It's easy to use. Simply select record, select what you want to video, record your video, and share.

Pros

Easy to learn and easy to get up and running, this is a great tool

Cons

initially, the video looks a bit blurry, but that was quickly rectified.

Personalizes the communication. I can scale it and build better relations with customers.

Cons

I'm yet to figure limitations. The product is young. As long as the product keeps improving and they keep launching new functionality once a month - the product will go further. If they don't - it can easily be wiped out of the market

Solid product, easy to use, does what it says it will do.

Cons

UI could be cleaner, a little cluttered which made it a bit confusing to learn. But once you get the hang of it everything was fine.
