that dont se it to its fullest so I would suggest making sure that your team is in need and will use it

It is the most critical tool in my stack next to Salesforce. It helps me map out the complex org charts of Enterprise companies and ensures I’m talking to the right people to drive adoption across departments that use the tool im selling.

Pros

For an AE, "multi-threading" is everything. Sales Nav’s Relationship Explorer and Smart Links are game-changers for identifying the "hidden" stakeholders—like a Head of Operations or a Creative Director—who are feeling the pain of tool-overload. I love the TeamLink feature; it often turns out that someone in our Engineering or Product team is already connected to the CTO of my target account, which makes for a much warmer intro than a cold InMail.

Cons

The data can occasionally be stale—I’ve reached out to "Current Employees" who actually left the company three months ago but haven't updated their profile. Also, the InMail interface feels a bit siloed from my main workflow; I wish it felt less like "social media" and more like a high-velocity sales tool.

Overall, it’s a strong tool for B2B sales and business development. It works best for account-based selling and warm outreach. When used consistently with a clear ICP and good messaging, it delivers solid results.

Pros

The advanced search and filtering are extremely powerful. It makes it easy to find the right decision makers based on role, company size, industry, and activity. Lead recommendations and account insights help personalize outreach and stay relevant.

Cons

Pricing can feel high for smaller teams, and InMail response rates still depend heavily on message quality. Some filters are limited by how updated profiles are.

Product is definitely not worth the asking price. I've been a customer for 5 years and recently switched to a competitor due to the horrible support.

Pros

It's an easy product to use where you can filter according to your criteria. It could be a useful nice to have tool if the price was lower

Cons

The product has a lot of bugs. Inmail response rates are nowhere near compared to emails. Customer support is way below any standards

LinkedIn Sales Navigator has become an essential part of my sales toolkit. The platform makes it incredibly easy to identify, connect with, and engage the right prospects. The advanced search filters are powerful, allowing me to quickly narrow down decision-makers in my target industries and accounts.

Pros

I especially value the real-time updates on job changes, company growth, and shared connections - it’s like having a constant feed of warm conversation starters. The integration with CRM ensures my outreach is tracked and my pipeline stays organized without extra manual work.

Cons

It’s one of the more expensive prospecting tools, especially for smaller teams or individual reps. I also wish that you could customize some of the out-of-the box sales navigator reporting.

Overall I loved working with LI Nav. Easy to use. Worth the money. The whole team is on there. It is a great way to find new contacts and nurture existing.

Pros

This is a crucial tool for me to find new contacts to engage with and understand where they are located geographically. This is for net new business and returning customers to ensure I have a grasp on the growth of the client and where they are positioned in the market.

Cons

This has nothing to do with Sales Nav, but Linkedin overall has become a cesspool for political statements and junk that has nothing to do with the current corporate climate. I wish I could turn much of the noise off.

Pros

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a great tool for account executives and sales development reps alike - it makes it easy to find target prospects at companies of all industries. It integrates seamlessly with Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Seamless.Ai.

Cons

It would be great if LinkedIn Sales Navigator integrated directly with Salesforce so that you can save lead lists. There is a manual way to do this but a direct integration would be much easier.
