I only used for a short time u til I lost access to the app and.info can't get a hold of customer service

Pros

Easy online app to use, easy to send money to friends

Cons

If you loose access to your account then it's very difficult to get in touch with customer service

Love Chime! I am usually very skeptical of bank companies and have found chime very professional, reliable and trustworthy.

Pros

Easy Money transfers and trustworthy online bank institution.

Cons

I have not found any cons, thus far since opening a chime acct.

I'm so glad I bank with Chime! They are the most straightforward bank I've dely with!

Pros

I love that there are NO FEES! That says alot considering my last bank charged $35 when I didn't have enough for a direct debit. It's so easy anyone can understand!!

Cons

My only problem is when they are down for maintenance, I can't unlock my card. I've been stuck out a couple of time due to this.
