The pricing was very attractive, the support team quickly resolved minor technical issues, and despite an initially demanding setup, the system proved easy to use in practice. Pros We had a very good experience with the Fair Votes system. The solution worked reliably and met all our expectations. The pricing is extremely competitive, and we truly feel that we received excellent value for money. The voting results, analysis, and the final report were all very well prepared and delivered to a high standard. During the process, we encountered a few minor technical issues, but the support team was responsive, helpful, and quickly found suitable solutions. It is true that some initial setup and preparation are required on the client side. At first, this can seem a bit challenging, but once you get used to the system, it turns out to be quite manageable. Based on our positive experience, we plan to use their electronic voting product again in 2026 and would confidently recommend it.
