I also love the ability to receive videos from people. Cons I've had a handful of issues where sendspark didn't record the video and asked me to retry it which it never does. I've had to download the video and upload to vimeo and send which is a pain. " February 9, 2026 1.0 No customer support for there mistakes, and no refunds The main recordings using the web browsers had a known issue affecting users, its was within the first week of membership for a year. The support staff told me it was an issue and they updated last friday. I wish they would keep users updated prior to filming so we have a chance of saving our work. Pros If you know there is an issue with your software why would you let your users know, and let us know when the update is coming out... That way we can plan around and avoid these problems. The bottom line they wont help with refund, and I cant use the software as intended. Cons I had an issue with their chrome extension, customer service, and they dont let you know when its down. Waist your time with "support" just let people know its down. Please layout all the integrations for each tier its hidden. Awesome, fast responding customer support. Cons A slight learning curve when I first began, but as I mentioned previously the customer support is extremely responsive and helpful. I had questions and the education coordinator jumped on a zoom call with me and showed me tips and tools that were beyond what I'd imagined possible. Pros Super easy to set up and start using. I sent a test video to a client the first day I used the software and this client who had issues scheduling previously, followed the call to action, and set an appointment on my calendar. Tutorials are good and easy to follow. UI is excellent. Cons A few of the more advanced tools for personalizing and branding my videos are in submenus. These were hard to find at first. It gives you the flexibility of recording videos either from your browser via the Chrome extension or directly from Gmail or even LinkedIn which is something we use a lot in our outreach. Plus, the customizations and the ability to add a video within a video are great. Finally, I has a minor issue with the product and when I got on to their customer support, my issue was handled by Bethany, one of the co-founders and resolved almost immediately. Pros Sendspark does what a lot of similar platforms out there do. But it does it better than most and more importantly, their customer support is stellar. The customization and interaction with the most popular platforms is appreciated. It has a variety of uses from cold video outreach to onboarding and even employee communication. Cons Nothing major except I would like a bit more features on the video page so that I can use it as a landing page. Choosing the shape of my camera output was surprisingly useful depending n the video. Pros I love the ease of selection of the camera, screen, or both. It's very easy to stop a recording as well as you just click the extension icon instead of looking around for the stop button. Cons Processing the video took a few too many seconds and they don't yet have a background blur on the video. Cons Currently the inability to add a custom tracking domain but this is on their development plan and is expected to be available soon. Pros I just love what Sendspark does. It is great to be able to quickly record a video and send it to someone or record something separately and just upload it to Sendspark in a couple of clicks. Using video in your communication and marketing increases the "humanity" of what you do, it is nice when people get to see you... and Sendspark makes that something so easy to do that even a child could make it happen. In addition to its ease of use, I am a fan of the Sendspark user interface. The fact that it has a Chrome extension is very practical too because it speeds things up. Plus, there is the sharability feature. Whether it's on social media or an animated thumbnail embedded in a video, Sendspark gives users plenty of different ways to share their video creations. And the web page is a nice thing to have too. I like that, for each video, Sendspark creates a mini web page that you can customize and even add a button to. That's very powerful because you can link the button to something specific and then mention the call to action in your video. Cons If I had to mention something I don't like that much about Sendspark is the fact that the web pages can only partly be customized. You can send happy clients a link and they'll be taken to a page where they can record a video testimonial without having to download or set up anything. Super easy! NOTE: Another way I used this feature is to screen job applicants. Cons I'd love a desktop app so I don't need to use the Chrome browser. Pros The interface is very intuitive, and creating a video is super easy (even for a novice). Love how clean the video playback page is with a customizable logo at the top and a CTA button below. I also like that there's a Chrome extension, which makes me more likely to record a video on the fly. Cons It's still in the early stages, so I feel the core features currently offered can be fleshed out a lot more.
