Pros

Chime made it simple to open an account online with minimal verifications. All i needed was my email, phone number, date of birth, and social security number to open an account online.

Cons

I have no complaints about chime. I love their online banking experience. I can easily mobile deposite any checks into my account and pay my bills online.

My overall experience with Chime has been one of ease. They have a great mobile platform, and customer service!

Pros

That they have a great online banking system. I can see and exchange with my contacts directly from my phone, email or name.

Cons

That the other company I bank with takes a long verificatiom for transfers. This has delayed my income.

Pros

Chime is my go-to banking app it is my primary app for my banking needs I love the fact that I get paid early with it It's a very convenient app

Cons

I don't really have any problems with chime there's more Pros than cons that's for sure I guess it could be a little bit more user friendly that's the only Con I can think of

I love chime! I love the early pay, the credit builder and even the spot me option is super helpful and you can get boosts from your friends that have chime as well. So all around its an awesome banking app!!!

Cons

Nothing i can say bad about chime its got everything and more for a banking app

Chimes great, they link to most my other accounts with no problems or hassle if I want , the spot me feature gives a sizable payday advance. Credit builder cards, savings and checking, mobile, it’s the jack of all finance cards.

Pros

It’s rare that a business or institution or a private transaction will decline chime as a payment method

Cons

Speaking to a real person through customer support can be a challenge

I have nothing but good praises to chime my favorite banking app. They help with ally financial needs

Pros

I like the most is they spot you even if you don't have direct deposit, it's only $5 but it helps when you really need it.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of anything they do that's bad or I dislike. Maybe the fact that you have a$25 limit to transfer some times.

Overall chime is great if you need a side account to move money through, looking to build your credit score. You can also receive your paycheck early after a certain amount of money has been deposited. Unfortunately the response of customer service is a big thing for me and that’s honestly why I decided to close my accounts

The flexibility of moving money between accounts

Cons

Customer service was very frustrating when it came to solving issues with my accounts

Pros

I like chime because at the time i didn’t have an open account at a local bank. I could use it for sending and receiving money.

Cons

I dont have anything bad to say about Chime. I was able to set up the account with ease and was able to receive money.

Horrible!!!!! Not worth it, doesn’t help credit score. Does more damage and reports false statements to credit bureau

Nothing!!! Opening chime dropped my credit score by 60 points. This is not a credit builder

Pros

Chime has A LOT to like, it's easy and convenient banking right on your phone, you get a checking and a savings account with no monthly fees, but what I did like most was the chime credit builder card, it actually brought my credit score up.

Cons

There isn't really anything about chime I don't like.

I love chime because a few years ago i had horrible credit and because of there credit builder card i was able to rise my credit to over 700 in just a matter of like 6months. They are absolutely amazing.

Chime has been absolutely wonderful for everyday online banking, budgeting, bill paying, and for building my credit with the credit building card. Every feature is carefully thought out, and they ensured that execution of tasks is easy on consumers.

Pros

Chime is super easy to use! Using my debit card, viewing transactions, and transferring money is all speedy and easy. They even have an option to get a credit building credit card for those needing to boost their credit score.

Cons

I have zero complaints. The team at Chime really thought of every last thing I could want or need, and they make it a seamless experience.

I love the app overall, it’s a great way to manage your checking & savings while also building your credit, it’s a great & affordable way to control & oversee finances into great credit health

Pros

I love the colors the app chose for the app, I love how I can see when & what time my direct deposit hits the account & I live the overdraft protection on it, I was able to overdraft $100 on debit card and get upgraded to a chime credit card as well that has a metal green metallic feature

Cons

I don’t like how my direct deposit came at night time sometimes but it did come 2 days earlier so that works

I have used Chime for a long time time. It is a legit app and easy to use and keep track of my expenses. It's great to use to make payments and to get paid.

Great & safe mobile/online banking that offers peace of mind & easy functions. A little lagging on notifications but nothing to bad

Pros

It's pretty easy to use & everyone is approved for an account (within the accepted age range). It's credit builder is free & simplistic as are all it's features. Fees aren't exactly hidden but not really posted any where you'd expect to see but even so, most fees are small. Even the mobile check cashing isn't to bad

Cons

Customer service. It's the worst. IF you can reach someone, they act as if they're just as clueless & try to over talk to confuse you until your fed up & say nevermind.

My overall experience was amazing and I'm still having chime to this day and I will continue to be use it

Pros

I really like everything about chime I liked that it all the extra add on security and that the app is monitored 24/7 and that everything you've done on the account stays nothing disappears

Cons

So wait there is something sometimes randomly it logs you out where you have to sign back in without using your fingerprint that's kinda annoying a little bit.
