Pros

The ease and integration of the credit builder checking and saving and external accounts also spot me feature is extremely easy and seemless and extremely useful

Cons

I honestly have no definitive cons I've experienced using chime I absolutely love this software

I've been using chime for about 4 almost 5 years and it's been great they are quick with responses if you need support and I never have issues with it, they contribute a nice overdraft if needed! I just really like chime they are good! Free, and easy to use and understand!

Pros

Chime is easy and free to use, you can put money in savings or keep it in checking, you can have a certain percentage come out of your check and go directly into your savings, if you send money to a friend or if a friend sends money to you it's avaliable right away. You can get paid up to 2 days early with chime and they have cool bonuses if you get a friend to sign up! Chime support is also very good and understanding when you go to them if you have any issues!

Cons

I have no cons for this product, I don't see anything wrong with it.

Pros

I love the ease in which I can see payments as well as the spot me action where I can overdraft up to 90 dollars when I need it.

Cons

I don’t have any cons to the app other than maintenance when the app shuts down and sometimes transactions don’t go thru.

I love everything except the overdraft part but other than that I love the authenticity of it and how my money is supposed to be ran.

Pros

I like the authentication of the app I can easily use my fingerprint to login instead of the password. Overall I love how it lets me know through notifications that my money is on the way.

Cons

I hate the overdraft part of it we can receive it but not use it or take it out.

### "Notifications Not Working/Customer Service Poor"

I like the ease of use; however, if I don't get fund notifications and difficult accessing the the funds and customer service won't help, I can't keep using this service

Pros

Ease of use and mobile access. When it worked, it was great.

Cons

There are problems with the payment notifications and funds showing in the receiver's account. Customer service is of no help, they don't know why it isn't working correctly and keep saying I'm doing something wrong even though I'm doing things the way I always have and it worked for the last 2 years. They won't help me troubleshoot and determine why it is not longer working. They seemed to be trained to say certain things but have no critical thinking skills to help customers solve a problem.

Pros

I love everything about chime. They have everything you need. Transaction history, cash management, savings, real time where you are able to see exactly how much you have and have spent. It’s easy and convenient. I love chime!

Cons

I don’t have any complaints. This banking app is great, and I will most definitely keep using!

Overall I highly recommend chime for the No fees and extra perks that come with your account.

Pros

Where do I start. Totally free checking. If you have direct deposit you receive pay 2 days faster. Also have a “line of credit” that if you have $5.00 in your account and spend $25, transaction will go through and your next pay, that $20 will automatically come out, with no fees. You also get 4 boosters a month, where you can boost someone line of credit $5 extra a month and vice versa.

Cons

What I like lease is the customer service. Really no one to call for minor issues. It’s all done through chat. And sometime takes days for reaponse.

Cons

Once in a while I couldn't get into my Chime account easily when I had a small issue like a number change or new device and no phone available.

Overall poor experience. It was the opposite of user-friendly. I'm very tech-savvy and no stranger to setting up things like this. The difficulty of use was what led to me closing it.

Pros

I'm a fan of online banking and was previously a Simple customer. I tried Chime since Simple was closed (bought).

Cons

I could not get money transferred into the account because of the name that was on my other bank account. When they returned the money that was deposited from another bank ($3,000). They told me it was out of their hands since it had been returned. This was over 7 business days. I did not get to experience any other features of this bank because it would not accept transfers from my other bank account and after getting $3,000 tied up once I decided to close my account instead of continue to go back and forth with it.

Chime has allowed me to use banking again. It has truly reinvented banking!

Pros

This product was very easy to use! It’s pretty much flawless. The SpotMe feature is awesome, also. It allows the user to over draft, and repay when the user gets the next deposit. Very convenient and easy to transfer money. The credit builder feature is the best. Build your credit along the way! My credit has increased over 100 points in the past year!

Cons

The only con I can think of, is once you lose the credit builder card, there’s no option to order a new one.
