I like how there's also a lot of options to search for a profile to review their ID and figure out if there's a misalignment that needs to be fixed. Cons With how I've been using it for, I can't think of anything else as it's cons aside from not being able to search for users when there is an extra space in front and end of the info you are trying to query. Multiple applications needs to login, PHP applications, mobile and SPA applications. Pros AWS Cognito is very quick and easy to set up in a basic configuration, allowing you to have a fast and reliable SSO system. with Hosted Login Page option a lot of features, like reset password, registration and email sending, form checks are fully working with just a few clicks. Cons A better error description when something goes wrong during setup. Better documentation with some use cases will be very appreciated. It has one of the lowest costs per monthly active users and the feature set is fairly good. Cons The features lack when compared to an Okta or similar commercial offerings. This includes non availability of IdP initiated SAML, multi valued attributes, SAML encryption etc. However, this is understandable as the price point is much lower.
