Overall: Tickmark enabled us to systematically monitor the work performed, accelerated communication between team members and made it easier to review the work performed.
Pros: Tickmark software was very easy to implement in business because the whole system was designed in such a way as to enable the user to solve given tasks in the simplest possible way. Also, it enables numerous possibilities to monitor the work done and communication between individual team members.
Cons: There are a few steps that are a little complicated to the end user and which should perhaps be simplified.

Overall: The team at Lumbrela is great, a pleasure to work with, they are constantly working to improve the product and actually ask our feedback. We have upgraded our audit projects when we started using the software. I look forward to the continuous improvements to the software.

Pros: The program is extremely easy to use. It is regularly updated with all legal changes and international audit standards. There were no problems with the implementation of Tickmark. They have great customer support. Great for audit team work, always easily available for data entry.
Cons: The merging and analysis of individual parts of the input could be improved.

Pros: This software is easy to use and is user friendly. It really helped with documenting work performed and showing the steps of how work was performed.
Cons: Formatting options can be improved to support further customization of tickmarks by the user. Further customization would make this software more applicable to different projects.
