Customer service support has been excellent. Pros The fact that this is saved in the cloud and therefore a little less stress on myself to have a local backup of the system. Cons Compared to our prior timeclocks with Icon Time, not as flexible when a fingerprint doesn't go through, as the old system we had, you could bypass the fingerprint and at least have a picture taken to verify identify. This does not. WorkforceHub offered better mobile accessibility for our field technicians and simplified the time tracking process during emergency network outages when our team needs to respond quickly without worrying about complex time entry procedures. I think it could be less steps when entering employee information than it is but for the most part we do like the system. Pros Option for employees to see their time card and request PTO time Cons Unpaid PTO time is the default so we have a lot of employees making errors. Another dislike is while in the system working it keeps asking if I want to keep this session. It is like the system doesn't recognize movement within the software. If you don't select to keep it active you have to log in again. That is frustrating when working on a timely action.
