Our school uses Edulastic for our benchmark exams and data collection and problems/issues have been minimal. Pros Incredibly helpful management tool for giving assessments and recording student data. I created my SMART goals with the help of this data management system. Cons The test bank can be confusing and limited at times. It would be helpful is Edulastic vetted this system. I can actually see right away if they are missing a concept that needs reviewing, and I can adjust and reteach in real time. Pros Edulastic is an easily implemented online teaching tool that updates data daily so you can adjust your teaching to meet each child's need. This is the part I like the most about this software. Cons What I feel could be improved is just the clarity of the page. There is a lot of data on one page and it could be streamlined. Pros I love the ability to have my assessments instantly shared with my students. They can take their assessments on their Chromebook and then submit it right back to me where it is instantly graded. I love this program because it makes taking tests very easy. Cons There isn't anything that I don't like about this program. In fact I love the single sign-on function! It's also easy to score or change the score. Cons Linking with Google Classroom is not the easiest when compared to other products. Somehow it made duplicates of tests/quizzes and I was having to click back and forth between two of them for a single class. I also wish it would allow me to score extra credit on some questions.
