J'aime beaucoup utiliser la facturation, je trouve que le tout envoie un document professionnel à nos clients

Cons

Nous n'arrivons pas à utiliser au maximum l'agenda. Mais je comprends que nous avons plusieurs particularités à répondre et Plannit n'est pas fait pour cela.

Outil facile et bien monter pour facturation, soumission. De notre coté il faudrait ajouter crédit et offre de services

contacts clients/soumission/factures tous au même endroit avec consultation facile en archive

L'agenda pour ma part est moins pratique puisque mes dispos sont en conflit avec mon associé, code de couleurs pour différents plages horaire/catégories ne sont pas disponible je crois. Bref je ne l'utilise pas assez et j,aimerais le faire

Gagner du temps en ce qui concerne les tâches de gestion. Professionnalisme de nos communications avec les clients. Dispatch des employés sur les ''jobs'' Factures et Paiements faciles et efficaces

Pros

Tout d'abord, le professionnalisme déployé par le système donne une crédibilité de plus à notre entreprise. Le service à la clientèle danse avec la perfection. C'est même surprenant de voir à quel point l'équipe est dédiée et que jamais vous ne vous casserez la tête. Ils ont une solution pour tout. Pour ce qui est de l'agenda et le processus des ''jobs'' à effectuer, tout est très clair et ''user friendly''. Tout se fait à l'intérieur de quelques clics, autant pour nous que du côté du client. Les factures et paiments nous prenaient beaucoup trop de temps avant Plannit, maintenant je prends moins de 30 minutes par semaine pour les factures et paiements. La communication avec les clients est fait à même le logiciel, tout est centralisé. Et le dernier point fort est vraiment les rapports. Plusieurs fonctions disponibles et rapides à produire. Serieusement, Plannit est un coup de coeur. Très heureux d'avoir pris la décision d'aller de l'avant.

Cons

Il n'y a pas eu de négatif, car à chaque fois que j'avais une question ou un problème, il était réglé le lendemain matin. C'est ce qui fait la force de Plannit. Leur flexibilité et leur communication est un leur point fort !

Les factures sont envoyés plus rapidement Nous savons quel technicien est sur quel appel Nous avons des suivis des bons de travail imprimés

\-Les clients reçoivent leur facture dès que le technicien part de chez-lui. La facturation se fait donc beaucoup plus rapidement. -Les techniciens sur la route utilisent plannit, cela nous facilite beaucoup de facturation. -Les bon de travails restent dans le système des années. Cela nous permet donc de retrouver les anciens bons de travail attribué aux cleint tres rapidement et de n'importe quel bureau ,au lieu de chercher dans nos archives.

We have recently implemented changes to our invoicing email templates to increase deliverability. That being said, there are several factors that can affect email delivery. Les informations sont plus faciles d'accès pour nos techniciens sur la route et accessible en tout temps. On aimerait que ce soit plus facile de copier une route d'un mois à un autre exemple: 12 clients mensuels que nous facturons au même montant chaque mois sur une période d'un an. Nous aimerions que les factures sois copier sans que le technicien suive et sans devoir rentrer les clients individuellements.

Facilité d'utilisation des itinéraires paiement de factures simple pour l'administration interface simple et complète accès facile à l'informations sur une même page

Cons

difficulté pour les usagés de trouver la facture par l'option courriel/communiquez avec nous certains clients (surtout en Mars/Avril) avaient de la difficulté à effectuer les paiements par carte de crédit (erreur\_)

Le service à la clientèle super et la rapidité de réponse.

Nous sommes vraiment heureux d'avoir misé sur Plannit. Tout le processus de suivi du client est amélioré.

Pros

Amélioration de la gestion entre nos équipes sur la route et l'administration. Accès direct sur les tablettes de nos contremaîtres avec tout les détails pertinents du clients et des travaux à effectuer. Fini les documents papier.

Cons

Ce qui est bien c'est que Plannit s'ajuste à nos besoins, nous avons constaté une grande ouverture de la part des gestionnaire
