I love it overall, it's easy to learn and helps a ton with cold outbound sales in order to find the right people. It can be annoying with the bugs, but they are a huge company so I give them some leeway.

Pros

I like how easy it integrates with enrichment extensions like lead iq and apollo. The search features are intuitive and you can find who you are looking for easily.

Cons

Their customer support isn't great and in my experience don't really speak English well. The website can be buggy, it thinks I have premium and then it says I don't, and for a long time my regular linkedin wasn't synced to my Salesnav account.

Pros

What I liked most about LinkedIn Sales Navigator is how effective it is for searching and targeting specific stakeholders in B2B sales. The integration with CRM platforms like HubSpot and the ability to save leads and accounts helps streamline prospecting workflows and improves cold outreach productivity. One feature I especially like is the buying intent insights, which help identify companies that may already be showing interest or engagement related to your company or solution, making prospecting more targeted and strategic.

Cons

One downside for me personally is that the workflow between LinkedIn Sales Navigator and the main LinkedIn platform can sometimes feel disconnected. I would prefer if Sales Navigator and LinkedIn were more fully consolidated into a single experience, as I often have to switch back and forth between the two platforms to perform tasks like messaging prospects or viewing profiles.

Product is definitely not worth the asking price. I've been a customer for 5 years and recently switched to a competitor due to the horrible support.

Pros

It's an easy product to use where you can filter according to your criteria. It could be a useful nice to have tool if the price was lower

Cons

The product has a lot of bugs. Inmail response rates are nowhere near compared to emails. Customer support is way below any standards

It is the most critical tool in my stack next to Salesforce. It helps me map out the complex org charts of Enterprise companies and ensures I’m talking to the right people to drive adoption across departments that use the tool im selling.

Pros

For an AE, "multi-threading" is everything. Sales Nav’s Relationship Explorer and Smart Links are game-changers for identifying the "hidden" stakeholders—like a Head of Operations or a Creative Director—who are feeling the pain of tool-overload. I love the TeamLink feature; it often turns out that someone in our Engineering or Product team is already connected to the CTO of my target account, which makes for a much warmer intro than a cold InMail.

Cons

The data can occasionally be stale—I’ve reached out to "Current Employees" who actually left the company three months ago but haven't updated their profile. Also, the InMail interface feels a bit siloed from my main workflow; I wish it felt less like "social media" and more like a high-velocity sales tool.

Linkedin Sales Navigator is a great tool for understanding prospecting and intent for companies and prospects because of the unique amount of information contained within Linkedin. Sales Navigator happens to be the easiest way to access that data.

Pros

Linkedin Sales Navigator was the best way to use linkedin as a prospecting tool and source of company and prospect intent on the linkedin platform. It is uniquely positioned as a tool given how many professionals use Linkedin, and helps find the most up to date company and prospect information.

Cons

There are some reasonable drawbacks related to exporting, tool integration and data scraping to prevent Linkedin from being overrun, but some of these lack of features do make using the tool harder. If there were simpler ways to import and export data natively without needing to use other tools it would be great.

Pros

Linkedin SalesNav is a life saver for lead generation, especially quality leads. You are able to identify exactly the people you need and pull their contact info.

Cons

A bit slow as you are required to work on a page by page bases, which means 25 people at a time. But those 25 would be qualify compared to other tools out ther.e

I like that it can provide leads by job function, seniority, company size, and recent activity and that it notifies of prospect job changes, company updates, and news to identify the best time to reach out to old and new leads

Cons

It is a large investment for those that dont se it to its fullest so I would suggest making sure that your team is in need and will use it

Very good overall in the beginning. This is basically how I grew my business. But over the past year Ive spent a ton of money with LinkedIn and gotten absolutely 0 results out of it. And their customer service is...well...terrible. They are very pleasant to deal with and very easily accessible but in terms of actually being able to help me they never have.

Pros

\- The amount of options when searching for leads is excellent. I can really narrow down a list pretty specific which is a big help! - It is fairly easy to use and get used to the layout and how to get to the different options. - For the amount of leads you can pull and contact the price is very reasonable.

