They advertise powerful features like "Transparency by AI" that sound great, but they’re clearly not ready for release. Every time I use this feature, my computer overheats, becomes unresponsive, and slows down. None of my other editing apps cause these issues, so I’m certain it's a Movavi-specific problem. On top of that, their response to these issues has been far from helpful. Instead of fixing these bugs, they’re constantly pushing me to buy a new product or upgrade. When I’ve already paid for a full license, I expect some level of support and updates to solve existing issues, not just a prompt to spend more. Movavi really needs to start addressing their software’s current bugs before offering “new” features and pushing new versions every year.
