Pros

Mit der HUMANSTARSapp fühlen sich alle im Team besser vernetzt. Die Möglichkeit, schnell Feedback zu geben, Umfragen zu starten und Neuigkeiten zu teilen, macht die Zusammenarbeit viel dynamischer. Die App schafft eine positive Unternehmenskultur und fördert den Zusammenhalt.

Cons

Es gibt einige Funktionen, die ausgebaut werden könnten, beispielsweise eine tiefere Personalisierung. Aber das zeigt auch, dass noch Potenzial für spannende Neuerungen besteht!

Der Service ist wirklich extrem gut. Wir haben mit Dr. Setzer einen Ansprechpartner, der sich von Anfang an zuverlässig gekümmert hat. Eine Rückmeldung gibt es fast immer am selben Tag. WebEx-Schulungen konnten kurzfristig geplant und umgesetzt werden.

Pros

Die Anpassung der App auf unsere Bedürfnisse war in sehr kurzer Zeit möglich. Nach einer knappen Woche war die App einsatzbereit. Für uns als Marketing-Fachkräfte ist die Handhabung einfach und meistens intuitiv. Wie es anderen Kolleg\*innen geht, muss sich noch herausstellen. Gut gefällt mir, dass wir die Möglichkeit haben, der App mit eigenen Bildern unseren eigenen Stempel aufzudrücken. Als besonderes Feature gefällt mir der Bereich Channels, wo man beispielsweise RSS-Feeds einfügen kann. Das ist ein toller Mehrwert. Die App wird ständig erweitert und viele Zusatz-Features sind im Preis enthalten. So ist man immer auf dem neusten Stand.

Cons

Das können wir im Moment noch nicht sagen.

Unkompliziert, einfach, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, ständig weiter am optimieren vieler Funktionen,

Pros

Ziel war die interne Kommunikation an die Mitarbeiter zu optimieren, was aufgrund der Gegebenheiten über eine App laufen musste, da nur 10 % der MA´s Zugang zu einem PC / Laptop haben. Mit der App können nun Infos an die Mitarbeiter schnell u. einfach transportiert werden. Zudem lassen sich wichtige Unternehmensinfos für MA´s ablegen, z.B. Dienstpläne, Speisepläne der Kantine etc. Über den Team-Chat können Teamleiter direkten Kontakt zu Ihren Mitarbeitern pflegen und intern wichtige Themen abstimmen.

Cons

Hier wird ständig weiterentwickelt, was fehlt wird nachgeliefert

Schelle und zielgenaue Verbreitung von Information. Auf allen Ebenen

Cons

Ich hätte mir mehr Dialog untereinander und miteinander gewünscht. Dieser findet zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt gar nicht statt. Ein Grund ist. Weil immer irgendwelche Berechtigungsstufen (die sehr unübersichtlich sind) fehlen 🙁 Aber ich glaube das ist nur die halbe Wahrheit. Bei Max sind wir leider noch nicht angefangen.

Die Software ist sehr benutzerfreundlich aufgebaut und kann mit verschiedenen Tools und Feautures bespielt werden. Wir benutzen Valido als eine Mitarbeiterapp, von wo aus, wir alle Dienstpläne, Informationen, News usw. aufschalten können. Die App kann auch mit Fotos bespielt werden. Unsere Mitarbeitenden und auch alle die neu bei uns starten erfreuen sich ab der Mitarbeiterapp. Wir versenden sogar auch unsere Mitarbeiter-Quartalsbewertungen über die App. Rund um eine tolle App in die es sich zu investieren lohnt. Es ist einfach in der Handhabung, innovativ und trifft das Digitale Zeitalter.

Cons

Die Auswertung der Quartalsbewertung kann aktuell noch nicht zu 100% von uns übernommen werden, haben jedoch ein tolles Support Team, welches schnell reagiert und unterstützt. Sie arbeiten bereits daran, dass dies ein Selbstläufer werden kann.

Wir nutzen den Chat als Ersatz für WhatsApp - DSGVO-konform! Außerdem sind die News super, um alle Mitarbeiter schnell mit relevanten Infos zu versorgen.

Cons

Wir freuen uns schon noch auf die Kalender-Funktion und Sachen wie Urlaubsantrag & Co, die in diesem Jahr noch kommen sollen.