Cons

\- They've taken away a feature that I found to be one of the most powerful features on any platform that has a lead search built in and that is the ability to find "lookalike" leads. You used to be able to find a lead and if that lead happened to be the perfect match to your ideal client you could find more people like that person with one click. It was amazing! But I havent been able to find the feature, it may still exist but when I contacted LinkedIn about this they were no help at all. Which brings me to my next point. - I've had several instances like the one mentioned above where I wanted to know how to do a specific task or had a question about a feature and every time I talked to an agent at LinkedIn it's like they had never even seen sales navigator before. Nearly every time I talked to them I had to educate them on the platform and then ask my question. It was nice how available they were to talk but I have not received any actual help from their support team at all. - The biggest issue for me and the main reason I no longer use sales navigator is LinkedIn is now full of spammers and just people sending out so many messages it has become far too crowded in terms of trying to connect with people to network and do business together. - I don't know of a way to pull an email address from leads in Sales Nav, I know you can on their profile but that information is rarely ever accurate. So I still have to use a third party app to try and get their contact into.

Very easy to use and work on your addressable market. Expensive and pays off when your business demand not upsell/crossell but an endless hunting approach, that's about the price. The sales team does not engage so strongly, better leave this tool for inside sales or SDR teams. But it's a good tool.

Pros

Very easy to slice your addressable market. In special in a new market that you don't know. Easy to reach in the prospect's inbox. I think it works well in the hunting phase, but at a certain time it seems to be expensive for the result it generates. In a large company that needs to prospect endlessly, it's a good tool.

Cons

Price, it became too expensive to us. But maybe in a company that keep hunting forever, it is a good tool. About software and interface -- no issues. Support is 100%. Excellent team!

Pros

My favorite part of this product is how accurately it can help you find key decision makers in industries and geographies that fit your target lead profile. I also love that I can do all of this from my phone so I can make the most of roadtrips and being on the go.

Cons

My only downside at this point is that I sometimes struggle to stay off the platform. It sucks my time! But really I don't have major complaints - the UI/UX is top notch.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is super easy to use, very user-friendly, and beneficial. I would honestly say that is the best lead generation platform today. You can find any business, any prospect and check their info, company, issues, success, update. Definitely would recommend to whoever is trying to make sales, reach prospects and create a great pipeline!

Pros

I like that is easy to use, user-friendly has a lot to offer. It is the best tool for lead generation because all the business life is happening on LinkedIn now. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is the best tool for reaching out to the ICP. You can make lead and account lists, which Is very helpful and makes your life easier when tracking your campaign. You can search anything you can imagine from titles to geographic region, company size. When on Sales Navigator, you have access to many information and search options you don't have with regular LinkedIn. I would say that is also beneficial that you can see who is looking at your profile and tracking your posts views. It gives you a lot of free space and open hands for you to use it in your advance and make sales. It is the best tool for sales reps hands down. Definitely worth investing in it if you are trying to make sales and reach out to the prospects.

Cons

Currently, I don't have anything I dislike so much. I didn't have any issues while using it and I have been using it daily for hours for the past 6 months and more.

Pros

The best thing about sales navigator as per my previous and current experience is the ability to filter every contact that needs to be added in the sales lifecycle by its location, the current role and company size. By doing so we manage the sales qualified leads and opportunities

Cons

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a very powerful tool but there is a drawback which is that the data of the prospects only comes from LinkedIn - And the emails of prospects are sometimes private "Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, etc" Which becomes a problem as prospects don't like to be contacted on their personal emails

Theoretically, lots of good lead and account search features.

Cons

The product is a scam. I paid USD 120 for a monthly contract. After 5-10 lead searches, my ability to search leads gets auto-blocked to "protect the integrity of the platform." Customer support is useless, linking to nonsensical policies and asking me to take screenshots of information that is outside of the platform, sensitive and illegal to ask for. As a user, I hate the sales inbounds I get on LinkedIn. However, if LinkedIn wants to reduce sales activity on LinkedIn, do NOT sell LinkedIn Sales Navigator -- especially not the price tag you're selling it for.

It has made my life easy in terms of finding new prospects and then apart from this I get to know what is happening with my set of accounts. How much they are hiring, are they showing interest in my product, what new is happening in selected organizations?

Pros

The first and foremost thing is that it is the directory for the corporate world. Like in previous times, there was a big book of yellow pages, now the same thing is Sale Navigator but with better utilities. You can find prospects, connect with them, find a job, raise your voice, get engagement, ask for mentorship, and what not.

Cons

Sometimes the new features introduced are not easy to use. Like the recent update ask me to click multiple times for putting a filter which is time consuming.
