I have found that Workforce Hub has been very user friendly and customer support has been very helpful.

Cons

Although customer support is helpful, there are times we have to wait too long, especially when needing something answered right away.

As a whole we have had a good experience with the WorkforceHub.

Pros

Ease of use for staff and managers. Correction of mistakes, adding missed punches are easy for managers to fix. The note feature lets staff notify managers what the error is and what it should be.

Cons

Correcting vacation/paid time off once it has been approved. We had thought this was something that could be done directly on the time sheet but you have to go back and deny the original request and have staff request the corrected amount. We found it easier to just adjust the balance and hand write the correction on the timesheet. We do not do the auto upload as we allocate time to various departments.

Their team has been most helpful in getting us started and supporting us while using the program.

Pros

The ease of use, how it syncs with our payroll company, the easy to use reports, and date tracking for accounting purposes. We use it for onboarding new staff, time sheets and scheduling.

Cons

I have not found anything negative about this program.

Ok. It does its job for the most part. Except when people get locked out or clock out, but it doesn't show up.

Pros

It has an app that can be used from wherever. Editing profiles is pretty easy.

Cons

People's punches don't always get taken, the app goes black for hours sometimes, a lot of people get locked out frequently and I have to send a password reset email. It does not have geo fence capability for clocking in and out within certain distance of the office. The way the notes appear on the timesheet can be confusing because there is not bold separation between days.

Time and schedule option Ideal for small business. You can easily track on all progress regarding individual employees.

Cons

In earlier stages only current need address. You have go on deep to get fully access of the all characteristic of the app.

Easy to navigate as admin. Development issues and slow rollouts of functions that are available on lesser product versions without issue.

Pros

The ability to use "Timeclock Day View", the view we had access to using SwipeClock.

Cons

Inconsistency in program functions and consistently needing to submit help desk tickets after being in the program for over a year.

I'm still not really clear who I contact and for what purpose. I contact the same person and then get directed. I feel badly bugging them. I just don't recall what issues go to whom.

Pros

I like that it seems mostly easy to use from a supervisor standpoint. It is VERY easy for an employee standpoint. I just wish it was easier to get something accomplished, added, or answers to questions.

Cons

I wish it was easier to get something accomplished, added, or answers to questions. Also seems like a fight to search for answer on my own. Nobody to really help me with set up. Everyone passing it off.

So far great! I enjoy the ability to make changes and not always rely on a third party's team to update quick employee changes.

Pros

I like having the ability to run various reports. Other Payroll platforms gave me limited types of reports I can run and that makes it harder for a business owner to truly analyze all aspects of their team's cost.

Cons

There is a learning curve and it takes time to know where to find reports as well as how to read some of the reports. Although WorkforceHub has a good team to help address my questions in a timely manner.

Pros

Mostly user friendly, easy to explain to employees.

Cons

Difficult to get tech support or directions that are easy to understand. Directions should be written in a manner as if the reader has no technical knowledge.

It has been a nice program to use. It was an adjustment for everyone in the beginning, but it has worked out nicely for what we were looking for.

Pros

Employees clocking in and not having to use paper timecards and to see their vacation/PTO hours they have remaining to use. Also, the support team is so helpful and very good about getting any issues resolved. I appreciate that for sure!!

Cons

It can be spotty at times depending on the location when employees try to clock in or out and it won't let them.

### "Why did I wait so long to switch to Workforce Hub?"

I wish I had done it 10 years earlier. It is very hard to stop the daily required work long enough to research a better option, so I stayed with our old program way longer than I would have liked.

Pros

Very easy to use for the employees and mostly for me.

Cons

I have to really focus to figure out the reports when I need them. The process of getting a custom report done for our regular payroll export has even taken almost a year because where I do payroll every two weeks, I don't think to check and see where the process stands in between. But, it is finally correct (as of this week) and if we can ever get our accruals corrected, I will only have incidental issues to fight through.

overall the experience has been positive. It makes timekeeping easier for our practice.

Pros

I like that my staff can request time off and keep track of their PTO time. They also like the app to see the calendar when out of office.

Cons

The PTO time is a pain to change or withdrawal after the date has passed or if you request multiples days and only need to take 1 day away.
