### "Intuitive and Multi-User Friendly!"

June 22, 2021

4.0

The amount of notes and pertinent information that I can have ready at hand is better than other programs I have used. I find it especially helpful when working on a case with another prosecutor.

Pros

I like the ability to have multiple cases, even across different users from the office. The layout is easy to read and rearrange. Set-up is intuitive. I also find that the cloud component is especially helpful when working on a case in the office, and at home, and anywhere. It also helps when working with a co-worker.

Cons

I would prefer the ability to specifically rearrange jurors so that I could mimic the seating chart that the Court uses during voir dire. It would be nice to look at the layout and see what is physically in front of me. Additionally, there are jurors that are not selected and show up in the jury pool for a subsequent case, so it would be nice if there were an easier way to simply replicate my notes for a particular juror and bring it over for a new case.

You now can customize your jury box layout so it looks like the seating arrangement in your courtroom in both the web and iPad apps.

### "Game Changer"

July 19, 2021

5.0

Pros

I practice criminal defense. I consider myself a bit of a techy and can’t believe I didn’t think of something like this before. I feel honored that I was consulted during the development process of this software and the majority, if not all, of my ideas, possibly like others, were incorporated into the software. I’ve used this program for several trials now and it is a game changer. I love that you can access the program through several platforms, and it works on and offline. During my last trial, two of us were inputting data almost simultaneously and the program worked seamlessly. It was nice carrying just my laptop or iPad when meeting with the judge at sidebar to discuss challenges for cause. The process of moving juror information around is so easy and flawless. I looked over at the Deputy District Attorney several times and felt guilty as I watched her struggle with her post it notes on a folder, with post it notes falling off a few times. I remembered and didn’t miss those old school days, lol. This program is feature rich and at this point I can’t think of anything that hasn’t been addressed to make the prorgram user friendly and efficient. The annual subscription price is reasonable and worth it if even if you only have one or two trials a year.

Cons

I have not found any features I did not like. The developers are open to input to improve the software and keep it state-of-the-art.

### "Good but with issues"

June 22, 2021

4.0

Pros

The setup process was very easy. Taking notes for every juror was intuitive.

Cons

You need to be connected to the internet. Even though the iPad app says it can work offline, it tries to upload or refresh every few minutes. If not connected to the internet, this constant refreshing results in loss of data. This happened to me numerous times, causing my peremptory challenges count to be in error, and I lost some information I had typed for jurors.

If you would like to avoid syncing with the Cloud, it is best to go into airplane mode, and the app will continue to work completely offline.

### "Best Jury Selection App available"

June 21, 2021

5.0

I am very satisfied with Jurybox.

Pros

Jurybox is an essential jury selection tool for litigators. It takes the ease of the "sticky note" method and makes it digital. The app is very user friendly and new features are consistently implemented based on consumer suggestions. Jurybox has been very responsive to both suggestions and questions and I would highly recommend using this app. Money well spent.

Cons

Initially there were some features that were lacking, such as the highlighting function. However, that suggestion has been implemented. In addition, a feature when having co-defendant cases would be useful, and I believe that is in the works already.

### "Jurybox made me a better trial lawyer."

August 7, 2021

5.0

Pros

I used this app for the first time last week. Great product. Jurybox helped me track the selection process better than anyone else in the room. While the judge and DDA were working with sticky notes, I was syncing from laptop to tablet and earning credibility with potential jurors because I had the more reliable system. Looking forward to using it again!

Cons

No undo option, in case someone (not me) accidentally drags a potential juror into the "Hardship" Box on a successful "Cause" challenge. That attorney (again, not me...) might want a way to reverse that mistake with one click.

Thanks for your review. We actually do have an undo button on the web app to move jurors out of the dismissed area if they were dismissed by mistake or for the wrong reason. On the iPad app, you can just move the dismissed juror out of the dismissed area or into a new reason.

### "Excellent product"

June 22, 2021

5.0

Easy to learn and easy to implement in the courtroom.

Pros

I was impressed how quickly changes were updated. During the course of a 100+ member panel, we updated and made notes on the fly. I used a windows laptop and lead counsel used an Ipad with the app. Changes I made were reflected immediately on the other app.

Cons

It would be nice if there was a way to highlight individual pool members or even a clickable flag one could make a certain color. This would allow for a reminder system counsel could use for problematic or beneficial jurors.

Reason for choosing Jurybox

Jury Pad was limited to Mac OS systems

There is a way to give a thumbs up, thumbs down, question mark impression to jurors. On the web app, click the 3 dots in the corner of the juror card. On iPad, just long press the juror card. In addition, you can now highlight juror notes with different colors.

### "A very easy to use app - extremely intuitive…"

Very satisfied - I’m looking forward to the updates (new ideas based on user input over time). The developer is extremely responsive to user input.

Pros

Ease of use. Overall layout and functionality.

Cons

Initial difficulty with demographics input/analysis - very quickly resolved with excellent tech support/app update.

Reason for choosing Jurybox

Ease of use - a very “clean” and logical working environment.
