They really make sure that you understand what you are doing and they make sure to get back to you. Pros I loved how easy it was to use, and the training was so amazing, customer support is always there when you need them! Cons I do not know if I have any cons, everything went so smooth ! This scheduling app was so easy not sure I could come up with con. Pros It's user-friendly, the ease a sending a message to all staff, the ability to flag a shift when needed. Cons That it doesn't communicate with ADP which would make the user experience easier to navigate when requesting off. I like being able to record absences. Staff can easily request to pick up shifts. Pros I like how user friendly Easy Shifts is. Staff enjoy the accessibility of being able to request shifts. Pros The user-friendly website and app for staff and administration. All staff who are tech savvy or not have no issues with the app. Cons That the app does not allow administration connection. Lacks a decent mobile app interface. Pros Ease of use and ease of tabulating hours of work. Pretty intuitive for the employees and managers. I would recommend this product. Cons Lack of ability to remotely clock in. My job requires me, to be able to clock in and out, wherever I am. The phone interface does not allow me to access the icons at the top of the screen. It is always hard to start using a new system but this sytem if you take a little time to check out all the features it helps alot Pros I think it is easy to use and staff seem to like the fact they can put shifts up for grabs and even pick up shifts right from the site Cons The only thing negative to say is that it did take some time to get used to. Nobody needs a headache when making a schedule. Pros When I was first introduced to easy shifts, I wasn't so sure about how easy it was until I started using the program. Creating schedules couldn't be any easier. I absolutely love the program now. Cons Once you have created the week to make a change you such as a day off request. It is easy for emplyoees to see the open shifts and pick them up. Managers and schedulers can view and edit the schedule for their cell phones, and employees have the most updated version on their schedule on demand. Pros Mobile access to a live schedule. All employees have access to view open shifts, the schedule, and can trade their own shifts. As a scheduler, the ability to enter a template and automatically enter time off requests is efficient. Customer service is great, especially when it came to entering our original templates. Cons Cannot view an entire pay period or month when creating the schedule. Employees cannot see other employees vacation requests- which has made us have a separate vacation request calendar for our department. The employees also enjoy the power to control their options of picking up open shifts because they can see them on their own. Pros I like the live changes to keep everyone updated at once. I also like the bulk scheduling option. Cons The mobile version and how the screen freezes when scrolling and trying to view the schedule on a small screen. Always have to go back a page/screen and reenter the schedule view. Reason for choosing EasyShifts seemed like the best fit for our company. Cons My only suggestion would be to add more function to the app. Right now users can only see their individual schedule via the app - to view the entire facility schedule they have to use the website. Viewing the entire schedule helps with trading shifts to ensure coverage. Pros The ease of use with this system, it is a very user friendly system. This makes things easier for myself and team as we didnt need a lot of extra time to learn how to use this system. Cons The only con we have found is the intergration with Eldermark, havign to upload a report each week to see how our staffing percentage looks just adds one more thing to our plate, would be nice if EasyShifts and Eldermark intergrated automatically. Also, like that it is available 24x7 on line and via mobile app. Cons It's been a huge culture shift to move from a paper schedule to a dynamic on-line schedule. Pros Staff love access to their schedule and to have the ability to change their schedule when needed. Easyshifts has made it easier to put the schedule out for a longer period so employees have more notice so they can schedule personal appointments and events. We also have an electronic tracking of all changes made by employees or the scheduler. Cons I wish I could force notices to certain groups and not all employees.
