I found this software very easy to use and made onboarding so easy as I was able to add employees easily.

Cons

WorkforceHub does not have a good customer service helpline, they take too long to respond.

In general, I've heard fewer issues so it would seem that things are going much better that I'm aware.

Pros

The fact that this is saved in the cloud and therefore a little less stress on myself to have a local backup of the system.

Cons

Compared to our prior timeclocks with Icon Time, not as flexible when a fingerprint doesn't go through, as the old system we had, you could bypass the fingerprint and at least have a picture taken to verify identify. This does not.

### "Hard to work with - don't recommend"

very confusing and aggravating, I would not recommend this

Pros

It did the job to allow me to access email from another company, but that was it

Cons

almost everything. it was very hard to connect to. It kept saying my computer had issues and would run me into circles when trying to log in. It acted as if I needed to download something but when I did, didn't seem to recognize that step was completed

### "HR, Onboarding and Time-Tracking. All-in-one!"

WorkforceHub has been our solution to HR, Time-tracking and onboarding for a couple of years now. I don't see us moving away from it anytime soon

Pros

The multi-function capability of the platform is very useful. From HR to onboarding to time-tracking and time off requests and even team member check in

Cons

Some integration issues with Quickbooks but it isn't a huge issue. Usually easily fixed

It’s the not the best, needs help with updates.

Pros

When team gets work, they can accept, easy.

Cons

When doing changes in the app for employees to accept the new changes it’s harder.

### "Accommodates Our Needs"

Overall experience has been god using this system. I would enjoy it more if it had a more modern look. Providing a face lift to the pages and easier navigation while using. It tends to be a learning curve when working with our new employees.

Pros

What I like about WorkforceHub is that our managers are able to prepopulate workers schedules and change them as needed. We are also able to view time off and where coverage is needed in one location. For our employee they are able to adjust hours, make time off request, and view PTO balances for more effective request.

Cons

I am not in favor of the system not displaying what hours will be allotted during the next cycle. For our organization, pto accruals occur every pay cycle. It would be nice to either see what the new balance will be with added time or what the balance will look like if time was taken.

Pros

What I like the most about WorkforceHub is that it’s a solid workforce management tool with great features like time tracking, scheduling, and HR management.

Cons

One of the things I like least about WorkforceHub is it's user interface. It's user interface is sort of outdated and not as intuitive as other options.

I love the fact that I can easily integrate with payroll software and track employee hours plus it's mobile friendly.

Implementation process takes too long which it creates clients disappointment and often changing their mind to not move forward.

The system can lag when multiple users log in, and the design feels a bit outdated compared to modern platforms. That also makes the learning curve a little bit higher.

So far it is ok but things are still confusing for us and still trying to work out the kinks.

Pros

That is it has PTO and time tracking in one system vs using multiple systems

Cons

1) That we are not able to have a free admin accounts for multiple admins. 2) The training would be more applicable if we were able to access the system and trial things during the instruction; it was very confusing trying to set things up on our own after. 3) Steps to download and send to accounting is confusing and we thought it would be easy since our accoutant has accountants world but did not work since we were not able to access and change information (addresses, etc). 4) Wish things were more visually appealing and employee time tracking and time off were in one area instead of seperate places; as well as a different place to make additions to PTO etc.

So that we could have tracking all in one system rather than having two. We also thought that it would be more compatible for our accountants to access, but because they had different information in their system, it kept changing ours and did not work for us. With 3 owners, it was not able to allow us access unless we were viewed as "terminated" in the system otherwise it would charge use for each user and ultimately we had to remove it.

### "Great for differentials, but not much else"

There was a lot promised and very little provided. It's not my favorite software. But, they have the one thing that makes my life easier, and that's differential pay. It also integrates with Gusto, which is helpful.

Pros

The ability to track multiple differentials for different types of shifts. It's the number one reason we went with this software.

Cons

It's difficult to use, the team can't see the schedule, we can't enter PTO for employees (we can enter the hours but it doesn't show on the schedule when we do), we can't show someone as a "sick callout" and the Absent status is nearly impossible to find.

It has been a smooth and easy transition for use. The training on using the system was great.

Pros

It seems pretty easy and streamlined. Very straight forward

I don't see any thing that wasn't a creation error. so no complaints

Overall, WorkforceHub is very easy to use once you get a feel for the system. The app is the best we have ever used. Support is fast and easy to contact.

Pros

Being able to set schedules for employees.

Cons

Not being able to add mileage until the employee clocks out.

So far great! I enjoy the ability to make changes and not always rely on a third party's team to update quick employee changes.

Pros

I like having the ability to run various reports. Other Payroll platforms gave me limited types of reports I can run and that makes it harder for a business owner to truly analyze all aspects of their team's cost.

Cons

There is a learning curve and it takes time to know where to find reports as well as how to read some of the reports. Although WorkforceHub has a good team to help address my questions in a timely manner.

Ok. It does its job for the most part. Except when people get locked out or clock out, but it doesn't show up.

Pros

It has an app that can be used from wherever. Editing profiles is pretty easy.

Cons

People's punches don't always get taken, the app goes black for hours sometimes, a lot of people get locked out frequently and I have to send a password reset email. It does not have geo fence capability for clocking in and out within certain distance of the office. The way the notes appear on the timesheet can be confusing because there is not bold separation between days.

### "Budget Friendly Time clock system"

I like it, it fits the company's budget. The start up was fairly easy.

Pros

Mostly user friendly, easy to explain to employees.

Cons

Difficult to get tech support or directions that are easy to understand. Directions should be written in a manner as if the reader has no technical knowledge.

My on boarding was not the most competent start. I felt like we were figuring it out together rather than shown how it works. I had questions a few months after onboarding and received no response. Overall it does exactly what they say it will do! There were no broken promises or misleading sales tactics. Product is easy to use and we have not experienced any technical issues. Great time tracking system

Straight forward and easy to use. Meets the needs we were looking for to track time.

Cons

Finding my billing/payment location was not easy.
