I liked most the user-friendly app, quick response and the possibility to use it in a short time frame.

Cons

In some cases the involved voters did not get the link for the voting. Can make some voters the feeling of being left out.

Our overall experience with the Fair Votes system was very positive, as it worked reliably and provided clear voting results, thorough analysis, and a well-prepared final report. The pricing was very attractive, the support team quickly resolved minor technical issues, and despite an initially demanding setup, the system proved easy to use in practice.

Pros

We had a very good experience with the Fair Votes system. The solution worked reliably and met all our expectations. The pricing is extremely competitive, and we truly feel that we received excellent value for money. The voting results, analysis, and the final report were all very well prepared and delivered to a high standard. During the process, we encountered a few minor technical issues, but the support team was responsive, helpful, and quickly found suitable solutions. It is true that some initial setup and preparation are required on the client side. At first, this can seem a bit challenging, but once you get used to the system, it turns out to be quite manageable. Based on our positive experience, we plan to use their electronic voting product again in 2026 and would confidently recommend it.

Cons

The Fair Votes system offers excellent value for money, delivering reliable electronic voting with clear results, detailed analysis, and a professional final report. Whenever we encountered technical issues, the support team was responsive and effective in finding solutions. Although the setup requires some independent work, the system is ultimately easy to use and efficient once understood.

Very easy to use and manage. They offer a very good customer service to help you with everything you need

Cons

This type of product seems to be a bit expensive, compared to other alternatives (Google Forms or Microsoft Forms), but the price is worth it for the security and transparency of the voting process.

First of all, the customer service is outstanding. We were guided through the set up process by capable employees, that always had all the answers to our questions. We used Fairvotes for our more complex events, often attended by more than 200 peoples and everything went extremely smoothy. We do regret that we didn't implement it earlier!

Pros

FairVotes is truly a great tool because it is so easy, quick, and efficient. It is a great technology for multiple purposes, such as events and presentations. We do use it for party congresses and special events. With FairVotes we collected instant, actionable insights that have helped us make better decisions faster. The software is easy to use and integrates seamlessly into our protocols. Their customer service is fantastic as well as they solved any issues in a speedy amount of time.

Cons

Really not too much to say here. The only improvement we can imagine is that the software could be extended to SMS messages.

We regularly use FairVotes for the elections - it is a great help and excellent tool. From when we use the software, the times for the process have shortened from cca. 2 hours to not more than 10-15 minutes. We can print or save everything, so in case of need we have the whole process documented.

Up to now, no negative issue or experience.

Pros

This product is very easy to use for both editors and users.

Cons

It would be useful if editors could edit voting till voting starts. It happens that they want to change someting, but they can't because the voting was allready confirm, but it isn't started yet.
