Bei Problemen oder Wünschen wird sehr schnell auf Feedback reagiert. Für Fragen oder Verbesserungen wird sich immer Zeit genommen. Auch ansonsten kommt das Tool bei uns im Unternehmen sehr gut an, da es einfach zu bedienen und übersichtlich ist. Pros Die Übersichtlichkeit und Einfachheit sich durch das Tool zu navigieren. So werden keine wichtigen Fragen beim Eintrag einer Verarbeitungstätigkeit übersehen. Praktisch sind auch die vielen Dropdown-menüs, die dazu beitragen, dass die Arbeit schneller erledigt werden kann. Cons Die Maßnahmen bzw. technisch organisatorischen Maßnahmen. Vor allem der neue Prozess, dass man in der Verarbeitungstätigkeit die Maßnahme zunächst duplizieren muss, damit man sie prozessspezifisch bearbeiten kann, hat sich bisher leider eher als unpraktisch erwiesen. Oftmals kommt es vor, das dann versehentlich eine bestehende Maßnahme bearbeitet wird und dadurch das Template überschrieben wird. Ich denke, dass dieses Vorgehen super geeignet ist, wenn nur wenige Leute das Tool verwenden. Wenn jedoch viele Personen Zugriff auf CaraLegal haben und ihre Verarbeitungstätigkeiten eintragen, führt das leider zu Chaos. Das funktioniert auch, so dass man alle notwendigen Dokumentationen erstellen kann. Aber es fehlen die Verknüpfungen und die Revisionsfähigkeit der Dokumente. Mit caralegal ist das möglich. Pros Neben den zahlreichen und sehr übersichtlichen Funktionen, in denen alle Schritte durch eine Infobox sehr gut erklärt werden, ist das Ressourcentool hervorragend. Hier können alle Kategorien, Daten, Beteiligte, Software etc. definiert und dann dynamisch in den Funktionen verwendet werden.
