### "Why did I wait so long to switch to Workforce Hub?"

I wish I had done it 10 years earlier. It is very hard to stop the daily required work long enough to research a better option, so I stayed with our old program way longer than I would have liked.

Pros

Very easy to use for the employees and mostly for me.

Cons

I have to really focus to figure out the reports when I need them. The process of getting a custom report done for our regular payroll export has even taken almost a year because where I do payroll every two weeks, I don't think to check and see where the process stands in between. But, it is finally correct (as of this week) and if we can ever get our accruals corrected, I will only have incidental issues to fight through.

My on boarding was not the most competent start. I felt like we were figuring it out together rather than shown how it works. I had questions a few months after onboarding and received no response. Overall it does exactly what they say it will do! There were no broken promises or misleading sales tactics. Product is easy to use and we have not experienced any technical issues. Great time tracking system

Pros

Straight forward and easy to use. Meets the needs we were looking for to track time.

Cons

Finding my billing/payment location was not easy.

### "Positive Experience with Workforcehub"

overall the experience has been positive. It makes timekeeping easier for our practice.

Pros

I like that my staff can request time off and keep track of their PTO time. They also like the app to see the calendar when out of office.

Cons

The PTO time is a pain to change or withdrawal after the date has passed or if you request multiples days and only need to take 1 day away.

My overall experience is a wonderful experience. WorkForceHub is easy to use and easy to navigate. Their staff is very helpful as well.

Pros

Being able to set schedules for employees.

Cons

Not being able to add mileage until the employee clocks out.

Unless I am mistaken, I don't recall a group messaging platform within the app

Was a little difficult getting started, but we have been able to resolve most issues without a lot of trouble.

Pros

The ability to quickly retrieve hours for a certain job and the ease of collecting hours for payroll.

Cons

We cannot see the job number at the badge swipe clock

I feel like I was promised a lot of things when we first began our process. It took almost 6 months to get the script written for what we really needed and how we needed it to work. Once we had the script squared away, it has been wonderful. Also, \[sensitive content hidden\] was excellent at training.

Pros

I like the ease of it. It seems to be pretty user friendly.

Cons

I cannot change someone's sick time if it is over 1,000 hours. I have to contact someone to change a lot of things.

### "Not Made for Seasonal Companies"

Pros

I loved what the product was supposed to be. In reality, it is nothing like what was promised.

Cons

Terrible product. The salesman assured us this product would work well for a seasonal company that rehires the same employees each year. After several months of struggling and speaking to many different people about our issues, we were told that this system is not capable of rehiring people without a "Simple 23 step process". Nothing is user friendly, support is a joke. They are either completely unsure what we are talking about or they are rude. Nobody is helpful. Super disappointed.

WorkforceHub is easy to use and very economical for our practice.

Pros

I love the time clock feature. Employees are able keep track of their time and total hours worked during a pay period.

Cons

I wish the employees could have a photo of themselves on their profile.

Implementing the software was easy, mostly because the customer service was so good they did nearly everything for us.

Pros

The HR features are great. The best part is the customer support, it's reassuring to have a CPA firm available for questions and assurances that everything is set up correctly. The integration between the HR side and the payroll side works well.

Cons

No real cons. We like pretty much everything.

Reason for choosing WorkforceHub

The customer service. It was not the cheapest, but it was not the most expensive either.
